2 DEROULEMENT DE LA CEREMONIE DE REMISE DES DIPLOMES Où et quand se déroule la cérémonie? Pour les diplômés de Toulon, la cérémonie aura lieu : Le samedi 9 juin 2018 au Théâtre Liberté Place de la Liberté - Toulon Afin d accéder à votre cérémonie, il est nécessaire de télécharger ou d imprimer votre confirmation d inscription. Les invitations sont individuelles, vos accompagnants doivent donc également être munis de leur confirmation d inscription. Comment se déroule une cérémonie? Dans un premier temps, vous assisterez aux discours de félicitations de vos Directeurs. Vous serez ensuite invités à monter sur scène par promotion. La cérémonie dure en moyenne 1 heure. A la suite de chaque cérémonie, vous pourrez récupérer votre diplôme puis assister au cocktail dans l enceinte du Théâtre. Est-ce qu il y a une soirée de gala? Oui, il y a bien une soirée de Gala organisée par le BDE de Marseille (commission Gala) mais il est important de faire la différence entre le gala et la cérémonie de remise des diplômes. La cérémonie de remise des diplômes qui est organisée par l école au Théâtre Liberté est gratuite. Cet événement a pour but de vous féliciter, de vous mettre à l honneur, de fêter et de vous remettre officiellement votre diplôme, en présence de vos proches/ famille. Le gala quant à lui est une soirée payante. Ces deux événements sont indépendants! La soirée de gala aura lieu le Samedi 26 Mai Pour plus d informations, veuillez consulter le groupe Facebook du gala. 2

3 INSCRIPTION Comment participer à la cérémonie? Afin d avoir accès à la cérémonie, vous devez vous inscrire OBLIGATOIREMENT en ligne avant le 6 Mai minuit. Dépassé cette date, nous ne pourrons plus valider votre participation. Vous recevrez d ici mi-mars une invitation sur votre boite mail perso et boite mail kedgebs avec les liens d inscription ou directement sur le site kedge.edu. Avec combien de personnes puis-je venir? L invitation est valable pour 2 accompagnants par diplômé. Nous limitions le nombre d accompagnants à 2 en raison du nombre de place dans l espace Bar du théâtre où aura lieu le cocktail. Pour des raisons de sécurité, nous ne pouvons dépasser un nombre maximum de personnes Est-il possible de venir avec plus de 2 accompagnants? Tout dépendra du nombre de places restantes! Une fois la date limite d inscription passée, nous ouvrirons les places restantes. Merci de nous transmettre votre demande par mail : ceremonie.toulon@kedgebs.com avec votre nom, prénom, programme, les noms des accompagnants, votre lien de parenté avec les accompagnants à partir du 7 Mai 2018 seulement. Nous vous confirmerons, par retour de mail, s il est possible ou non de vous attribuer des places supplémentaires. Avant le 7 Mai, aucune demande ne sera prise en compte. A quelle heure est prévue ma cérémonie et où puis-je consulter mes horaires de convocation? Pour connaitre l horaire, vous devez vous rendre sur le site internet de l école 3

4 RECUPERATION DU DIPLOME Le jour de la cérémonie, comment puis-je récupérer mon diplôme? Vous pourrez récupérer votre diplôme durant le cocktail de votre cérémonie MUNI OBLIGATOIREMENT DE VOTRE PIECE D IDENTITE, sans quoi vous ne pourrez pas le retirer le jour de la cérémonie Je ne peux pas assister à la cérémonie, comment récupérer mon diplôme? Nous vous proposons de vous envoyer votre diplôme par courrier. Pour cela, vous pouvez envoyer votre demande par mail : toulondiplomes@kedgebs.com avec votre nom, prénom, numéro de téléphone, adresse, programme, promotion et un scan de votre pièce d identité. Aucune demande ne pourra être traitée avant la date de la cérémonie de remise des diplômes. Je ne peux pas assister à la cérémonie, est-ce qu une tierce personne peut retirer mon diplôme à ma place le jour J? Oui pour cela, elle doit se présenter avec une copie de votre pièce d identité, une copie de sa pièce d identité et une procuration signée de votre main. Où puis-je me garer? 6 GRADUATION CEREMONY PROCEEDINGS Where and when is my graduation ceremony? For Toulon graduates, the graduation ceremony will take place on : Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Théâtre Liberté Place de la Liberté Toulon In order to access the graduate ceremony, you must print your registration confirmation or download it on your smartphone. Invitations are individual, your guests must also be provided with their confirmation registration. What happens at a graduation ceremony? The ceremony is divided into two parts: First, the Business School Directors will give speeches of congratulations in the auditorium. You will then be invited to come on stage for a photo of the famous mortarboard toss! The ceremony usually lasts one hour. After each ceremony, there will be a cocktail reception. Will there be a graduation ball? Yes, there will be a graduation ball, but it is important to note that the ball and the graduation ceremony are two separate events. The graduation ceremony, organised by the school, is free. This event is designed to congratulate you, honour your achievement, and to officially present you with your degree in the presence of your friends and family. The ball is a paid event organised by the BDE (graduation ball committee). These two events are independent of one another, even though both take place in the graduation period. 7 REGISTRATION How do you register for the ceremony? Between now and March, you will receive an invitation via your personal address and your Kedge BS address with the registration link redirecting you to the Alumni website or directly by school s website : You must IMPERATIVELY register online before midnight on May 6 th. After this date, we will be unable to register you for the ceremony. How many guests can I bring? Each graduate may bring two guests. We limit the number of guests to two per graduate. Can I bring more than two guests? It all depends how many seats are still available! Once the deadline for registration has passed, we will open up the remaining seats. Please send us your request via ceremonie.toulon@kedgebs.com with your last name, first name, course, the names of your guests, and your relationship with your guests, from May 7 th onwards only. We will then reply stating whether or not we can allocate further guest tickets to you. No requests for extra tickets will be considered before May 7 th. What time is my ceremony and where can I find out when I need to be there? To find out what time your ceremony is, visit the school website 7

8 COLLECTING YOUR DEGREE How can I collect my degree on the day of my ceremony? You can collect your degree certificate during the drinks reception for your ceremony. To do so, YOU MUST IMPERATIVELY BRING PROOF OF IDENTITY, and failure to do so will mean you cannot collect your certificate on the day of your ceremony. I am unable to attend the ceremony, how can I collect my degree? We can send you your degree certificate in the post. You must us a request to arrange this: toulondiplome@kedgebs.com with your last name, first name, telephone number, address, course, graduating class, and a scan of your proof of identity. No requests will be considered before the graduation ceremony date. I can t attend the ceremony, can someone else collect my degree for me on the day? Yes. To do so, your chosen person must bring a copy of your proof of identity, proof of their identity, and a letter of permission signed by you. Where can I park? You can park at the Liberté car park near the Théâtre Liberté. Can t find the answer to your question?
