2 Plastic has become the undisputed king of the world of packaging. For this reason, the Plastics Division has acquired a strategic role within the Bormioli Rocco group, with manufacturing plants across Europe and an in-house moulds workshop, not to mention prestigious collaborations with leading companies. Production revolves around the three core businesses of the group: pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food. As well as constantly expanding and enhancing its standard range of products, Bormioli Rocco also produces customized packaging, develops new materials and innovative solutions and provides a high level of customer service. Per questo motivo, la Divisione Plastica ha acquisito un importanza strategica all interno del gruppo Bormioli Rocco tanto da vantare plant dislocati a livello europeo e un officina stampi al proprio interno, oltre ad instaurare collaborazioni prestigiose con le più importanti aziende. 8 The Plastics Division pays the greatest possible attention to sustainable development and the defense of the environment. Recycled materials, bioplastics and biodegradable plastics bear witness to Bormioli Rocco s commitment to going green. Recycled PET Environmentally friendly and exceptionally transparent: that's recycled PET packaging. And it also makes for bottles that offer a vast range of personalizing options. Recycled PE The world of packaging has a new option. This material is ideal for the production of jars, bottles and caps, and also lends itself well to decoration. BioPET Bormioli Rocco offers bottles made from a combination of raw materials of which 30% are derived from renewable sources, thus providing low environmental impact packaging. PLA Comparable to PET in terms of transparency, making packaging products of natural origin that offer ample scope for customization. Certain selected bioplastics are also suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs and are biodegradable. Ecofriendly PE This polyethylene is green by name and by nature, being composed of 100% renewable materials. It has all the same characteristics as traditional PE, but it is also recyclable and requires extremely limited carbon dioxide emissions for its production. Bormioli Rocco continues to take the road of research and experimentation towards a future that is increasingly bio and bioplastic. BioPET Bormioli Rocco propose des flacons réalisés à partir d'un matériau composé de 30% de matières premières issues de sources renouvelables, pour un emballage à faible impact environnemental. PLA Comparables au PET en termes de transparence, ces emballages naturels sont personnalisables. Enfin, les matières bioplastiques sélectionnées sont adaptées au contact alimentaire et sont biodégradables. PE respectueux de l'environnement Ce Polyéthylène écologique est composé à 100% de matériaux recyclables. Il a les mêmes caractéristiques que le PE traditionnel. Il est en outre recyclable et sa fabrication ne produit que de faibles quantités d'oxyde de carbone. PET riciclato Amico dell ambiente e con una trasparenza eccezionale: è il packaging in PET riciclato. In più i flaconi si prestano ad una vasta gamma di personalizzazioni. PE riciclato Il mondo del packaging si arricchisce di un opzione in più. Questo materiale amico dell ambiente è ideale per la produzione di vasi, flaconi e capsule ed è decorabile. BioPET Bormioli Rocco propone flaconi realizzati con un materiale composto per il 30% da materie prime provenienti da fonti rinnovabili, per un pack a basso impatto ambientale. PLA Paragonabili al PET in termini di trasparenza, questi pack di origine naturale sono personalizzabili. Le materie bioplastiche selezionate, infine, risultano essere idonee al contatto con gli alimenti e sono biodegradabili. PE ecofriendly Il Polietilene è verde di nome e di fatto, perché è composto al 100% da materiali rinnovabili. Del PE tradizionale mantiene le stesse caratteristiche. In più, è riclabile e per produrlo vengono emesse limitate quantità di diossido di carbonio. Bormioli Rocco continua sulla strada della ricerca e della sperimentazione verso un futuro sempre più bio plastico.
