1 Official Letter of Invitation To whom it may concern, As one of the pioneers of Women s Wrestling, Christine Nordhagen 6-time World Champion and 2004 Olympian, understands the need for international competition for young wrestlers. It was her dream to develop a tournament to bring the best countries in the world together to compete in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. And so it is with great honour that Christine invites you to the, to compete and train in Calgary, Alberta, where Olympians are made. 3 Financial Considerations Flights: Each team is responsible for the cost and travel plans to the Calgary International Airport Transportation: The organizing committee will provide transportation from the Calgary International Airport to the host hotel and venue, tournament and training camp venue. Food and Accommodation: Teams can choose between 2 or 4 athletes per room at the host hotel. International Teams will have their food and accommodation for the 3 days of the competition (January 2 nd 4 th ) paid for by the organizing committee 4/room = $70 CAD/person (approx 50 Euro) 2/room = $110 CAD/person 3/room = $90 CAD/person 1/room = $150 CAD/person (coaches and referees) Tournament Registration Fee: $20 per tournament per athlete Technical Information Tournament (January 3 4, 2015) Junior Weight Categories: 44, 48, 51, 55, 59, 63, 67, 72 kg (+2Kg tolerance) Senior Weight Categories: 48, 53, 55, 58, 60, 63, 69, 75 kg (+2Kg tolerance) **All athletes must have a United World Wrestling (UWW) license Training Camp Training Camp January 5 th 8 th, 2015 (Post-Tournament) Teams are welcome to stay following the tournament and train in Calgary with the National Team Training Group. Arrangements for this can be made through the organizing committee.

Elle avait donc comme rêve de mettre sur pied un tournoi réunissant les meilleures nations mondiales à Calgary, en Alberta, au Canada. 7 Considérations financières Vols: Chaque équipe est responsable des plans et des coûts de son voyage jusqu'à l'aéroport international de Calgary Transport au sol: Le comité organisateur fournira le transport au sol entre l'aéroport international de Calgary, l'hôtel de la compétition, le site de compétition, et le site du stage d'entraînement. Repas et hébergement : À l'hôtel de la compétition, les équipes peuvent choisir d'avoir 2 ou 4 athlètes par chambre. Le comité organisateur défraiera les coûts de repas et d'hébergement des équipes participantes pendant les trois (3) jours de compétition, soit du 2 au 4 janvier, /chambre = 70$ CAD/personne (environ 50 Euro) 2/chambre = 110$ CAD/personne 3/chambre = 90$ CAD/personne 1/chambre = 150$ CAD/personne (entraîneurs et arbitres) Frais d inscription au tournoi: 20$ par tournoi par athlète Informations techniques Tournoi (7 et 8 décembre) Catégories de poids juniors: 44, 48, 51, 55, 59, 63, 67, 72 kg (+2Kg tolérance) Catégories de poids seniors: 48, 53, 55, 58, 60, 63, 69, 75 kg (+2Kg tolérance) **Toutes les athlètes doivent avoir une licence de United World Wrestling (UWW) Stages d'entraînement Stage d'entraînement (du 2 au 4 janvier, 2015) (après le tournoi) Les équipes sont invitées à rester après le tournoi pour s'entraîner à Calgary avec le groupe d'entraînement de l'équipe nationale.
