4 ANNEXE II INTERNATIONAL MILITARY GLIDING CHAMPIONSHIP Modalités pratiques / practical informations 1 Participation 1 Participation Conformément au règlement du CISM, seul le personnel d active peut participer aux compétitions. Chaque personnel doit être en possession d une carte d identité militaire en cour de validité ou d un certificat attestant de son statut militaire. In conformity with CISM regulations, only active duty members can participate to the competitions. Each personnel must be in possession of a valid identity military card or of a certificate proving his military status. 2 Composition de la mission Par équipage : - 1 ou 2 pilotes (mono ou biplace) - 1 ou 2 équipiers (mono ou biplace) 4 planeurs maximum engagés par délégation. 2 Composition of the delegation For each crew : - 1 or 2 pilots (one-seater or two-seaters glider) - 1 or 2 crew-driver (one-seater or twoseaters glider) Maximum 4 gliders for each delegation. 3 Localisation Détachement Air 273 Centre de vol à voile Romorantin Air FRANCE 4 - Dates du Séjour Arrivée et inscription le samedi 03 juin 2006 Remise des prix le vendredi 16 juin Accès / Transport Par voie routière : Autoroute A71 puis A85, sortie n 14, direction Selles sur Cher (fléchage) Par avion : Aérodrome de Romorantin-Pruniers (LFYR), piste en herbe, réservée aux avions légers. 3 Location Détachement Air 273 Centre de vol à voile Romorantin Air FRANCE 4 Date Arrival and registration : Saturday, June 03 rd Closing ceremony : Friday, June 16 th Transportation By road : Motorway A71, then A85, exit n 14, to Selles sur Cher. 5 ANNEXE II (suite) INTERNATIONAL MILITARY GLIDING CHAMPIONSHIP 6 - Conditions de séjour Repas et logement offerts sur le DA 273 pour les équipages étrangers invités. Les personnels surnuméraires ne seront ni logés ni nourris. 7 Tenues Pour les cérémonies d ouverture et de clôture : l uniforme militaire est obligatoire. Pendant les épreuves : une tenue de vol adaptée. 8 - Participations et délais Les inscriptions se font obligatoirement au moyen des imprimés joints en annexe. L accord de principe (annexe 1) devra être renvoyé avant le 1 er mars L accord définitif (annexe 2), la composition de la mission (annexe 3) et l engagement du chef de la mission (annexe 4) devront être renvoyés avant le 1 er avril Règlement Règlement des compétitions CISM et règlement vol à voile édité par la F.A.I Passeport / visa Pour tout renseignement concernant ces formalités, consulter l ambassade ou le consulat de France de votre pays. 6 - Accommodation and meals Foreign participating crews will be hosted by the French Air Force on the DA 273. Accommodation and meals will not be ensured for missions accompanying personnel exceeding the maximum delegation. 7 Uniforms For the opening and closing ceremonies : military uniform is required. During the competition : adapted flying clothes 8 - Engagements restriction Only the forms provided are to be used for registration. Informal agreement (annexe 1) must be sent before the 1 st of March Formal agreement (annexe 2) and the list of the mission members (annexe 3) as well as the commitment (annexe 4) must be sent before the 1 st of April Regulation CISM and FAI sport regulations Passports / visa For any further information, please contact France embassy or consulate in your own country.

Je certifie que j ai lu et que j ai compris les stipulations suivantes : I certify that I have read and understood the following rules : 1 Les délégations de pays participant à un championnat sans avoir au préalable signées un accord définitif pourront être exclues si leur présence inattendue cause des problèmes importants à la nation hôte. The delegations of a country participating to a championship without having signed a final agreement before can be exclude if their presence causes important problems to the host nation. 2 Toute délégation dans l incapacité de porter un uniforme militaire lors de la cérémonie d ouverture du championnat sera exclue de la cérémonie. Un représentant officiel du CISM les informera de cette décision. Any delegation that can t wear a military uniform during the opening ceremony of the championship will be excluded from it. An official representative of the CISM will let them know of this decision.

10 ANNEXE VI (suite) 3 Conformément aux statuts et traditions du CISM, toute action de nature politique ou religieuse durant une compétition du CISM est strictement interdite et, en particulier, toute distribution de tracts, photos, brochures, magazines, etc. Tout manquement sera sévèrement sanctionné et entraînera l exclusion immédiate de la délégation impliquée. In conformity with the statutes and traditions of the CISM, any action political or religious in nature during a CISM competition is strictly forbidden, and, especially, the distribution of leaflets, photos, brochures, magazines, etc Any failing to this rule will be severely punished and will provoke the immediate exclusion of the involved mission. 4 Il est rappelé aux chefs de délégation que les athlètes et autres membres des équipes doivent se conformer aux règlements du CISM. Tout comportement perturbateur ou tout manquement à l esprit sportif fera l objet d une évaluation par les autorités en charge de l organisation du championnat et pourra entraîner la disqualification des athlètes ou des équipes concernées. It is reminded to the chiefs of the missions that the athletes and the other members of the teams must abide by the CISM regulations. Any misbehaviour or breach of the sporting spirit will be subject to evaluation by the authorities in charge with the organization of the championship and may lead to the disqualification of the athletes or the teams in question. 5 : Les concurrents doivent être aptes médicalement et détenir leurs licences et qualifications aéronautiques en cours de validité. Pilots must have valid certificate of airworthiness or permit to fly. 6 : Les concurrents doivent être en possession d une carte d identité militaire à jour. Competitors must possess a military identity card. 7 : Les planeurs utilisés doivent détenir des documents de navigabilité en cours de validité et une assurance au tiers.
