Ce secteur d'activité est un, dehors des secteurs traditionnels, qui absorbe la plupart des nouvelles technologies et des processus et c est très engagé dans la modernisation à un niveau technique, technologique et d'effectifs. Aujourd'hui, les chaussures en Europe cherchent le marketing, la qualité du produit et des services, la conception, le potentiel humain et les conditions de travail en tant que leurs variables plus appropriées de la compétitivité. Chaque compagnie doit avoir son projet de HSW avec des tâches spécifiques abordées à toutes les personnes à l'intérieur. La difficulté de mettre en application ces HSW projette aux compagnies de chaussures, dues à la manque de compétences, a motivé un groupe d'organismes des pays producteurs, les plus importants de chaussures en Europe, pour développer un paquet des ICT Informations, communication, technologie de produits basé qui sera disponible dans 5 langues (PT, EN, ES, EL, IT) This project aims at developing, piloting and disseminating an innovative cascade training methodology, in the field of Health, Safety and Hygiene at Work, based on b-learning which includes 3 b-learning courses targeted to different groups of individuals working in footwear companies. The project seeks the development of a innovative learning product, by a partnership which meets the all needed competences and will work as a whole group in order to put into the product all possible perpectives, providing a continuous validation of it.it s also supported by a strong coordination, and coordination of the several workpackages, which the work will be divided into. A special attention will be given to the Quality Assurance Plan in addition to a strong dissemination which will start since the very beginig of the works. * Marché du travail * Qualité * Formation tout au long de la vie * Entreprise, TPE, PME * Activités Spécialisées, Scientifiques Et Techniques Enseignement à distance Autres Site Internet DVD Méthodes d'évaluation The main product of the project is the Cascade Training Methodology constituted by a package of a guide and a booklet target to tutor/mentor and 3 B-learning courses targeted to 3 groups of employees in Footwear companies: 1 - HSW responsible (more dense and deeply developed concerning the contents, including a pedagogical content which aims at developing pedagogical competences in this particular target-group to improve, tutoring and follow up the other training groups); 2 - department top responsible (whose contents will be very oriented to operative questions, and also seeking the development of some important pedagogical and leadership competences in order to proceed with the cascade training process ); 3 - workers (which contents will be totally operational, task-oriented, applying to active methodologies such as videos, check-lists, self evaluation quizzes).the main objective of this innovative on-line training process, in cascade, is to help footwear companies to assume and implement their HSW plans, accomplish legal requests, improve labour conditions and promoting the standards 2

The website constantly posts news and events related to that issue and contains also a questionnaire of training need which pretends to be guide for self-diagnosis of target-groups related in some way or another to HSW issues. In the website the public in general may also accede to the score board of indicator concerning the evaluation of the project. Description: This website is the public part of a platform built for the management and communication of the project. It work as a management platform in the private area and as a communication tool which contains information to the public in general, as well as pecialized public, related to HSW issues, publication of news and events, as well as the "diary" of the project. t's is also a evaluation tool as it contains a scoreboard of indicator constantly posted in the home page, with the evaluation of the project by a panel of experts, under a group of criteria. Cible: It's targeted to public in general, and specially to HSW professional, employers, people with responsibilities in Footwear companies, trainers on HSW subject. Résultat: All partners usually use the MP for storing documents. There re 109 documents already stored. There are 27 elements from partners.there is a panel of 7 external experts observing the project. There are 9460 reported accesses up to now.
