Plus récemment, elle a participé à un programme leadership de Harvard Business School. Avant d occuper pendant plus de sept ans le poste de public affairs manager au sein de l orga - ni sation patronale des entreprises fran çaises de transport maritime, elle a travaillé pour des entreprises dans les secteurs du conseil, des assurances et du transport. Aujourd hui, elle est conseillère en stratégie et en business développement pour le compte d entreprises européennes et de la région du Golfe. Lamia Belkaïd est également enseignante et formatrice dans les domaines du management et de la communication et des affaires euro - péennes. Elle intervient dans des programmes leadership et mba pour managers expérimentés à l École des Ponts, l École Centrale de Paris, Reims Management School, Essec et Mannheim, Sciences Po Paris ainsi que dans de nombreuses entreprises internationales. Lamia Belkaïd holds an Executive mba from essec and Mannheim Business Schools, two Post Gra - duate Diplomas in interna tional transport from Paris Pantheon- Sorbonne University and in shipping from the Maritime High Institute of Bou Ismail and an ma in English from Cergy Pontoise University. More recently, she has taken part to a leadership program at Harvard Business School. For more than seven years, Lamia Belkaid has been the public affairs managers of Armateurs de France, the French shipowners organization. Earlier on in her career, she has worked for consulting, insurance and shipping companies. Today, Lamia Belkaid is an advisor in strategy and business development. She is in charge of business assignments for companies and institutions based in Europe and in the Gulf. Besides her consulting activities, Lamia Belkaïd is an experienced lecturer in the field of management, communication and European affairs. She conceives leadership programs for senior executives working for international companies and teaches in the framework of executive education academic programs of l Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées, l Ecole Centrale de Paris, Sciences Po Paris, essec and Mannheim Business and Reims Management school.
