2 Depuis le 1 er juillet 2003, la protection contre l'explosion devient une obligation pour tous les secteurs industriels. A travers une " nouvelle approche ", les directives (ATmosphères EXplosibles) voient leur champ d'application s'étendre considérablement : désormais tous les matériels utilisés dans des atmosphères susceptibles de devenir explosibles, par émission de gaz, de brouillard ou de poussière, doivent respecter des conditions de sécurité très strictes. Il appartient à l'utilisateur de définir les zones et le niveau de protection souhaité conformément à la Directive 99/92/CE. C'est à l'utilisateur de spécifier dans sa commande s'il désire ou non acquérir du matériel répondant à la Directive Atex en fonction des conditions d'utilisation et de communiquer les informations nécessaires. La réquisition doit apparaître clairement sur la commande : la catégorie, la zone et la nature de l'atmosphère environnant. Les assembleurs et les intégrateurs doivent veiller à ce qu'un assemblage constitué de différentes pièces d'équipement correspondant à la définition de la directive 94/9/CE et déjà mises sur le marché précédemment par différents fabricants, soit conforme à la directive ainsi qu'au marquage CE. Dans les cas où un équipement ne porte pas de marquage CE ou la conformité n'est pas démontrée, l'assembleur ou l'intégrateur a pour obligation de faire une évaluation de conformité de son assemblage. Since July the 1 st 2003, protection against explosion risk has become an obligation in all industrial sectors. Through a "new approach", directives have seen their application widely used: from this time, all equipments submitted to potential explosion areas (gas, fog, or dust emission), must respect very strict safety rules. lt is the user's responsibility to define the requested protection level according to the 99/92/ CE directive. lt is again his responsibility to mention in the orders and provide the supplier all information in regards to the level of protection demanded. The request must be clearly stated on orders when necessary by mentioning atmosphere category, zone and nature. Assemblers and integrators must check that a complete system made of the assembly of different components following directive 94/9/CE, that have been put on that market previously by manufacturers, fulfill comply with the directive and CE marking. ln case components do not show CE marking nor compliance, it is the assembler or integrator responsibility to evaluate the assembly conformity. 94/9/CE directive "" is describing the minimum requirements asked to manufacturers to produce in compliance prior to any market launching. 3 MONTAGE KIT KIT ASSEMBLY DN 08 à 50 Size 1 /4" to 2" DN 65 à 150 Size 2"1/2 to 6" A - Montage de la patte (79) pour PS4 1 - Enlever la butée (23) et la bague de butée (19) 2 - Enlever l'écrou (17) et tirer la vis (13) au niveau de la bride (11) 3 - Insérer la patte (79) coté vis 4 - Remettre la vis (13) et serrer l'écrou (17) au couple suivant le tableau 5 - Remonter dans l'ordre la butée et serrer A - Montage de la patte (79) pour PS4 1 - Enlever la vis (39) et la rondelle 2 - Enlever l'écrou (17) et tirer la vis (13) au niveau de la bride (11) 3 - Insérer la patte (79) coté vis (13) 4 - Remettre la vis (13) et serrer l'écrou (17) au couple suivant le tableau 5 - Remonter la vis (39) sans la rondelle et serrer B - Montage de l'étiquette (25) pour PS4 1 - Enlever l'écrou (17) et tirer entièrement la vis (13) en prenant garde de ne pas laisser échapper l'entretoise (12) 2 - Insérer l'étiquette (79) 3 - Remettre l'entretoise (12) et la vis (13), puis serrer l'écrou (17) au couple suivant le tableau A - Assembling the bracket (79) for PS4 1 - Remove the stop (23) and the stop ring (19) 2 - Remove the nut (17) and pull out the bolt (13) to the level of the flange (11) 3 - Locate the bracket (79) onto the bolt 4 - Replace the bolt (13) and tighten the nut (17) to the torque given in the table 5 - Replace the stop in reverse order and tighten B - Assembling the label (25) for PS4 1 - Remove the nut (17) and pull the bolt (13) right the way out taking care not to lose the spacer (12) 2 - Locate the label (25) 3 - Replace the spacer (12) and bolt (13), and tighten the nut (17) to the torque given in the table B - Montage de l'étiquette (25) pour PS4 1 - Enlever l'écrou (17) et tirer entièrement la vis (13) 2 - Insérer l'étiquette (25) 3 - Remettre la vis (13), puis serrer l'écrou (17) au couple suivant le tableau A - Assembling the bracket (79) for PS4 1 - Remove the bolt (39) and the washer 2 - Remove the nut (17) and pull out the bolt (13) to the level of the flange (1 1) 3 - Locate the bracket (79) onto the bolt (13) 4 - Replace the bolt (13) and tighten the nut (17) to the torque given in the table 5 - Replace the bolt (39) without the washer and tighten B - Assembling the label (25) for PS4 1 - Remove the nut (17) and pull the bolt (13) right 2 - Locate the label (25) 3 - Replace the bolt (13), and tighten the nut (17) to the torque given in the table DN N V Couple en Nm Torque in Nm La conformité aux exigences des directives 94/9/CE et 99/92/CE, n'est assurée que si tous les points ci-dessus sont respectés et que les précautions sont observées conformément à la préconisation mentionnée dans la déclaration de conformité au marquage.
