INTERSTUDY project aims at updating the educational process in higher educational institutions and raising the vocational qualification of engineers in companies. The objective of the project is the development of an integrated inter-disciplinary e-curriculum concentrated on Mechatronics, supported by mobile laboratory sets that can save study time and resources. New concepts of integrated engineering areas and information technologies are widely used in the project. On the frame of the project new innovative e-curriculum for internetional Mechatronics studyes was developed. In addition to their general curriculum, students will be able to select three modules of specialization out of the five proposed by our partners universities: Tallinn University of Technology (TUT, Estonia), Helsinki University of Technology (TKK, Finland), Bochum University of Applied Sciences (FHB, Germany), Royal Institute of Technology (KTH, Sweden), Kaunas University of Technology (KTU, Lithuania). Main module is a microcontroller with motherboard supplemented with voltage measurement devices and handy box. Toolkit has in addition modules for different subject training purpose: Actuator module, Sensor module, RFID module, Communication module and Machine vision module. All together the lab Home-Lab toolkit is a mobile ready for use a small test stand, which could be connected to PC and operated in home or working place. Home-Lab has a modular structure, meaning that the content can be combined according the needs and given task. 14 Produit 'Distance Lab' Titre: Distance Lab Type de Produit: Matériel pour l'enseignement Texte marketing: Description: The remote lab management is an interface to access different (e.g. mobile robotic) distance- Lab.The multi robot environment is developed as a pilot and is located in the university, consisting number of similar robots equipped with short range wireless communication module. The site is fitted with web camera and server which communicates with the robots. Server has a master communication unit which can be contact with any robot on the field and reprogram it at any time when needed. The site server is connected with the portal server passing and validating the communication between the robot and user input.
