5 Having considered a recommendation by Fred Gaspar, on a motion of Richard Jennings, seconded by Robert Tennant, IT WAS AGREED UNANIMOUSLY that: a. the Federal Land Transaction Approval for the sale of approximately 40 m 2 of National Gallery of Canada lands, as illustrated and described in Appendix 1, be approved; b. the Federal Land Transaction Approval, as illustrated and described in Appendix 1, for the sale of approximately 101 m 2 of Royal Canadian Mint land be approved; c. the finalisation and signature of the Federal Land Transaction Approval documents for both parcels be delegated to the CEO. La séance est suspendue jusqu à 11 h P08e - City of Ottawa Western Light Rail Corridor (Bayview-Baseline) Planning and Environmental Assessment Study (I) Following an introduction by Arto Keklikian (NCC), Nancy Schepers, from the City of Ottawa, presented the Planning and Environmental Assessment Study for the City of Ottawa Western Light Rail Corridor from Bayview to Baseline. Exchange of information in a timely manner Regular updates from the City of Ottawa on the subject Strategy in case the tunnel is not an option Reiterated validity of the June motion On a motion of Russell Mills, seconded by Eric MacKenzie, the NCC board resolved approved to reaffirm the key conditions that will inform any future NCC decision on the use of lands in the Sir John A. Macdonald Parkway corridor for this project as follows: 1. Unimpeded continuous access to the corridor lands and the shorelines of the Ottawa River, and 2. Minimal visual impact of the project on the corridor landscape quality and its experience by P08f - Étude environnementale et de planification du couloir ouest (Bayview à Baseline) du train léger sur rails de la Ville d Ottawa (I) À la suite de l introduction de Arto Keklikian (CCN), Nancy Schepers (Ville d Ottawa) présente l Étude environnementale et de planification du couloir ouest, de Bayview à Baseline, du train léger sur rails de la Ville d Ottawa. Un accès continu sans entrave aux terrains du corridor et aux berges de la rivière des Outaouais, et 2. Un impact visuel minimal du projet sur la qualité du paysage du corridor et l expérience des C NCC-CCN

8 users. The NCC board also resolved approved that the City, in its ongoing western light rail environmental assessment: usagers.
