3 84 Résolution / Resolution no PROTOCOLE D ENTENTE AVEC VIA RAIL Qu=il soit résolu que le Conseil du village de Casselman autorise le Directeur général à signer le protocole d entente entre Via Rail et le village de Casselman conditionnel à ce que le protocole soit assurable par les assureurs de la municipalité. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH VIA RAIL Be it resolved that Council of the Village of Casselman authorizes the Chief Administrative Officer to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between Via Rail and the Village of Casselman conditional upon the memorandum be insurable by the municipality s insurers. 5 86 Résolution / Resolution no Proposée par : / Moved by: Mario Laplante RAPPORT DU GESTIONNAIRE DE PROJETS EN DÉVELOPPEMENT ÉCONOMIQUE Qu=il soit résolu que le Conseil accuse réception du rapport du gestionnaire de projets en développement économique ECO et approuve les recommandations concernant l appuie administratif au village d antan franco- Ontarien (VAFO). b) ECO appuie financier Le rapport est déposé. Le Conseil demande si le projet ne va pas de l avant, est-ce que les dons seront remis aux entreprises et particuliers? Cette demande doit être discutée avec la session de budget. REPORT FROM THE PROJECT MANAGER FOR COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Be it resolved that Council acknowledges receipt of the report from the Project Manager for Community Economic Development ECO and approves the recommendations concerning the administrative support to the Village d antan franco-ontarien (VAFO). ECO financial support The report is tabled. Council is asking if the project does not go forward with, will the donation be given back to companies and individuals. This request must be discussed with the budget session. c) ECO location gratuite - Complexe J.R. Brisson Le rapport est déposé. La résolution fut proposée par M. Michel Desjardins mais personne n a appuyé la demande donc la résolution est défaite. ECO free hall rental J.R. Brisson Complex The report is tabled. The resolution was moved by Mr. Michel Desjardins but no one supported it, therefore the resolution is defeated Résolutions de M. Mario Laplante - suivi L avis légal concernant les résolutions et avait été laissé aux membres du Conseil afin qu ils puissent en prendre connaissance. M. Laplante soutient les deux résolutions sans aucun changement. REPORT FROM THE DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SERVICES Be it resolved that Council acknowledges receipt of the administrative report TEC from the Director of Technical Services and approves the recommendation concerning the indexation of the development charges. NOUVELLES AFFAIRES NEW BUSINESS 13.1 École secondaire de Casselman location gratuite de 3 tentes relais pour la vie École secondaire de Casselman free rental of 3 tents Relay for Life Résolution / Resolution no Proposée par : / Moved by: Mario Laplante LOCATION GRATUITE DES TENTES ÉCOLE SECONDAIRE DE CASSELMAN Qu=il soit résolu que le Conseil autorise l administration à louer les 3 tentes de la municipalité pour la somme de 1,00$ à l école secondaire de Casselman pour l activité, Relais pour la vie qui aura lieu le 29 mai Location gratuite de la salle du Complexe J.R. Brisson FREE TENTS RENTAL ÉCOLE SECONDAIRE DE CASSELMAN Be it resolved that Council authorizes the administration to rent the 3 tents of the municipality for the sum of $1.00 to École secondaire de Casselman for the Relay for Life event on May 29 th, J.R. BRISSON Qu=il soit résolu que le Conseil autorise l administration à louer gratuitement la salle communautaire du Complexe Brisson à la Bibliothèque publique de Casselman pour la vente de livres usagées qui aura lieu du 5 au 8 juin J.R. BRISSON COMPLEX - FREE HALL RENTAL Be it resolved that Council authorizes the administration to rent the community hall of the Brisson Complex, without fees, to the Casselman Public Library for the sale of used books to be held from June 5 th to 8 th, 2014.

7 Jean et Louise Dagenais demande d exemption sur le bruit 22 rue Mercier Jean and Louise Dagenais noise by-law exemption request 22 Mercier Street Résolution / Resolution no EXEMPTION AU RÈGLEMENT SUR LE BRUIT Qu=il soit résolu que le Conseil approuve la demande de Jean et Louise Dagenais pour une exemption au règlement sur le bruit pour un événement spécial (rencontre de famille et mariage) qui aura lieu le 14 juin 2014 au 22 rue Mercier à Casselman entre 16 h et 23 h. Cette exemption sera valide pour cette journée seulement Corporation de la revitalisation du centre-ville bacs à fleurs rue Principale EXEMPTION TO NOISE BY-LAW Be it resolved that Council approves the request of Jean and Louise Dagenais for an exemption of the noise by-law for a special event (family gathering and marriage) to be held on June 14 th, 2014 at 22 Mercier Street in Casselman between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. This exemption shall be for this day only. Corporation of the Casselman Downtown Revitalization flower boxes Principale Street Résolution / Resolution no Proposée par : / Moved by: Mario Laplante BOÎTES À FLEURS RUE PRINCIPALE CORPORATION DE LA REVITALISATION DU CENTRE-VILLE Qu=il soit résolu que le Conseil du village de Casselman autorise la Corporation de la Revitalisation du Centre-ville de mener un projet d installation de 7 boîtes à fleurs sur la rue Principale et ce sans frais pour la municipalité. FLOXER BOXES PRINCIPALE STREET CORPORATION OF THE CASSELMAN DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION Be it resolved that Council of the Village of Casselman authorizes the Casselman Downtown Revitalization to conduct the installation of 7 flower boxes on Principale Street at no cost to the municipality.
