Ce développement a été peu pris en compte dans la formation. Il n'y a pas d'approches systématiques pour l'enseignement des compétences en gestion de projet dans l'éducation professionnelle. L'objectif du projet PIA a été d'étendre le concept développé del'universität Bremen et de la association Allemande de gestion de projets (GPM) en Allemagne et de transférer à d'autres pays partenaires (ES, FR, IT, PT) dans différents domaines et programmes éducatifs. En outre, avec l'aide des compétences et des expériences des partenaires le concept a été étendu á la dimension du entrepreneurship. All innovations are projects, but not all projects are innovations (Hauschildt). In projects, innovative solutions are developed. The realisation can be assured by Project Management (planning, organising and controlling the project work). Without Project Management (PM), innovations often fail. The importance of PM is therefore increasing at the workplace. In vocational education PM is rarely taught even though first initiatives exists: Since 2005 teaching concepts for vocational education have been developed and implemented in Bremen in coorperation with the GPM (German PM Association); a core curriculum, a training concept for teachers and teaching materials have been developed and already more than 200 teachers have been qualified. Learning takes place in our concept at two levels: On the one hand, Project Management is a content (to be learned) and on the other hand, it is a form, a design, to assure the quality of project teaching and learning. The labor market in this regard is set up twice: The students work on real project orders and therewith get qualified for project work in their future. The goal of the PIA2-project was mainly to spread this concept in DE horizontally (in different domains) and vertically (vocational orientation, vocational education and further training) with adaptions during the implementation process in the partnercountries. 12 Produit 'Core Curriculum' La gestion de projet comme un instrument par rapport au marché de l'emploi pour le Titre: Core Curriculum Type de Produit: Programme/curriculum Texte marketing: Country specific development, adaptation and optimization of the core curriculum in the light of a) entrepreneurship and b) the adjustment to the ECVET system at a structural level. Description: The core curriculum "Vocational Training Courses for VET Systems" serves as the base for a common European framework to adapt, integrate and standardize a core curricula in partner countries. The core curriculum PM includes a proposal for an ECVET system that will allow comparability in the assessment and evaluation. Cible: Vocational training schools, ministries, institutes, school administration, teachers, school officials Résultat: As a result core curriculum is in following languages available: French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, German. As an intermediate result, translated versions of core curricula droped in Files. An ECVET proposal for the curriculum is developed as well. 14 Produit 'PM Guideline and PM Teaching Poster' Titre: PM Guideline and PM Teaching Poster Type de Produit: Matériel d'apprentissage Texte marketing: For the implementation of comprehensive, activity-oriented teaching approaches on the basis of project management, PIA2 allocate teachers two essential tools to design and implement teaching. 1) PM Guideline "Project Management - Setting the Standards" 2) PM Teaching Poster In various phases of the project, the teaching materials were evaluated and adapted to the specifics of each partner country. Afterwards they were prepared and optimized for implementation in the respective countries. Description: Based on in Bremen developed PM Guideline: "Project Management - Setting the Standards" (Gessler / Schoenian Uhlig, 2007), guide was translated in all partner countries languages. During the project, the PM Guideline was adjusted to national specifics of the countries. The teaching Poster illustrate the steps in (teaching) project management and provides a quick overview. It's vividly helps brings the substantive steps and priorities of project management in classroom. The poster is being considered by teaching evaluations, evaluated and optimized to be used optimally after the trial period. Cible: Teachers, schools, government, administration. Résultat: Adjusted and optimized products: PM Guideline "Project Management - Setting the Standards" and PM teaching poster. Products are available in: French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, German and English. As a result, translated and adapted versions of PM Guidelines are to be find in "Files". 17 Produit 'Didactic Concept, Teacher Training Concept and Evaluation of Learning Success in Projects' Titre: Didactic Concept, Teacher Training Concept and Evaluation of Learning Success in Projects Type de Produit: Matériel d'apprentissage Texte marketing: Framework built of Didactic Concept, Teacher Training Concept and Evaluation of Learning Success in Projects. It forms a supportive framework to helps sustainable implement project management as a teaching content in the respective countries. The frameworks are as well adapted to national specifics of the project partners. Description: The conceptual frameworks of the project consist in a didactic approach, a teacher training concept and a evaluation of learning success in projects guide. On suggestion of partners, a add on guide for teacher training concept, based on PM Guideline, was designed which includes practical helps in project management education for teachers. The duty of framework is to take care to provide the implementation as helping part on teachers side. In all partner countries a conducted training for teachers are held, in order to prepare the first steps of implementation of the concept. Cible: Teachers, school administrators, education authorities Résultat: With help of framework products, teacher trainings has been hold, which enable teachers to design and perform project management education based on the materials.
