3 1,6 T 1,8 T 2 T COMFORT, RELIABILITY, PRODUCTIVITY Operator comfort and safety The ME range of three wheel electric lift trucks is innovative, versatile & reliable, the controls are grouped around the operator in familiar automotive position. Adjustable steering column. Low step & hand grip ensure safe entry and exit to the driver s cabin. Uncluttered floor area. Fully adjustable comfort seat. Clear view mast. Compact and versatile The Manitou ME 3 is a compact three wheel truck. Turning in its own length is easy. Achieved through independently powered drive motors, the inside motor reverses during the turn to allow the truck to pivot at the centre of the front axle. Works in confined spaces. Operates in narrow aisles, prevents accidental damage to the truck, loads and racking. Twin steer tyres. The twin steer tyre design provides increased stability. The design reduces tyre wear, increases tyre life and helps reduce power consumption, also gives a bigger footprint and thus prevents damage to trailer / container floors.

4 Key features include Clear view mast available in two or three stage low or full free lift options, hydraulic cushioning provides smooth transition between main and free lift cylinders. An integral side shift for increased residual capacity as standard on the Manitou range of electric trucks. Front and rear lighting, including two front facing spot lights and direction indicators. SAFETY AND EFFECTIVENESS Regenerative braking Regenerative braking is standard on all electric counter balance model. Automatic Electric Braking when the operator releases the accelerator pedal. Automatic battery regeneration during automatic brake mode. Reduced mechanical/disc brake wear - Reduced Maintenance/ Operating Cost. Reduces operator fatigue.
