Gli elementi che successivamente dovranno essere curvati per dare vita alle forme abilmente disegnate dai noti architetti o dall Atelier SF, sono selezionati a seconda delle giuste naturali venature. Durante il processo produttivo, inoltre, il legno viene essiccato fino ad un grado di umidità ideale compreso tra il 10 e il 12% e le diverse componenti vengono successivamente incollate l una all altra mediante giunti a pettine particolarmente profondi e colle viniliche pregiate ad alta resistenza. Questi accorgimenti consentono di modellare i materiali e fissarli con cura e dovizia esaltandone al massimo stabilità e durabilità nel lungo periodo. Durante la fase di verniciatura, tutti i modelli Schönhuber Franchi vengono trattati con più mani di fondo e di finitura utilizzando sostanze che minimizzano la tossicità grazie alla loro base all acqua. Components that will subsequently be bent to create the shapes expertly designed by famous designers of Atelier SF, are chosen for their natural grain. During production, the wood is dried to an optimum point of moisture of between 10 and 12% and the various pieces are subsequently glued together using particularly deep comb joints and exclusive high-resistance vinyl glues. These choices make it possible to shape and fix the materials with care and skill, giving them the greatest possible long-term stability and durability. During the painting phase, all Schönhuber Franchi models receive several coats of primer and varnish using water-based products with minimum toxicity. The attention dedicated to these stages and the quality of the work performed make it possible to produce chairs with a greater resistance to paint chipping. En outre, durant le procédé de fabrication, le bois est séché jusqu à l obtention d un degré d humidité idéal compris entre 10 et 12 % et les différents éléments sont ensuite collés les uns aux autres grâce à des joints à peigne particulièrement profonds et des colles vinyliques à très haute résistance. Ces opérations permettent de modeler les matériaux et de les fixer avec soin en garantissant un maximum de stabilité et de durabilité dans le temps. Pendant la phase de vernissage, tous les modèles Schönhuber Franchi sont traités par plusieurs couches de fond et de finition en utilisant les substances les moins toxiques grâce à leur base à l eau. Die Elemente,die anschließend gebogen werden sollen, werden nach den passenden natürlichen Maserungen ausgewählt, und verleihen so den von den bekannten Architekten oder vom Atelier SF meisterhaft gezeichneten Formen Leben. Während des Produktionsverfahrens wird das Holz darüber hinaus getrocknet, bis es eine ideale Feuchtigkeit erreicht, die zwischen 10 und 12% liegt. Die verschiedenen Komponenten werden dann mittels Steckkammverbindungen und guten, hochwiderstandsfähigen Vinylklebern aneinander geklebt. Diese Verfahren ermöglichen es, die Materialien zu formen und sorgfältig bzw. ausreichend zu fixieren, wobei deren langfristige Stabilität und Dauerhaftigkeit unterstrichen werden. Während der Lackierphase werden alle Modelle von Schönhuber Franchi mit mehreren Grundierungs- und Finish-Schichten bearbeitet. Dabei werden Substanzen verwendet, die durch ihre Wasserbasis den Giftgehalt auf ein Minimum reduzieren. Die diesen Phasen gewidmete Sorgfalt und die Qualität der ausgeführten Arbeit ermöglichen es, Stühle herzustellen, deren Lack widerstandsfähiger gegen Kratzer ist.
