1 HACKATHON PEDAGOGIQUE DOCUMENT DE PRESENTATION DE VOTRE SCENARIO D APPRENTISSAGE NUMERIQUE : LE POUVOIR DE FAIRE ENSEMBLE ET AUTREMENT! Au cours des 12 heures du hackathon pédagogique, vous allez concevoir un scénario d apprentissage accompagné de ses ressources pédagogiques et une bande annonce de présentation de votre scénario d une durée maximale de deux minutes. Un scénario d'apprentissage décrit le déroulement d une activité d apprentissage, élaborée en fonction d un public identifié pour atteindre des objectifs exprimés en termes d acquisition de connaissances et/ou de construction de compétences. Le scénario précise les rôles de chacun des acteurs de la situation, les tâches à réaliser et leur ordonnancement ainsi que les équipements, services et ressources requis pour la réalisation de l activité. Le scénario peut faire l objet d une description textuelle mais les équipes peuvent également recourir à des storyboards, des schémas formalisés (UML, IMS-LD ) ou pas. Une ressource pédagogique est un élément (texte, image, son, base de donnée, logiciel ) nécessaire au déroulement du scénario d apprentissage ; assurez-vous que les ressources que vous proposez sont de création originale ou que vous disposez des droits nécessaires à leur réutilisation dans le cadre du concours. Une bande annonce est un document audiovisuel court destiné à la présentation du scénario. Ce document peut prendre des formes différentes : vidéo, animation, diaporama sonorisé Il est à la fois argumentatif et descriptif. Tous vos livrables (scénario d apprentissage, ressources pédagogiques et bande annonce) doivent être sous licence Creative Commons CC-BY-NC et dans des formats courants. Pour vous aider à concevoir votre scénario pédagogique, vous pouvez vous aider du questionnement suivant : - quelle question avez-vous choisi de traiter? - comment se décline-t-elle en termes d objectifs d apprentissage? - en quoi ce scénario d apprentissage permet-il de répondre, même en partie, à la question posée? - quelles sont les personnes concernées par le scénario? Quels rôles jouent-elles? - quelles tâches doivent/peuvent elles réaliser? Dans quel ordre (ou non)? - quels sont les contextes de votre scénario d apprentissage (temps & lieux)? - de quels équipements, services et ressources, numériques ou non, a-t-on besoin pour réaliser ce scénario? - que produisent les apprenants et comment? - quelles seraient les motivations pour un enseignant de mettre en œuvre ce scénario? - quelles seraient les motivations pour un élève de participer à ce scénario?

The overall aim of this project is to understand the power of cyberbullying and secondly to understand how powerful we are when we stand together as educators, parents and students against cyberbullying. This project aims to equip under-privileged students with digital skills for the future while ensuring that all generations understand how to use them safely and as responsible citizens. Students will explore how students are being affected by cyberbullying in the school and create initiatives to support students and reduce cyberbullying. Students will develop digital skills with a focus on the use of augmented reality, which they will use in their final products. Parents, teachers and other students will be able to see the final products at an anti-cyberbullying open day event. A future further outcome after this project will be to produce together (educators, parents and students) a school anti- cyberbullying policy statement and to increase awareness particularly for teachers and parents of cyberbullying issues young people and adults can face on a daily basis. The school can also apply for the European safety label. This project is aimed particularly at preparing those students who will receive individualized tablets as part of a national technology programme (écoles connectées) in the school year. Students will work in autonomy in a future classroom learning space divided into different work zones, with access to digital tools. Students will have freedom to choose how they present their final product and can call on expert outside advice or help if needed during the project time.

3 TEACHING SESSIONS: Learning Time: N of Students: class 25 students (project for all children in 5ème: 4 classes) Aims: - To learn to respect others and their differences. (Civic Eudcation) - To understand cyberbullying and how to use digital tools safely. (Civic Eudcation) - To develop collaboration skills and produce a final product. - To develop skills in problem analysis and project organization. - To develop digital skills involving augmented reality: create QR codes and use Aurasma application. Outcomes: - Students develop skills using 21st century tools such as google docs, Aurasma, QR codes Padlet, Mindmap, online voting sites, video making. - Students will develop French and English language skills both written and oral. - Students will work in teams. Student can allocate roles and perform their role in their team. Students can evaluate progress individually and by peer evaluation and review. Session 1: Learning time: 90 minutes Objective: - To learn to respect others and their differences. (Civic Eudcation) - To understand cyberbullying and how to use digital tools safely. (Civic Eudcation) Explore (teacher input): Introduction: What is cyberbullying? Short video (made by students, winner of Lauréat in 2015): How are students facing cyberbullying in the school? Answer an on-line question and give ideas using tricider: Feedback results in plenary session Teacher input: Respect of others, understanding laws on use of the internet and cyberbullying including punishable acts. Consider ideas for combatting bullying together. Resource: Discussion in groups to include what can students do? Students note their results on tablets using a mind map application and project onto interactive board during the final brainstorm. Brainstorm: Final brainstorm with all students - use mind map application Session 2: Learning Time: 55 minutes Objective: - Find ideas for anti-cyberbullying initiatives - How to inform about cyberbullying. - Intranet blog: to allow for uploading of final products

4 Collaborate: In groups of approximately 8students (3 groups) Share experiences on cyberbullying (as a victim or friend of a victim or perpetrator) Each group produces a mind map (imindmap application) Groups share their findings with the class on interactive board Brainstorm: The entire class gives feedback on ideas for preventing cyberbullying and how to help victims/bullies. Groups are allocated tasks: 1 group will be given the objective of informing parents/students/teachers on cyberbullying 2 groups will be given the objective of creating an anti-bullying initiative for the school. Session 3: Learning time: 50 minutes Objective: know how to use augmented reality apps - Intranet blog: to allow for uploading of final products Teacher input: Introduction to using augmented reality apps: Aurasma and QR codes Input and hands-on practice Session 4, 5 and 6: Learning time: 150 minutes Objective: Develop and finalize projects - Intranet blog: To allow for uploading of final products Collaborate: During the 3 sessions each group will continue working with the objective of finalizing the projects by the end of session 6. Students will be encouraged to ask for help from experts if needed. One of the sessions will allow students to create slogans, slams, raps on anti-bullying using English as a foreign language Project event: Open day for parents, teachers and students Parents/ students/ teachers will be invited to see students work. Open day visitors will be able to use smartphones and tablets to view children s work. Visitors will get informed on cyberbullying issues and discover student initiatives.
