2 Reconfigurer son réseau Supply Chain Le programme ISLI en Global Supply Chain de BEM Management School Bordeaux accueille, pour la 23 éme année, les directeurs Supply Chain du monde entier pour débattre et échanger lors de son Forum. Au travers des expériences d entreprises, cette rencontre abordera les nécessités de reconfigurer les réseaux Supply Chain. Des changements fondamentaux dans le monde économique, la traversée de nombreuses crises fi nancières et écologiques imposent de revoir en profondeur les modèles existants d organisation des fl ux. Les impératifs liés aux nouveaux paradigmes de consommation, aux nouvelles attentes des consommateurs, aux normes de responsabilité sociétale nécessitent d autres modes d organisation des Supply Chain. Plusieurs thématiques seront abordées lors de cette nouvelle édition : Les nouveaux apports de la mutualisation en distribution Le développement d initiatives collaboratives La conception d une Supply Chain en lien avec les attentes des clients La reconception des réseaux Supply Chain pour s adapter aux changements des marchés Rethink your Supply Chain Networks The ISLI programme in Supply Chain of BEM Management School Bordeaux hosts for the 23 rd year in sequence Supply Chain leaders from all around the world. This is a one day forum in order to discuss and exchange ideas about hot topics in this fi eld. Based on company experiences, it will deal with the necessity to reconfigure Supply Chain networks. Fundamental changes in the economic environment, fi nancial and ecological crises oblige companies to revise in detail existing models of fl ow management. New constraints like constantly changing consumption patterns, more sophisticated customer expectations and corporate social responsibility requires new Supply Chain confi gurations. La recherche d optimisation passe désormais par une mutualisation des moyens de distribution d une entreprise, entre plusieurs fi lières de production et même entre concurrents. To follow the pace of more frequent replenishments which accelerate product fl ows, fi rms reorganize their distribution networks to make them more reactive. Celle-ci repose sur la mise en place de points de retrait pour les clients dans les autres enseignes du groupe Casino, hypermarchés Géant Casino, supermarchés Casino et magasins de proximité Leaderprice, Franprix, Petits Casino etc. et sur le partage des ressources de distribution jusqu aux magasins. Ce système a été récompensé d un trophée de l innovation par le magazine LSA CDiscount found an innovative way to distribute its products by resorting to the existing logistics fl ows of its mother company, The Casino Group. The solution lays on two main elements: the creation of withdrawal points in the Casino group supermarkets and proximity stores; the sharing of distribution resources from warehouses to supermarkets and stores. This solution has been rewarded this year by the Innovation Trophy of LSA magazine. Les entreprises mettent en place de nouvelles alliances avec leurs fournisseurs, clients et/ou concurrents rendant leur Supply Chain plus agile et effi cace. Taking the traditional relationship between suppliers-clients few steps further is becoming an important feature of todays Supply Chain. Companies are forming new alliances with their suppliers and/or clients, resulting in more agile and more responsive Supply Chain. Collaborative initiatives between the companies will be the feature of Supply Chain in the years to come. 11h00 DANONE Jean GARCIA Key Account Supply Chain Manager En partenariat avec Carrefour France, la division Produits Frais de DANONE a conçu une solution qui calcule les ruptures en linéaires et génère des propositions de réapprovisionnement quotidiennes sur 200 références pour chacun des 200 hypermarchés. Cette solution de GPA maison, baptisée ECCO s, vise à garantir un taux de présence optimal des produits en rayon, incluant les dispositifs promotionnels, pour éviter les ruptures et les ventes perdues. Ce partenariat a fait chuter les ruptures de 6 points et génère chaque année 3 M de C.A. additionnel pour les deux partenaires. In partnership with Carrefour France, DANONE business unit for Fresh Products has designed a solution that calculates shortages on shelves and generates daily replenishment proposals on 200 references for each of the 200 hypermarkets. This «homemade» solution of CMI called ECCO aims to ensure an optimal rate of product availability, including promotional devices, to avoid breaks and lost sales. This partnership has reduced shortages by 6 points each year and generates an additional 3 million sales for both partners. 11h30 COCA-COLA Marco AVILA Directeur Supply Chain Supply Chain Director KOF, basé à Mexico, est le 2 ème embouteilleur et distributeur de produit COCA-COLA en Amérique Latine. Avec 8 usines et 63 centres de distribution, COCA-COLA a décidé de mettre en place un système de collaboration avec KOF pour diminuer les ruptures, minimiser la variabilité des opérations, augmenter la précision des prévisions, baisser le niveau de stock, améliorer l utilisation des actifs et augmenter le taux de service client. Grâce à ce système, COCA-COLA a augmenté la fi abilité de ses prévisions jusqu à 93% et réduit les ruptures à moins de 1%. Le système a aidé l entreprise à atteindre une plus grande effi cacité globale et le plus important, un meilleur service client. KOF based in Mexico City is the 2 nd largest bottler and distributor of COCA-COLA products in Latin America. With 8 production plants and 63 distribution centers, COCA-COLA decided to implement a Supply Chain collaborative system to decrease stock-outs, minimize variability in operations, reduce inventory, increase forecast accuracy, improve asset utilization, and enhance customer service. By implementing this model, COCA-COLA has increased demand-planning accuracy up to 93 percent and reduced stock-outs to less than 1%. La coopération entre les fabricants de produit et les distributeurs a abouti à l élaboration d un guide des bonnes pratiques dont l objectif est de faciliter les fl ux et diminuer les coûts. In 2010 professional associations dedicated to the manufacturing and the distribution of beauty products started harmonizing logistics processes all along the industry. Cooperation between producers of beauty products and distributors led to the publication of a guideline of best practices. The aims are to ease fl ows within the chain and diminish cost. Customers today have become more adjusted to everything being served / delivered to them instantly; also they expect that when they want to make a purchase the goods are available.
