La corruption est non seulement un crime moral, mais aussi un crime économique, car elle ampute dans de larges proportions nos possibilités financières, et nous prive des fonds nécessaires à nos réalisations par des détournements inacceptables. Dans cette lutte, personne ne pourra plus jamais se prévaloir d être au-dessus de la loi. Il nous faudra en effet, pour tirer parti de ces facteurs favorables, remettre en cause les comportements qui sont à l origine de nos déficiences ou de nos échecs. Au premier rang d entre eux, la recherche du profit personnel au détriment de l intérêt général, lequel devrait pourtant être la règle d or du service public. Le Contrôle de l Etat devra se montrer inflexible à ce sujet. De même, les mauvaises habitudes telles que le népotisme, le trafic d influence, la fraude qui se sont largement répandus, devront disparaître» Octobre, Décembre

5 AFRICA Africa is an exciting and adventurous continent in the world. Africa is known primarily for its natural attractions, including its diverse geography and an abundance of wildlife. The continent of Africa consists of desert regions, highlands, green plains and rain forests. Some of the largest animals in the world graze throughout the continent, as well. African Wildlife Africa has 54 fully recognized sovereign countries, nine territories and two de facto independent States with limited or no recognition. With 1.1 billion people as of 2013,it accounts for about 15% of the world human population. Visitors from around the world come to countries in Africa each year to go on safari on the African Savannah or to appreciate the wildlife in the rain forests. Africa is also home to the second highest mountainous peak in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro. Africa has Sahara desert which is one of the hottest places on earth. Visitors from around the world travel to the Sahara Desert each year to experience it. Around the continent, animals run freely both in the wild and on large sanctuaries and game preserves. Along with lions, elephants and giraffes. Africa boasts diverse marine life in its range of lakes, seas and oceans. Countries within the African continent also offer a wide range of cultural diversity. There are hundreds of languages and religions among the many nations within the African continent. Visitors experience a host of different cultural traditions within each country. We are all proud of our beautiful and exciting continent of Africa.Vivre Africa! Bushman from Africa 5

Concerning this last case from the authority consisting of fighting efficiently against the anarchic exploitation as well as encouraging wood transformation locally Tourism in Cameroon is promising sector whose site benefits a great originality and this at all season. The national parks of BENOUE, WAZA, and FARO natural reserve of DJA, DOUALA -EDEA as well as the authorized hunting reserve are just some few development of this sector of activity.
