5 Démarches administratives OBTENIR UN TITRE DE SEJOUR : FORMALITES A ACCOMPLIR A L ARRIVEE EN FRANCE VISA D long séjour étudiant (CESEDA R ) Vous avez obtenu un visa D long séjour étudiant pour la France auprès du consulat / ambassade de France dans votre pays. Ce visa porte la mention CESEDA R Tout étranger âgé de plus de 18 ans, souhaitant séjourner en France plus de 3 mois doit posséder un titre de séjour PROCEDURE A SUIVRE EN 4 ETAPES DES VOTRE ARRIVEE EN FRANCE 1. compléter le document OFII délivré par le consulat et l envoyer par la poste en recommandé avec accusé de réception à l OFII de Montpellier accompagné d une copie des pages de votre passeport (identité + visa + tanpon d entrée en France). Administrative issues VISA D Extended-Stay student visa (CESEDA R ) You have got a visa D extended-stay student visa from the french embassy or consulate in your country. This VISA is marked CESEDA R All foreigners aged at least 18 years intending to stay in France for more than 3 months must have a residence permit ONCE YOU ARRIVE IN FRANCE THERE ARE 4 STEPS TO FOLLOW: 1. complete the official form OFII (French Office of immigration and integration) delivered by consulate. Upon receipt of these documents, the OFII will send you a delivery receipt 3. This visa also serves as a residency permit for the duration of its validity. 6 Démarches administratives AUTRES VISAS LONG SEJOUR Vous avez obtenu un autre type de visa long séjour (visas portant la mention carte de s éjour à solliciter dans les 2 mois suivants l arrivée stagiaire, échange jeunes Canada... VOUS devez déposer un dossier de première demande de titre de séjour à l ACCUEIL INTERNATION du PRES Sud de France. ETUDIANTS EUROPEENS Les étudiants européens sont dispensés de demande de titre de séjour. INFORMATIONS GENERALES - le titre de séjour autorise d étudiant international à TRAVAILLER jusqu à 60% de la durée annuelle légale de travail (soit 964 heures par an) - VISA TOURISTIQUE type C (court séjour) Cette catégorie de visa s adresse à tout ressortissant étranger désireux d entrer dans l espace Schengen dans le cadre d un voyage touristique ou pour participer à des conférences ou autres manifestations. 14 Informations pratiques LA SANTE Afficliation à la sécurité sociale Elle se fait dans l établissement d enseignement au moment de l inscription administrative. Elle est obligatoire pour les étudiants non européens. Coût : 211 (tarif ). Pour bénéficier de la sécurité sociale étudiante, les étudiants doivent être âgés de moins de 28 ans et être inscrits dans un établissement d enseignement supérieur agréé pendant au moins 4 mois. Les étudiants de plus de 28 ans bénéficient, sous certaines conditions, de la Couverture médicale Universelle (CMU) et acquittent alors une cotisation annuelle particulière auprès de la Caisse primaire d Assurance Maladie. Pour les autres étudiants, une assurance maladie personnelle doit être souscrite auprès d une compagnie privée d assurance privée (entre 150 et 550 ). Les étudiants ressortissants de l Espace Economique Européen en sont dispensés s ils sont titulaires, pour toute l année universitaire, d une carte européenne d assurance maladie (ou de son attestation provisoire). Mutuelles complémentaires La sécurité sociale rembourse en moyenne 60% des dépenses de maladie. A côté de ce système obligatoire, des mutuelles étudiantes permettent de compléter cette couverture jusqu à la gratuité complète des soins. Les étudiants qui ne répondent pas aux conditions nécessaires pour être affiliés au régime de la sécurité sociale étudiante sont couverts directement par Campus France. La couverture sociale Campus France est strictement personnelle et ne permet pas la prise en charge de la famille. Practical Information HEALTH Affiliation to Social Security You can subscribe for a social security while doing your administrative registration. The Social Security is mandatory for non-european students. Cost: 211 (2013/2014 rate) To benefit from the Student Social Security, students need to be less than 28 years old and registered to a higher education Institution for at least 4 months. If you are 28 years old or older, you cannot be affiliated with the traditional Student Social Security. You may benefit (under conditions) from the Universal Medical Insurance (CMU), for more information you need to contact the CPAM (Caisse Primaire d Assurance Maladie). For other students, you need to subscribe to a private health insurance (cost: 150 /550 ). Students from the European Economic Area are exempt if they hold for the entire academic year, a European health insurance card (or a provisional certificate). Complementary Insurance The traditional social security reimburses 60% of your health expenses; therefore you can subscribe to a omplementary insurance to cover the total cost of your medical expenses. Fee: from 200 to 500 /year depending on the supplementary insurance and the rate coverage. These policies enable to benefit from a third-party insurance that is mandatory in many cases. Special cases: Students who have been granted a scholarship from the French Government or their home country. Students affiliated to a student social security are exempted to pay the social security. L existence de ces ressources peut être prouvée par : - Une attestation de bourse d études, - Un ordre de virement permanent de l étranger (officialisé par le tampon de la banque), - Des relevés bancaires des trois derniers mois faisant apparaître les virements mensuels (615 /mois) ou une attestation de la banque chiffrée, tamponnée, signée et datée de moins de trois mois faisant apparaître un montant créditeur au moins égal à trois mois de ressources exigées. Ces 615 par mois sont un minimum. Le budget du premier mois vous demandera un effort financier allant jusqu à 1800 (dépôt de garantie, assurance, adhésion à une mutuelle...).
