6 SECTION B: READING Lisez les passages et répondez aux questions : Passage 5 Chasser le stress, pas si difficile Hélène Chaque méthode employée pour chasser le stress dépend du type de stress qui nous préoccupe. On peut très bien se mettre au yoga, à la méditation ou aux mots croisés. J ai une fontaine dans mon appartement et le bruit qu elle fait, c est extrêmement relaxant. David La natation, c est la détente assurée. En ce qui me concerne, je vais nager parce que je trouve que la natation est le meilleur sport qui soit pour se détendre. Ensuite, je prends une bonne douche suivie d un dîner léger. Le stress du travail n y résiste pas. Décrocher, c est ça le secret. Laëtitia Pour me relaxer, j ai une méthode simple : j écoute des chansons avec mon casque sur les oreilles et, du coup, je me déconnecte du monde. La plupart du temps, je prends une longue douche ou un bain. Ça marche également très bien. Étienne Ne penser qu à soi, cela fait du bien. Quand on a une heure à perdre, on va faire un peu de marche. 8 Passage 6 Le marathon de Poitiers Jean-Louis Richebé, le président de l organisation du marathon de Poitiers depuis neuf ans, a aujourd hui annoncé sa démission. Jean-Louis Richebé : Cela fait neuf ans que j ai créé ce marathon avec quelques amis. Il est nécessaire de passer le relais à une équipe nouvelle, avec d autres personnes. Je ne m absenterai pas totalement. J ai envie de donner un coup de main. Alors, je vais rencontrer prochainement les élus de la ville de Poitiers pour leur parler de nouvelles idées pour ce marathon. Une nouveauté déjà décidée, c est qu on pourra faire ce marathon comme randonneur, ce qui permettra à ceux qui sont atteints par le cancer d y participer. Ils seront ainsi motivés par ce défi. 10 Passage 7 Les espèces animales et végétales menacées par nos vacances En vacances aussi, vous pouvez donner un coup de pouce à la nature. Évitez d acheter des souvenirs provenant d espèces animales et végétales menacées, comme les statuettes et bijoux en ivoire, les sacs à main et chaussures en cuir de reptile ou encore les bijoux et colliers en corail. Ces achats sont encore trop fréquents et sont souvent plus dus à l ignorance qu à de mauvaises intentions. Ces objets menacent des espèces en voie de disparition. Par exemple, avec le corail, il faut des années pour que le récif se reconstitue. Chaque année, de nombreuses espèces animales et végétales protégées sont importées illégalement en Belgique, tout comme leurs produits dérivés. Par crime organisé? Parfois. Mais le plus souvent, ce sont les touristes qui rapportent ces objets à titre de souvenirs. Ce genre d achat irréfléchi peut avoir de fâcheuses conséquences pour la nature et aussi pour le touriste. Tout d abord parce que le commerce de ce type d objets est néfaste pour de nombreux animaux protégés et plantes rares. Ensuite parce que vous pouvez vous attendre à ce que la douane confisque de tels souvenirs. Dans certains cas, leur possession peut vous valoir une forte amende, voire même une peine de prison. Ces mesures sont sévères, mais n oubliez pas qu un achat irréfléchi compromet la survie de toute une espèce animale ou végétale menacée. Soyez donc vigilant quand vous décidez d acheter un souvenir en matière naturelle et, en cas de doute, abstenez-vous! Pendant vos vacances, si vous constatez un commerce de souvenirs peu orthodoxe, n hésitez pas non plus à contacter la police locale. De cette façon, vous contribuerez activement à la protection d animaux et de plantes dont la survie est menacée! Cependant faire attention à ne pas acheter de souvenirs interdits par la loi ne signifie pas que vous deviez éviter les magasins de souvenirs, les ateliers ou les marchés d artisanat. La plupart des produits proposés ne présentent aucun problème. 12 SECTION C: WRITING Passage 8 Les personnes handicapées et le sport Jeudi dernier, dans le gymnase de l Université de Dunkerque, on ne distinguait plus les valides des personnes handicapées. Ces étudiants en éducation physique ont tenté de jouer au basket en fauteuil roulant. Le but : mettre les étudiants valides en situation de handicap pour qu ils comprennent comment ils pourront apprendre à s occuper plus tard de personnes handicapées voulant pratiquer un sport. 8 Vous écrivez un article sur ce que vous avez lu au sujet du sport pour les personnes handicapées. Écrivez entre 200 et 220 mots en français.
