D'un montant d'un peu plus de (1500 OOO ),il a pour partenaire, l'oif, I'UEMOA, la CCR-UEMOA,7 pays de I'UEMOA, la I' France et l'espagne). Finance par Ie Fonds PRO INVESTde l'union Europeenne, l'apex-c1en est Ie coordonnateur. L'APEX-CIest aussi partenaire dans la mise en CEuvrede programmes nationaux, sous-regionaux et internationaux. Originated from the AMADE (Access to the market of public aid for development) from the OIF, this program aims at helping SME's from WAEMU countries to access these public aid markets. From a total of 900 million F/CFA (1/500 GOOf), this program has for partners, OIF, WAEMU, CCR-WAEMU, seven WAEMY countries, France and Spain. Financed by the PRO INVEST Fund from the European Union. APEX-C1 is also a key partner in the implementation of local, sub-regional and international organizations,

BUSH suite a la forte implication de I'APEX-CI au titre du secteur prive!cote d'ivoire has been declared eligible to AGOA by the US President George W. Bush after a strong lobby campaign led by APEX-Cr.. 11 Septembre/September 2007 : Creation du Reseau Global Compact Cote d'ivoire a I'initiative de I'APEX-C1./Creation of Global Compact -Cote d'ivoire Network at APEX-CI's initiative. 6 Mai/May 2008: Signature de la Convention ETAT / APEX-CI (renouvellement)/renewal of the Signing of the Government APEX-CI Agreement. Octobre/October 2008 : L'APEX-C1 est honoree par PME Magazine en designant son directeur general comme faisant partie des 50 managers qui font bouger la Cote d'ivoire/apex-ci is honored by PME Magazine with its CEO among the top 50 active personnalities in Cote d'ivoire. os - 07 Octobre/October 2009: APEX-CI et la Commission de la CEDEAO lancent Ie Systeme informatise de gestion des opportunites d'affaires (ECOBIZ) en Cote d'ivoire/apex-ci and ECOWAS Commission launch the ECOBIZ (computerized management of business opportunities in Cote d'ivoire) Novembre/November 2009 : Participation de I'APEX-CI a la Foire internationale de Lagos avec une delegation d'entreprises ivoiriennes/ Participation of APEX-CI at the Lagos International Fair with a business delegation. 09 Octobre/October 2003 : Sur I'initiative de I'APEX-CI, la Cote d'ivoire obtient Ie visa douanier AGOA de I'USTR (U.S. Trade Representative)/ On the APEX-CI initiative, Cote d'ivoire obtains the AGOA customs visa from USTR. 26 Novembre/November 2009: la Banque Mondiale et l'apex-c1 signent l'accord de Don a Abidjan pour Ie financement du PARE/PME/The World Bank and APEX-CI sign the Grant agreement for Private sector development program.

The Chief Executive Officer, also member of the Board is recruited through an international bidding process supervised by the World Bank and the Government of Cote d'ivoire.
