3 MAGASIN PRODUITS ET LEURS CHARGEMENT Le magasin produits peut être modifié à tout moment en fonction des dimensions des produits que l on souhaite y introduire. Le chargement des produits dans le magasin se fait à travers la porte qui se trouve à l arrière du distributeur. L habilitation se fait à travers l introduction d une " clé USB " qui aura la double fonction d être à la fois un dispositif de reconnaissance et un système de prélèvement des données de vente. Un lecteur optique amovible sera l outil de commande pour le déchargement et le chargement du produit. Le produit est identifié de manière univoque à travers un code à barres (il pourrait même s agir du code à barres prédéfini par le producteur). Après avoir sélectionné le produit souhaité (livre, portable, DVD, jeux vidéo, etc.), l écran affiche des sous-catégories pour accéder à la liste plus détaillée des produits contenus dans la machine. Par exemple en sélectionnant " livre ", l écran affiche la liste des genres disponibles : Romans policiers, Romans, Histoire, Jeunes etc ou la liste complète des livres présents, classés par titre ou par auteur. Après avoir sélectionné le genre et le titre, sur l écran apparaît une série d images avec affiche, bannières publicitaires, qui ont pour rôle de motiver le plus possible l achat en décrivant le contenu du produit et ses fonctions. La particularité du distributeur est de pouvoir dispenser tous les produits qui, pour pouvoir être achetés, doivent être accompagnés d une description illustrant leurs caractéristiques. Pratiquement un livre sera caractérisé par son titre, son auteur, l énigme et les images de sa couverture, alors qu un médicament sera caractérisé par sa posologie, sa composition et son mode d emploi. L évidente clarté d une telle solution fait que les produits dispensés par le distributeur peuvent être de nature différente en termes de poids, dimensions et utilisation, indépendamment du fait qu ils soient emmagasinés avec leur emballage d origine ou placés dans des boîtes jetables conçues à cet effet. L écran tactile permet de chercher, choisir, visualiser et acheter les produits contenus dans la machine à travers quelques opérations à la fois simples et réduites. Il permet par ailleurs de réserver un article particulier qui pour le moment est épuisé : dès que l article sera à nouveau disponible, sa disponibilité sera communiquée au client à travers un SMS. Il est possible de consulter/réserver les produits du distributeur à travers Internet. Cette caractéristique, conjuguée à la gestion automatisée du magasin à travers un logiciel spécifique, rend SISTEMAT24 une machine distributrice " intelligente " et donc unique. 6 SYSTÈMES DE PAIEMENT Pour le paiement le système prévoit l utilisation d un lecteur de billets avec rendeur (de monnaies) et peut être équipé pour le paiement par Terminal POS et/ou Carte de Crédit. Une imprimante de tickets est présente pour délivrée tout éventuel reçu de non distribution du produit, reçu de paiement effectué par Terminal POS ou reçu de garantie. Sistemat24 est prééquipé pour l installation d un lecteur de cartes magnétiques, code barres, puces pour la gestion des promotions (récolte de points, réductions, etc..). Le lecteur de cartes (carte d identité électronique, carte de crédit, carte bancaire, code fiscal) permet d habiliter l accès des clients aux archives des produits destinés à un public adulte.
