Important Dates September 1, Admission Tickets are $5 per person (quantities are limited) Tickets are available at The Review and at Hillcrest Funeral Home TICKETS ON SALE SEPTEMBER 1, September 1, Is the deadline to book & pay for the complete cost of renting an exhibitor booth at 50+ Attitude! Is the deadline to provide proof of insurance, for all exhibitors. October 17, Exhibitor set-up between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. October 18, The event officially opens at 9:30 a.m. All exhibitors who attend this event are required to be present, or have staff present at their booths between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors must dismantle their booths between 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on October 18,. 2 Exhibitor Registration Inscription des exposants Included with your booth: One 8 x 10 foot booth with one 2 x 6 foot banquet table, which has been fully dressed in a white tablecloth and skirt and two chairs in our vibrant show environment. If you require additional furniture (tables, chairs, table dressing, our rental company can help. We will supply you with the contact information). Corner booths are in limited supply, so please register early to request a preferred location. We know the planning involved in a show. We re ready for anything! Free wireless internet connection at every booth. An online link to your company website from our show website () on both the French and English sides of the website. Your business listed advertisement in our programme. Overnight security. Same-day takedown of exhibits. You have until 9 p.m. to remove your display material. Exhibitors may bring products or merchandise to sell. * NO ATM Machine will be available on-site. We recommend you bring your own portable Debit Machine for transactions. Help us to present an organized event. Exhibitor set-up takes place on Saturday, October 17 between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. There is NO SET-UP ON SHOW DAY, please. We will assume that any exhibitors who have not fully installed their booth set-up by 9 p.m. on October 17, will not be attending the show and the space will be reclaimed for our use. Please provide at least two people per booth so that you are able to interact with visitors. Please advise us if you will be having a raffle or draw so that we may announce winners at the end of the show. Full payment (cash, cheque or credit card) is required with your registration form. Cheques should be made out to The Review. Confirmation that you have $2 million in comprehensive general liability insurance. Please complete the attached registration and insurance form. Aidez-nous à créer un événement organisé. Les exposants peuvent s installer le samedi 17 octobre entre 16 h et 21 h. AUCUNE INSTALLATION LA JOURNÉE DE L EXPOSITION, S.V.P. Nous présumerons que toute exposition qui n est pas complètement installée à 21 h le 17 octobre ne fera pas partie de l exposition, et cet espace sera utilisé pour notre propre usage. Veuillez prévoir au moins deux personnes par kiosque afin de pouvoir interagir avec les visiteurs. Veuillez nous aviser si vous procédez à un tirage afin que nous puissions annoncer les gagnants à la fin de l exposition. Le paiement intégral (comptant, chèque ou carte de crédit) est requis avec votre formulaire d inscription. Les chèques devraient être faits à «The Review». 4 OCTOBER 18 Exhibitor/ Exhibitor Sub-Contractor Insurance Information 50+ATTITUDE Mandatory Insurance Requirements are as follows: Exhibitor: As per your signed Application for Booth Space, a minium of $2 million dollars of insurance coverage is necessary to exhibit at the 50+Attitude! events. Proof of coverage is required in the form of a signature, name of insurance company and policy number as indicated at the bottom of this form. Insurance policies must include the following clauses: $2,000, Comprehensive General Liability 50+ATTITUDE! and Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute named Cross Liability Clause Confirmation of exhibitor insurance: This Exhibitor confirms that the undersigned exhibitor at 50+ATTITUDE!
