If not, please note that there will be a charge of 50%. The treatment time indicated is the actual duration of the treatment. The purchase of a treatment is personal, no assignable or refundable. Please signal any health problems or your pregnancy, when you are booking your treatments. Some treatments could be not indicated to you. ARRIVAL : Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to respect the timeliness of our treatment schedule. Out of respect for the others customers, any delay, will reduce the length of your treatment by the equivalent time. Guests that arrive later than 15 minutes or do not show up after the scheduled appointment time will be required to pay the cancellation fee that amounts to 100% of the treatment charge. The Spa provides a locker room and showers should you wish to change there. Towels are available. ACCESS TO THE SPA : The Spa has an inside heating swimming-pool, an japanese bath, a steam room, a banya, a tepidarium, cold bath, an ice cave, a relaxation area with a tea lounge. If you want to enjoy the pool, the steam room and the different services, please don t forget to carry your swimsuit with you. Free access to the hotel guests and accessible to the non residents for any purchase of a 45 minutes minimum NUXE treatment. NUXE Spa declines all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of personal belongings. It is your time. If you feel chatting, go ahead. If not, enjoy your treatments in silence. Si vous désirez profiter de la piscine, du hammam et des différents services, pensez à vous munir d un maillot de bain. Le spa est en libre accès à la clientèle de l hôtel et accessible à la clientèle extérieure sous condition de l achat d un soin NUXE de 45 minutes minimum.
