3 Feature Identifications The HC-100 hearing aid cleaner comes with two different size suction tips for compatibility with different hearing aides. ON/OFF button Install two AA alkaline batteries as shown. CLOSE OPEN Battery compartment Internal filter sponge Suction tip

4 Using your HC-100 Clean and vacuum your hearing aid as shown. Exercise cautions to avoid any damages to your hearing aid, and, DO NOT use excessive force while vacuuming. Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions 1. Filter and suction tip--- Unscrew the suction tip from the hearing aid cleaner to remove the filter and empty any water collected. If necessary, wash the filter and suction tip under running water, dry thoroughly, and re-install. 2. Hand pump--- Only wipe clean with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use solvents and do not wash in dishwasher or submerge in water.

5 Warranty Your HC-100 (except batteries) comes with a one year limited warranty. We warrant during this warranty period, from the date of purchase, to the original consumer, the HC-100 to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under intended home use. In the event that the HC-100 fails to function properly within 30 days of purchase, return it to place of purchase for exchange. If failure occurs within one year of original purchase due to defects in materials or workmanship. Return the unit, with a check in the amount of $9.95 (shipping charge) and proof of purchase (sales receipt or packing slip, no exceptions) to: Serene Innovations Carmenita Road. Norwalk, CA We will either repair or replace the unit (with a refurbished unit or unit of equal condition) at no cost to you. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or if used on electrical frequency or voltage other than marked on product and/or described in manual. Any defects or errors caused by unauthorized alterations, repairs, and/or tampering are also not covered by this warranty.

6 If a defect covered by this warranty should occur, promptly contact a Customer Care Representative by phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions before shipping the product to us. Any shipment without a RAN will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Any authorized returned product must be accompanied with proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the problem. 9 Utilisation de votre HC-100 Utiliser l aspirateur pour votre aide auditive tel qu illustré. Utiliser avec précaution afin d éviter d endommager votre aide auditive. NE PAS utiliser de force excessive lors de l aspiration. Instructions de Nettoyage et d Entretien 1. Filtre et pointe d aspiration --- Dévisser la pointe d aspiration de l aspirateur pour aides auditives afin d en retirer le filtre et d en extraire toute eau ayant été aspirée. Si nécessaire, nettoyer le filtre et la pointe d aspiration en les passant sous l eau courante, puis les sécher totalement avant de les réinstaller. 2. Pompe à main --- Nettoyer à l aide d un linge doux, sec ou humide. Ne pas utiliser de solvant et ne pas mettre au lave-vaisselle ou immerger dans l eau.

10 Information sur les garanties de service HC-100 vient avec une garantie limitée d un an. Nous garantissons durant cette période, à partir de la date d achat, à l acheteur original, que HC-100 est exempt de tous défauts matériels ou de main d oeuvre dans le cadre d un usage personnel. Au cas ou HC-100 ne fonctionnerais pas correctement durant la premiére année suivant l achat, dû a un défaut matériel ou de main d ceuvre, retournez l appareil ( à nos frais ) avec la prevue d achat (reçu de caisse, bon de livraison ou autre) à Serene Innovations. Serene Innovations réparera ou remplacera l appareil (avec un appareil réusiné ou de qualité égale) et vous le retournera (par UPS/USPS postes USA) sans frais si le retour survient dans les premiers 30 jours suivant l achat. Aprés 30 jours, mais toujours sous la garantie d un an, de frais de manutention de 9.95$ US seront applicables à chaque retour.
