3 RaetsMarine and Amlin Corporate Insurance sign MGA Rotterdam, Monday December 21, Today RaetsMarine and Amlin Corporate Insurance, announce the conclusion of a new agency agreement, effective January 1, This new contract between RaetsMarine and Amlin Corporate Insurance will offer both companies the opportunity to further enhance their positions as quality operators in the marine insurance market. Amlin and RaetsMarine already have a long historical relationship as Amlin Corporate Insurance was the risk carrier of RaetsMarine between 2002 and The announcement follows discussions between RaetsMarine and Swiss Re resulting in a decision to agree to terminate their cooperation due to a re-evaluation of strategies and directions. Through this agreement, Amlin Corporate Insurance will be the insurance carrier for all RaetsMarine contracts starting January 1, 2010 across its full range of products. RaetsMarine will implement its own strategy and function independently within the framework of underwriting guidelines and limits accepted by and agreed with Amlin Corporate Insurance. The alliance with Amlin puts us in an excellent position to provide our clients with a one stop and full service marine insurance package, says Folkert Strengholt, Managing Director of RaetsMarine. This will strengthen us in achieving our mission to become a leading specialist and niche player as retail marine insurance provider. 7 RaetsMarine et Amlin Corporate Insurance signent un contrat d agence de souscription Rotterdam, Lundi 21 décembre Aujourd'hui, RaetsMarine et Amlin Corporation Insurance annoncent la signature d'un nouveau contrat d agence de souscription, qui prendra effet le 1 er janvier Ce nouveau contrat offrira aux deux compagnies l'occasion de renforcer leurs positions d'acteurs de qualité dans les assurances maritimes. Amlin et RaetsMarine ont déjà une longue histoire ensemble. En effet Amlin Corporate Insurance a été le porteur des risques de RaetsMarine de 2002 à Cette alliance intervient à la suite de pourparlers entre RaetsMarine et Swiss Re ayant conduit à la décision de mettre fin à leur collaboration, du fait de la réévaluation des stratégies. Avec le présent contrat, Amlin Corporate Insurance sera à partir du 1 er janvier 2010 le porteur de risque pour tous les contrats de RaetsMarine prenant effet a partir de cette date dans toute la gamme de produits.
