6 SECTION B Part One 5 Bonbons ou légumes? Aujourd hui les Français boivent beaucoup de boissons contenant une grande quantité de sucre et ils mangent de moins en moins de légumes frais. Ils mangent deux fois plus de chocolat et de bonbons qu en Aujourd hui, en France, 90% des enfants ne prennent pas assez de fruits et légumes pour rester en bonne santé. Alors 1,5 million d enfants sont obèses. Des associations ont proposé plusieurs solutions. On suggère, par exemple, de demander aux supermarchés de limiter la quantité de sucreries qu ils exposent à la caisse! 8 SECTION B Part Two 6 Une bibliothécaire parle Bonjour, je suis Madame Bourlat et je suis la bibliothécaire de notre petite ville depuis 25 ans. Pour me préparer à cette profession, j ai étudié les langues jusqu au bac et j ai continué à l université. Maintenant je travaille régulièrement, parfois toute une journée, d autres fois seulement le matin. Et j ai cinq semaines de vacances par an! Je suis devenue bibliothécaire par passion car j aime les livres. J adore partager ma passion avec les autres, particulièrement les enfants et leur donner le goût et l envie de faire de la lecture. Moi je crois que tout le monde aimerait avoir un endroit où on peut emprunter gratuitement des livres. En ce moment, seulement les jeunes de moins de 18 ans ne paient pas d inscription annuelle. Il y a une seule règle à respecter : il faut travailler et lire dans le calme pour ne pas déranger les autres. Pour moi, cette petite bibliothèque me plaît. Je n aimerais pas travailler dans une grande bibliothèque parisienne, par exemple. J aime connaître mes «clients» et, chez nous, c est possible. L inconvénient ici, c est que nous ne pouvons acheter suffisamment de livres, le budget étant très limité depuis longtemps. Et au début de cette année, mon directeur a pris la décision d acheter plusieurs ordinateurs, alors moins de livres neufs sur nos rayons. Quel dommage! 8 *P38743A0812*
