2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: Année: 2013 Type de Projet: Statut: Pays: Accroche marketing: Résumé: Un enseignant et un étudiant qui travaille avec PROJECTX ( ES-LEO ) Un enseignant et un étudiant qui travaille avec PROJECTX ES-LEO Projets de transfert d'innovation En cours ES-Espagne Nous voulons rapprocher les besoins des entreprises dans les écoles et, d'autre part, d'améliorer la méthodologie sens pédagogique de l'enseignement dans les écoles, permettant aux enseignants de faire attention à chaque élève singulier, et concernant leurs propres rythmes d'apprentissage personnels. Le système dual de la formation professionnelle est le plus souvent considéré comme l'un des plus effectifs les systèmes de formation professionnelle parce que les étudiants sont formés selon les besoins réels des entreprises, mais malheureusement ce système n'est pas mis en œuvre dans tous les pays européens. En outre, dans ces pays, la méthode pédagogique utilisée donne encore «master classes»: un enseignant à de nombreux étudiants, avec la circonstance aggravante que les programmes des sujets ont été conçus il ya longtemps et sont éloignés des besoins et des technologies actuelles utilisées dans entreprises. En raison de cette situation, les jeunes étudiants ont manque de qualifications et de compétences pour les rendre prêts à entrer dans le marché du travail. Le but de ce projet est double: d'une part, nous voulons rapprocher les besoins des entreprises dans les écoles et, d'autre part, d'améliorer la méthodologie sens pédagogique de l'enseignement dans les écoles, permettant aux enseignants de faire attention à chaque singulier étudiant, et concernant leurs propres rythmes d'apprentissage personnels. L' instrument que nous allons utiliser pour rendre réel ce but que nous avons appelé le «ProjectX ", un guide méthodologique pour l'étudiant de mener à bien une activité concrète, l'un pour un avec l'enseignant, dans lequel la théorie et la pratique sont à la fois parfaitement intégré et est liée à la véritable lieu de travail. Chaque ProjectX sera élaboré sur la base des résultats d'apprentissage, ce qui signifie que nous allons également créer un outil basé sur le système de crédit ECVET qui permettra la mobilité des étudiants entre les institutions participantes. De cette façon, nous sommes alignés avec le 2020 sur la stratégie européenne qui accroît la mobilité des étudiants et des enseignants dans un haut degré de qualité. The main objectives are guaranteeing the quality of the project and being a tool to facilitate a cooperative working environment. Its objective is to detect any possible obstacle to the implementation of the methodology that is transferred in the project, as well as to identify strengths and weakness of the methodology in each partner country. This report was led by Savo Consortium for Education. Description: The report contains the following information 1. Description of the Finnish Educational System: In order to learn their world class standars, we need to understand and analyse the Finnish educational system and in particular the Dual VET system. 2. Description of key points of partner's VET systems: for example who decides the curricula, the flexibility of the learning paths, approach to the labour market, and key elements of assessment, recognition and validation of learning outcomes. 3. The methodology we developed focuses on creating practical projects to be done by students in the classroom that are based on real work life situations. Description: The aim of this guidelines is to describe how to develop practical projects starting from a practical situation that happens in the real work place. From the situation, the correspondent Learning Outcome is described. Each ProjectX will include: 1. A general description (level 1), 2. The student's guide which includes theory, practical activities and evaluation. This student's guide pretends that a student can develop all the activities autonomously. Teacher should be available for specific consultations. 3. Complete description of the Learning Outcomes, (skills, knowledge and competences), EQF level and a reference to the NQF of the countries participating in the project. At the moment, partners have developed points 1 and 2. A deep reviewing process of those levels was done during the third meeting and the final version of the each ProjectX should be available for the fourth meeting. Description: 1. Project banner is 2.35m height and 1 mt long. It was designed in Spain and it's available for all partners to be printed in their countries. Lycée Isaac Newton and Fundacion Eifor have printed one copy and they use it in their dissemination activities. 2. Project Flyer: Designed and printed in Spain. All partners have hard copies of it. In addition the high resolution file is available for partners use in the Dissemination Tools website. Promotional flyers show the main objectives of the project, the name of the partners an a short description of the results. They also provide contact details for interested people.
