General 1. Généralités (a) Service charges apply in addition to other rates and charges unless otherwise stated. The same service charge applies whether the required facility must be installed or whether it is reconnected after disconnection and in the latter case includes the relocation of that facility to meet the customer's requirements. (b) The service charges specified in this Tariff apply for Local Link Package, Tariff 680. They are subject to the terms and conditions stated in Tariff 90 and are in addition to other rates and charges as specified. Application des frais de service suite (7) to add, change or omit a directory listing. One Local Link Administration charge applies for all additions, omissions and changes to the directory listing of each service provided to a customer at each premises and done at the same time; Exception: The Local Link Administration charge does not apply for changes of listing: (7) ajouter, modifier ou omettre une inscription à l'annuaire. However, there is no service charge to migrate: (1) from an individual residence or business line to a Local Link Package. (8) One Local Link Administration service charge applies for all software changes made to the features of the customer's Local Link service and done at the same time and on the same order, after the initial installation. (9) The Local Link Service Connection service charge does not apply to business customers who switch to the Company's Local Link locals from an alternate provider's local service. (10) At the Company's discretion, eligible business customers may benefit from a Service Connection service charge waiver for one or more contracted Local Link locals. (a) This offer will be available in all rate bands where Minimum Contract Period (MCP) terms are offered. Eligibility Criteria (b) Customers subscribing to one or more contracted Local Link locals on a new one (1) to five (5) year MCP. (10) À la discrétion de la Compagnie, les abonnés d'affaires admissibles peuvent profiter de l'annulation des frais de raccordement du service pour un ou plusieurs locaux du Forfait accès local avec contrat. (a) Cette offre sera disponible dans les secteurs correspondant aux tranches de tarification où les modalités de la durée minimale de contrat (DMC) sont offertes. Existing customers who order additional quantities of the three services specified in (1); and c.
