Le désamiantage sera exécuté selon un contrat tripartite (voir exemple ajouté). Deze locomotieven bevatten asbest. De asbestverwijdering gebeurt volgens een driepartijencontract (zie bijgevoegd voorbeeld). These locomotives contain asbestos. 2 Enlèvement/ Ophaling/ Collection HLD 91: Le client doit enlever les locomotives type 91 par camion à TW Hasselt avant le 31/08/2015. Le transport est complètement à charge de l acheteur. De locomotieven type 91 worden door de klant opgehaald per camion in TW Hasselt vóór 31/08/2015. Het transport is volledig ten laste van de klant. The collection of the locomotives type 91 must be executed by the buyer per truck in TW Hasselt before 31/08/2015. The transportation is completely at the expense of the buyer. HLE 23: Le transport par rail de la locomotive type 23 sera assuré par la SNCB vers la gare desservant le chantier de l acheteur. Het transport per spoor van de locomotief type 23 wordt uitgevoerd door de NMBS tot in het station het dichtst bij de werf van de koper. The transport per track of the locomotive type 23 will be executed by the SNCB up to the closest station to the yard of the buyer.
