10 CONDITIONS DE LOCATION GENERAL CONDITIONS ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN QUAND RESERVER? Les réservations sont recommandées à compter du 15 novembre. COMMENT RESERVER? Les réservations sont acceptées par courrier, sur notre site web et par téléphone avec une confirmation écrite. ACCORD : Après le retour du contrat signé et du règlement de l'acompte (30% du montant total du séjour + frais de réservation), la réception vous adresse une confirmation de réservation. En cas d'impossibilité, le camping vous retourne les arrhes versées. Toutefois, des solutions pourront vous être proposées en fonction des disponibilités. QUAND REGLER VOTRE SEJOUR? Séjour avec réservation : Emplacements de camping, Le client, règle le solde de son séjour à son arrivée. Hébergement locatif, Le client, règle le solde de son séjour 30 jours avant l'arrivée et la taxe de séjour se règle sur place. Séjour sans réservation : Le client règle le solde de son séjour le jour de son arrivée en fonction de la durée prévue de son séjour. Pas de frais de réservation. COMMENT REGLER SON SEJOUR? - Si le client réside en France, il peut effectuer ses règlement soit par chèques bancaires, chèques postaux, chèques vacances, virement bancaire, carte bancaire (Visa, Mastercard) ou mandat postal. - Si le client réside à l'étranger, il peut effectuer ses règlements soit par virement bancaire international, carte bancaire (Visa, Mastercard) ou en espèces le jour de l'arrivée. ANNULATION : Le client prévient : - 60 jours (date d'arrivée non comprise) au moins avant la date prévue de l'arrivée, nous remboursons l'intégralité des sommes versées moins les frais de réservation. - Moins de 60 jours : nous retenons l'intégralité des sommes versées. Toutefois, Le camping vous conseille de souscrire à une garantie annulation soit auprès de votre compagnie d'assurance soit, auprès du camping (25 ). Condition de remboursement: décès d'un proche de la famille, mutation ou suppression des vacances par l'employeur (franchise 20%), vol au domicile privé intervenant dans les 48h précédant le départ et sous réserve que l'importance du sinistre rende nécessaire la présence de l'assuré, destruction du domicile personnel au moins à 50%, complications dues à l'état de grossesse, dans tous ces cas sur présentation d'une pièce justificative, les frais de dossier restent acquis au camping. ARRIVEE / DEPART : Les arrivées en location se feront entre 15h et 19h et à partir de 13h en emplacement. Les locations doivent être libérées à 10h en haute saison et 12h en emplacement. EN HAUTE SAISON : Réservation d'un emplacement de camping pour au minimum 3 nuits. EMPLACEMENTS AVEC TONNELLES : Certains emplacements sont équipés de tonnelles, elles sont sous la responsabilité des personnes occupants l'emplacement. Si vous ne la souhaitez pas, il vous faut le stipuler expressement à la réception. PROLONGATION DE SEJOUR : Le client séjourne déjà sur le camping et désire prolonger son séjour. En fonction nous proposons nos disponibilitées. Il acquittera la prolongation estimée le jour même à la réception. PERSONNE SUPPLEMENTAIRE A LA JOURNEE : Les personnes supplémentaires à la journée doivent se présenter à l'accueil dès leur arrivée et doivent s'acquitter de la redevance suivant le tarifs en vigueur. INTERRUPTION DE SEJOUR : Une interruption de séjour ne pourra donner lieu à aucune demande de remboursement ou avoir. REGLEMENT INTERIEUR : Tout client est tenu de se conformer aux dispositions du règlement intérieur du camping. CAS FORTUITS : Nous ne pouvons être tenu responsable des cas fortuits de force majeure, catastrophes climatiques ou des nuisances qui pourraient interrompre ou perturber le séjour. ASSURANCE PERSONNELLE : Il appartient au client de s assurer. Le camping décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol, incendie, intempéries, en cas d incidents relevant de la responsabilité civile du client, etc. CAUTIONS : Pour les hébergements locatifs, une caution de 200 sera déposée le jour de votre arrivée à la réception du camping, ainsi que 65 de forfait ménage. Les règlements seront restitués au client à la fin du séjour (lors de l'état des lieux au moment du départ) si l hébergement n a pas subit de dégradation (200 ) et s'il est rendu propre (65 ). Toute réclamation concernant l'hébergement, devra être formulée dans un délais maximum de 24 heures après l'arrivée. Pour tout état des lieux il est nécessaire de prendre rendez-vous auprès de la réception du camping pendant les heures ouvrables. WHEN CAN I BOOK? We advise you to book starting from November 15th. HOW CAN I BOOK? Bookings can be done by mail, through our website and by phone, and you will then receive a written confirmation. AGREEMENT : Once you have sent back the contract and the deposit (30% of the total amount + the booking fee), the reception will send you a booking confirmation. The campsite will send you the deposit back in case the booking is not possible. Please know that we can always try to find a solution following the availabilities. WHEN SHOULD I PAY MY HOLIDAY? If you have booked in advance : Camping pitch, you will pay the balance upon arrival. Rental accommodations, you will pay the balance 30 days before arrival and the tourist tax upon arrival. If you haven't booked in advance : You will pay your holiday upon arrival, according to the length of your stay. In this case, there will be no booking fee. HOW CAN I PAY MY HOLIDAY? - When you live in France, you can pay your holiday by bank cheque, postal cheque, "chèques vacances", bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or per money order. - When you live abroad, you can pay your holiday by international bank transfer, per credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash (upon arrival). CANCELLATIONS : In case you inform us : - At least 60 days ahead (not including the day of arrival) of the arrival date, we will then pay you back the entire amount, except for the booking fee. - Less than 60 days ahead : we will then keep the deposit already paid. The campsite advises you however to subscribe an insurance for cancellations, you can do this with your own insurance company or directly with the campsite (25 ). General conditions for reimbursement: refunding will be done in case of a decease of a close family member, a transfer for work or in case your work situation does not allow you to take your holidays (with an excess of 20%), in case your house gets broken into 48 hours before your departure date and you cannot leave for insurance matters, in case your house gets damaged for at least 50%, and in case of complications during a pregnancy; in all these cases and providing the necessary documents, the booking fee will remain with the campsite. ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE : For the rental accommodations, all arrivals take place between 3 PM and 7 PM. For camping pitches, arrivals take place from 1 PM. The rental accommodations must be free at 10 AM In the high season, and the camping pitches at midday. DURING THE HIGH SEASON: Camping pitches need to be booked for a minimum of 3 nights. PITCHES WITH AN ARBOUR: Some pitches are equipped with an arbour, that are under the customer's responsibility. If you do not wish an arbour, you will need to clearly indicate this at reception. EXTENDING YOUR HOLIDAY : You are already staying on the campsite and you wish to extend your holiday. We can propose you our availabilities, and if you extend your holiday, the extra days must be paid at reception on the same day. SUPPLEMENTS PER PERSON AND PER DAY : All extra persons added to your holiday must call in at reception upon their arrival and pay the supplements following the indicated tariffs. IN CASE YOUR HOLIDAY IS INTERRUPTED : In any case of an interruption of your holiday, there will be no refund. INTERNAL RULES : All customers must respect the internal rules of the campsite. UNFORESEEN EVENTS : The campsite cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events, act of God, unforeseen weather or other circumstances that could interrupt or disturb your holiday. INSURANCES : Every customer must take care of their own insurances. The campsite will not be held responsible in case of theft, fire, unforeseen weather or other circumstances that concern the customer's responsibility. WARRANTY DEPOSIT : For the rental accommodations, a warranty deposit 200 must be left at reception, as well as a warranty deposit for the cleaning of 65. The deposits will be handed back to the customers by the end of their holiday, after the check up upon departure, and when the rental accommodation shows no damage and is left in a clean state. Any reclamation concerning the rental accommodations must be done within a maximum of 24 hours after arrival. For all departure check ups, an appointment must be made during the opening hours of the reception. WANNEER KAN IK RESERVEREN? Het wordt aangeraden om vanaf 15 november te reserveren. HOE KAN IK RESERVEREN? Reserveringen kunnen per post, via onze website en per telefoon gedaan worden, waarbij u een schriftelijke bevestiging krijgt. OVEREENKOMST : Na het terugsturen van het ondertekend contract en de aanbetaling (30% van het totaalbedrag van het verblijf + de reserveringskosten), stuurt de receptie u een bevestiging van reservering. Wanneer de reservering niet mogelijk is, stuurt de camping u de aanbetaling terug. Er kan in ieder geval altijd een oplossing gezocht worden naar gelang de beschikbaarheden. WANNEER MOET IK MIJN VERBLIJF BETALEN? Wanneer er van te voren gereserveerd is : Campingplaats, U betaalt het restbedrag van het verblijf bij aankomst. Huuraccommodaties, U betaalt het restbedrag van het verblijf 30 dagen voorafgaande aan uw aankomst en de toeristenbelasting wordt ter plaatse betaald. Wanneer er van te voren niet gereserveerd is : U betaalt het bedrag van het verblijf bij aankomst, en dit naar gelang de lengte van uw verblijf. In dit geval zijn er geen reserveringskosten. HOE BETAAL IK MIJN VERBLJF? - Wanneer u in Frankrijk woont, kan het verblijf per bank cheque, post cheque, "chèques vacances", bankoverboeking, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) of per postwissel machtiging betaald worden. - Wanneer u in het buitenland woont, kan het verblijf per internationale overboeking, per credit card (Visa, Mastercard) of cash (bij aankomst) worden betaald. ANNULEREN : Wanneer u ons inlicht : - Ten minste 60 dagen (dag van aankomst niet inbegrepen) voor de geplande aankomstdatum, dan betalen wij het hele bedrag van uw verblijf terug, behalve de reserveringskosten. - Minder dan 60 dagen : dan behouden wij het gehele reeds betaalde bedrag. De camping adviseert u desalniettemin om een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten, dit kunt u doen bij uw verzekeringsmaatschappij of direct bij de camping (25 ). Voorwaarden voor terugbetaling: in geval van overlijden van een direct familielid, een overplaatsing door uw werkgever of wanneer deze uw vakantie niet door laat gaan (met een eigen risico van 20%), wanneer u 48 uur voor uw vertrek slachtoffer bent geweest van inbraak in uw huis en op voorwaarde dat u hierom voor de verzekeringsmaatschappij thuis moet blijven, in het geval uw huis voor minimaal 50% schade heeft opgelopen en bij zwangerschaps complicaties; in al deze gevallen en op voorwaarde van het presenteren van bewijs documenten, blijven de administratie kosten in bezit van de camping. AANKOMST / VERTREK : De aankomsten voor de huuraccommodaties vinden plaats tussen 15 h en 19 h en voor staanplaatsen vanaf 13 h. De huuraccommodaties moeten in het hoogseizoen om 10 h worden verlaten en de staanplaatsen om 12 h. IN HET HOOGSEIZOEN : Camping plaatsen moeten minimaal 3 nachten worden geboekt. PLAATSEN MET PERGOLA : Sommige plaatsen hebben een pergola, die onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant valt. Wilt u geen pergola, meldt dit dan duidelijk bij de receptie. VERLENGEN VAN UW VERBLIJF : U verblijft al reeds op de camping en u wilt uw verblijf verlengen. Wij kunnen onze beschikbaarheden dan aan u voorstellen. U moet dat geval de verlenging dezelfde dag nog bij de receptie betalen. TOESLAG PER DAG VOOR EEN EXTRA PERSOON : Extra personen moeten zich bij de receptie melden bij hun aankomst en de toeslagen volgens de geldende tarieven betalen. BIJ ONDERBREKEN VAN HET VERBLIJF : In het geval het verblijf onderbroken wordt, wordt er geen enkele terugbetaling of tegoed gegeven. INTERNE REGELGEVING : Alle klanten dienen zich aan de interne regelgeving te houden. ONVOORZIENE GEVALLEN : Wij kunnen niet verantwoordelijk gehouden worden voor onvoorziene gevallen, overmacht, onvoorziene weersomstandigheden of andere overlast die het verblijf zouden kunnen verstoren of onderbreken. VERZEKERINGEN : Het is aan de klant zorg te dragen voor zijn eigen verzekeringen. De camping neemt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid in geval van diefstal, brand, slechte weersomstandigheden, of voorvallen die de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant betreffen. BORG : Er moet een borg van 200 bij de receptie worden achtergelaten voor de huuraccommodaties, alsmede een borg van 65 voor schoonmaak kosten. De betalingen worden aan het einde van het verblijf aan de klant terug gegeven (bij de check up tijdens het vertrek), wanneer de huuraccommodatie geen schade toont (200 ) en als deze schoon wordt opgeleverd (65 ). Iedere reclamatie betreffende de huuraccommodatie moet maximaal 24 uur na aankomst worden aangegeven. Voor iedere check up bij vertrek moet er tijdens de openingstijden van de receptie een afspraak worden gemaakt.
