2 Information sur le projet Titre: Code Projet: JUBILEE: De nouvelles compétences pour un nouveau métier dédié à l'efficacité énergétique du bâtiment FR1-LEO Année: 2013 Type de Projet: Statut: Accroche marketing: Résumé: Projets de transfert d'innovation Accordé FR-France L'objet du projet est de créer un lien entre l'architecte et les techniciens du bâtiment (électriciens, maçons, chauffagistes...). Dans le cadre des nouvelles réglementations (EPBD, par exemple) un chantier de construction a besoin d'un "superviseur" en charge de la mise en oeuvre des bonnes pratiques pour une efficacité énergétique élevée et d'une maîtrise des coûts. L'augmentation des émissions de gaz à effet de serre dans l'atmosphère cause des changements climatiques majeurs. Pour permettre un développement durable de nos sociétés, il est maintenant accepté qu'il faut diviser par deux les émissions de gaz à effet de serre en Les défis concernent en particulier le développement des économies d'énergie et l'utilisation de sources d'énergie alternatives. Le secteur de la construction est un des plus grands consommateurs d'énergie parmi tous les secteurs économiques. Les besoins en termes de formation sont importants, nous devons en effet repenser la formation sur la thermique du bâtiment en prenant en compte le rendement énergétique global de la construction (du bâtiment) et la prise en compte de nouveaux règlements européens et nationaux. Actuellement, les programmes de formation sont organisées par métiers spécifiques qui traitent une partie de l'immeuble. Afin de répondre à la nécessité décrit ci-dessus, ce projet va travailler sur les objectifs suivants. : A. Meilleures coopération entre entreprises et éducation => offre de programmes de formation qui répondent à ce besoin spécifique décrit ci-dessus => Former des formateurs afin que leurs connaissances sont à jour B. L'échange de connaissances et d'expérience => Création d'une plate-forme pour échanger l'expertise qui existe déjà dans ce domaine, afin d'être en mesure de transférer les innovations d'un pays à l'autre et d'un secteur à l'autre. Les activités suivantes seront menées: a. Enquête de la réglementation européenne. b. décrire le profil de compétences pour le superviseur de bâtiments durables. c. mettre le contenu du programme de formation nécessaire pour former les gens pour ce travail; faire une boîte à outils des programmes, le matériel de cours existants. d. Épreuve pratique: En collaboration avec des entreprises partenaires, tester le contenu éducatif afin qu'ils soient reconnus et certifiés. Le résultat du projet sera que les employés, les étudiants et les chômeurs pourront améliorer leurs compétences et qu'ils soient plus performants et compétitifs sur le marché du travail. Les groupes de projet comprennent huit partenaires tous les acteurs de la formation professionnelle et ayant une expertise, une pratique dans le domaine de la formation dans le secteur de l'énergie. Les partenaires ont tous une grande expérience des échanges et des projets européens. En travaillant sur l'efficacité énergétique des bâtiments, il est important de rassembler les pays du Centre, mais aussi le Nord et le Sud de l'europe. Nous avons pour objectif de préciser les compétences nécessaires pour le superviseur en efficacité énergétique des bâtiments, ainsi que sur 16 sujets à contenus éducatifs pertinents pour les élèves et les employés de ce secteur. Au niveau individuel, l'impact sera de fournir de nouvelles compétences pour de nouveaux emplois, améliorer la mobilité et l'employabilité, de la validation des compétences acquises. Practical test: In collaboration with partner companies, test educational content so that they are recognized and certified. The project result are that employees, students and unemployed people can upgrade their skills and that they re more successful and competitive on the labour market. The project groups includes 8 partners all involved in vocational training and having an expertise, a practice in the field of training in the sector of the energy. The partners have all a big experience of exchanges and in European projects. By working on the energy efficiency of buildings, it was important to gather countries of the Center but also the North and the South of Europe. We have for objective to specify the skills necessary for the supervisor in energy efficiency of buildings as well as on 16 subjects to propose relevant educational contents for the pupils and the employees of this sector. At the individual level the impact will be to provide new skills for new jobs, Improve mobility and employability, to validate acquired competences.
