8 CONDITIONS GENERALES DE RESERVATION EMPLACEMENT Pour JUILLET-AOÛT, nous vous conseillons de réserver. Les réservations ne sont acceptées que pour des séjours de 7 nuits minimum. Une réservation ne devient effective qu aprés envoi du bulletin de réservation accompagné du réglement de 70e (55e d acompte qui seront déduits lors du réglement de votre séjour + 15e de frais de réservation qui restent acquis à Gervanne Camping, même en cas d annulation) et réception d un courrier d acceptation en fonction des disponibilités de Gervanne Camping. Tout contrat de réservation non accompagné du réglement sera considéré comme nul. En cas d annulation : parvenue par courrier avant le 15/06, le montant de l acompte sera remboursé, les frais de réservation restant acquis à Gervanne Camping. Passé ce délai, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. En cas de retard d arrivée : la Direction du Camping doit étre prévenue, l emplacement restant à dispostion pendant 24 h, sans réduction du prix du séjour. Passé ce délai, la Direction pourra redisposer de l emplacement et les sommes préalablement versées resteront acquises au camping. En cas de départ anticipé : la totalité du séjour réservé sera dû. LOCATION CHALET, MOBILE HOMES & ROULOTTES 1 / La location se fait : En juillet-août : par semaine entière, du samedi au samedi et du dimanche au dimanche (à partir de 15 heures pour l arrivée et jusqu à 10 heures pour le départ). Hors juillet-août : en formule week-end (2 nuits), semaine ou autre à la demande. 2 / La réservation n est effective qu aprés envoi du bon de réservation accompagné du règlement de l acompte de 30 % et retour par Gervanne Camping d un courrier de confirmation incluant un inventaire détaillé du matèriel du chalet ou du mobile-home. Nous vous conseillons de souscrire une assurance annulation auprès de Gervanne camping. Pour être recevable, l assurance annulation du séjour doit être notifiée en même temps que la réservation. cette assurance annulation vous permettra ainsi d être remboursée de toute somme versée, déduction faite de l assurance et des frais de dossier. 3 / Tout locataire, à son arrivée, doit se présenter au bureau d accueil muni de son bon de réservation. Les clés de son hébergement lui seront alors remises après versement d une caution de 250e. 4 / Chaque chalet ou mobile-home contient tout le matériel de cuisine et de table, à l exception des draps et linge de maison. Le nombre de personnes affiché par hébergement ne doit pas être dépassé, bébés et enfants compris. 5 / Le matériel de chaque location fait l objet d un inventaire chiffré, le locataire étant tenu de le contrôler à son arrivée et de signaler au bureau d accueil toute anomalie, avant le lendemain midi. 6 / Le nettoyage est à la charge du locataire ; le chalet ou mobile-home doit être restitué en parfait état de propreté. La caution demandée à l arrivée sera restituée au départ, déduction faite des frais éventuels de détérioration ou de nettoyage selon l état des lieux laissés (ménage 50e). L heure du contrôle d état des lieux devra être fixée avec le responsable du camping aux heures d ouvertue de la réception. 7 / Chaque locataire est tenu de respecter le règlement intérieur du camping et doit être assuré, le camping dégageant sa responsabilité en cas de vol, incendie, intempéries ou autres sinistres. CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT La réservation n est effective qu après versement, à titre d acompte, de 30% du montant de la location + 15e de frais de réservation (offerts sur séjour hors juillet-août). Le reglement du solde devra être effectué au plus tard 30 jours avant la date du début du séjour. Passé ce délai, tout séjour locatif qui n aura pas fait l objet d un réglement pourra être considéré comme annulé, l acompte restant acquis au camping. EN CAS D ANNULATION Pour toute annulation parvenue par écrit + de 30 jours avant la date prévue d arrivée, les frais de réservation ainsi qu une somme forfaitaire de 40e seront conservés. - de 30 jours avant la date prévue d arrivée, aucun remboursement ne sera consenti.. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas d arrivée retardée ou en cas d interruption de séjour. Les parties conviennent que le tribunal de commerce de Valence est seul compétent en cas de litige. RENTING CHALETS, COTTAGES & ROULOTTES 1/ Renting chalets is possible: For a whole week or more in July and August, from saturday to saturday and from sunday to sunday (arrival after 3 pm, departure before 10 am). For week-ends (3 days, 2 nights), weeks or others outside July and August. 2/ One reservation becomes valid upon the receipt of the form with the advanced payment of 30% + 15e reservations costs and then your receipt of notification from us that the dates are available, including a detailed inventory of chalet or mobile home equipment. We advise taking out cancellation insurance from Gervanne Camping. To be received, it has to be chosen in the same time than the booking form. this insurance offers you the refund of your stay,without the amount of insurance and the booking fees. 3/ Each guest must register at the reception, show proof of a reservation and pay a deposit of 250e to receive the keys of the renting. 4/ Each chalet includes all the equipment with the exeption of sheets and other linen. Each chalet has an inventory wich is to be checked by the visitor. The reception is to be notified of any problems by midday the next day. 5/ cleaning is the responsability of the guest and chalets must be left in perfect order. The deposit of 250e taken on arrival is returned on departure, save any deductions for damage, losses or unreasonable cleaning expenses (cleaning=50e). The time of checking must be arranged one day before the departure with the manager. 6/ Each guest must respect the campsite rules and has to be insured. The campsite declines all responsability in case of theft, fire or other damage. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT Advanced reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a part-payment equal to 30% of the total cost + 15e reservation costs (free stays out of july-august). The balance has to be paid not later than 30 days before the date of arrival. After this period, all holiday rentals which have not been paid will be considered cancelled and the deposit withheld by the camp site. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION For all cancellations sent in writing: +30 days before the scheduled arrival date, booking fees will be withheld together with the sum of 40e days before the scheduled arrival date, no refunds will be made. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or the event a holiday is cut short. Any disputes arising in the execution of this contract shall be resolved by the Tribunal de Commerce at Valence. RESERVIERUNGS BEDINGUNGEN CAMPINGSTELLPLÄTZE Bei erwünschten Ferien bei uns in den Monaten JULI und August raten wir Sie Ihren Platz vorher zu reservieren. Reservierungen werden nur bei Aufenthalten von mindestens 7 Tagen angenommen. Eine Reservierung ist nur gültig, wenn das Reservierungsformular zusammen mit der Summe von 70 zugeschickt und empfangen worden ist (55 Vorauszahlung, die bei der Bezahlung Ihres Aufenthaltes abzogen wird plus 15 Reservierungsgebühr, die auch im Falle einer Stornierung im Besitz von Gervanne Camping bleiben). Ein Reservierungsformular, das ohne diese Summe eingeht, wird als ungültig betrachtet. Sie erhalten eine Bestätigung von Gervanne Camping zur erwünschten Ferientagen. Bei einer Stornierung, die vor dem 15/06 per Post empfangen worden ist, wird die Vorauszahlung zurück erstattet. Das Reservierungsgebühr wird nicht zurück erstattet. Ist diese Frist überschritten findet keine Rückerstattung statt. Im Falle dass die Ankunft später stattfindet als in der Reservierung und in der Bestätigung übereingekommen, ist die Campingleitung sofort zu verständigen. Der Platz bleibt für Sie 24 Stunden reserviert, ohne Effekt auf den Aufenthaltspreis. Nach dieser Zeitspanne kann die Leitung den Platz anderweitig vergeben. Die angezahlten Beträge verbleiben beim Camping. Bei einer verfrühten Abfahrt wird die gesamte Reservierungsdauer in Rechnung gestellt. MIETEN VON CHALET ODER MOBILE HOME Sie können in der Periode von Juli - August ein Chalet oder ein Mobile Home bloß für eine komplette Woche mieten: von Samstag bis zum darauf folgenden Samstag (Ankunft 15h und Abreise 10h)oder von Sonntag bis zum darauf folgenden Sonntag (Ankunft 15h und Abreise 10h). Außerhalb dieser Periode gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten: Wochenendangebot (2 Nächte), pro Woche, für andere Zeiträume nehmen Sie bitte Kontakt auf. Die Reservierung von Chalet oder Mobile home wird definitiv, nach Eingang bei Gervanne Camping des Reservierungsformulars inklusive der Anzahlung von 30% und nach Eingang bei Ihnen der Bestätigung von Gervanne Camping. Die Bestätigung enthält auch die detaillierte Beschreibung des Inventars vom Chalet/ vom Mobile Home. Wir empfehlen Ihnen eine Stornoversicherung ab zu schließen. Bitte melden Sie sich bei Ankunft mit der Reservierungsbestätigung bei der Rezeption. Sie erhalten die Schüssel für die Unterkunft nach der Zahlung einer Kaution von 250. Die angegebene Anzahl der Personen pro Unterkunft soll einschließlich Babys und Kindern nicht überschritten werden. Jedes Chalet/ Mobile Home enthält vollständiges Küchen- und Tischinventar, jedoch keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Material jeder Unterkunft ist detailliert aufgelistet. Der Mieter sollte bei der Ankunft überprüfen, ob alles vollständig ist und der Rezeption jegliche Abweichung bis zum Mittag des nächsten Tages mitteilen. Die Reinigung von Chalet oder Mobile home obliegt dem Mieter; die Vermietung soll in absolut sauberem Zustand hinterlassen werden. Die zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erhobene Kaution wird bei Abfahrt erstattet, mit eventuellem Abzug von Gebühren für Beschädigungen oder Reinigung je nach Hinterlassen der Unterkunft (Reinigung 50 ). Der Zeitpunkt der Kontrolle der Unterkunft soll mit dem Verantwortlichen des Campings in den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption vereinbart werden (ein Tag vor Abreise). Jeder Mieter muss die Campingplatzregeln respektieren und versichert sein. Der Camping ist in keiner Weise verantwortlich bei Diebstahl, Brand, Wetterschäden oder anderen Katastrophen. ZAHLUNGSBEDINGUNGEN Die Reservierung ist erst nach Zahlung der 30% des Preises als Anzahlung + 15 Reservierungsgebühren gültig (Sonderangebote zum Aufenthalt außerhalb Juli-August). Der Restbetrag ist 30 Tage vor Beginn des Aufenthaltes im Camping zu begleichen. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist wird jede Aufenthalt, der nicht vollständig bezahlt wurde, als storniert betrachtet. Die Anzahlung verbleibt beim Camping. STORNIERUNG Bei jeder Stornierung, die schriftlich und mindestens 30 Tage vor dem geplanten Anreisedatum eingeht, werden die Reservierungsbedingungen sowie eine Pauschale von 40 einbehalten. Bei einer Stornierung unter 30 Tage vor dem vorgesehenen Ankunftsdatum findet keine Ruckerstattung statt. Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder Unterbrechung des Aufenthalt wird nichts zurück erstattet. Alle Streitigkeiten in der Durchführung dieses Vertrages werden von dem «Tribunal de Commerce» in Valence gelöst. RESERVERINGS VOORWAARDEN PLAATS OP DE CAMPING Voor de maanden juli en augustus raden wij u aan een plaats op de camping te reserveren. Reserveren kan alleen voor een periode van minimaal 7 nachten. Een reservering is pas geldig na ontvangst van uw reserveringsformulier en een betaling van 70 (55 aanbetaling, deze wordt in mindering gebracht op uw uiteindelijke eindafrekening en 15 administratiekosten) en een door u van ons ontvangen schriftelijke bevestiging van de reservering bij Gervanne Camping. Een reserveringsaanvraag zonder bijbehorende betaling wordt niet in behandeling genomen. In geval van annuleren: Bij schriftelijke annuleringen ontvangen voor 15/06, wordt de aanbetaling Terugbetaald, de reserveringskosten niet. Na deze datum worden er geen terugbetalingen meer gedaan. Indien u later aankomt dan afgesproken dient de directie van de Camping geïnformeerd te worden. De staanplaats blijft gedurende 24 uur tot uw beschikking, zonder korting op de verblijfsprijs. Na het verstrijken van deze termijn behoudt de Directie zich het recht voor de standplaats aan een andere campinggast toe te kennen en de door u vooraf gedane betaling te behouden. Bij vervroegd vertrek dient de volledige som van het geplande verblijf voldaan te worden. HUURVOORWAARDEN Huisjes. Woonwagens en Stacaravans. 1. De verhuur van huisjes (aankomst : 15 uur, vertrek : 10 uur): - in juli en augustus: per hele week, van zaterdag op zaterdag of van zondag op zondag - buiten juli en augustus: per weekend (2 nachten), per week of anders indien gewenst (in overleg). 2. De reservering wordt in behandeling genomen na ontvangst van een volledig ingevuld reserveringsformulier en een aanbetaling van 30% van de huurprijs. De reservering geldt zodra wij uw reservering hebben bevestigd en u een volledige inventarislijst van het huisje hebben toegezonden. Wij raden u aan een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten bij uw verzekeraar. 3. De huurder dient zich bij aankomst met zijn reserveringsbewijs bij de receptie te melden. Na betalen van een waarborgsom van 250 worden de sleutels van het huisje overhandigd. 4. In ieder huisje is een complete inventaris aanwezig met uitzondering van lakens, thee- en handdoeken. 5. Het maximale aantal personen dat is aangegeven per huisje mag niet overtroffen worden. Dit aantal is inclusief baby s en kinderen. 5. Het huisje beschikt over een inventarislijst die u bij aankomst dient te controleren. Alles wat ontbreekt of defect is dient voor 1200 uur de volgende dag aan de receptie te worden gemeld. 6. De huurder dient zelf het huisje schoon te houden. Bij vertrek dient het huisje schoon achtergelaten te worden. De waarborgsom van 250 krijgt u, na aftrek van eventuele reparatie - of schoonmaakkosten (50 als het huisje niet schoon wordt achtergelaten), bij vertrek weer terug, Het tijdstip waarop de eindcontrole plaatsvindt wordt in overleg met de camping beheerder bepaald. 7. Iedere huurder dient zich aan de huisregels van de camping te houden. Hij wordt tevens geacht verzekerd te zijn; de camping is niet aansprakelijk in geval van brand, diefstal of andere risico s. BETALINGSVOORDEN Uw reservering is pas van kracht na vooruitbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag Reserveringskosten, (gratis buiten de periode juli en augustus). U betaalt het restbedrag van het verblijf uiterlijk 30 dagen voorafgaande aan uw aankomst. Bij te late betaling wordt elke besproken huurovereenkomst die nog niet volledig betaald is, als geannuleerd beschouwd. De camping is niet verplicht de aanbetaling terug te storten. ANNULERING Voor alle schriftelijke annuleringen van 30 dagen en meer voor de geplande aankomstdatum, worden de reserveringskosten alsmede een vast tarief van 40 ingehouden. Voor annuleringen binnen 30 dagen voor de geplande aankomstdatum, wordt niets terugbetaald. Bij verlate aankomst of eerder vertrek wordt geen terugbetaling toegekend. Huurder en verhuurder komen overeen dat alleen de rechtbank te Valence gerechtigd is om eventuele geschillen af de handelen.
