Le prestazioni di queste macchine si intuiscono dalle soluzioni costruttive utilizzate e dagli accorgimenti tecnici che fanno parte del know how Colgar sempre in fase di ricerca e sviluppo. Non solo grandi strutture sottoposte ad analisi FEM ma anche grandi guide e tanti punti di sostegno. Il cuore della macchina è il carrotesta centrale che ha due guide frontali con sei pattini e due guide posteriori con due pattini, il movimento verticale viene effettuato con doppia vite a design esclusivo. Infatti le due viti parallele sono posizionate sullo stesso lato, una frontale ed una posteriore, in modo da gestire anche le variazioni dei pesi e quindi di compensare in modo attivo. Il ram, nella versione a montante mobile, ha un sostentamento a rulli tipo carrello con otto pattini frontali e otto pattini posteriori, mentre nella versione a T il ram è fisso ma sporgente, rigido e sagomato in modo piramidale per garantire comunque il raggiungimento del centro tavola sia in fase di alesatura, con mandrino principale, che in fase di fresatura, con teste accessorie. La linea FV può essere configurata solo come fresatrice o come fresalesatrice. Nel primo caso la rotazione dell utensile avviene con motomandrino inserito nel ram; nel secondo caso nel ram c è una linea mandrino traslante, in acciaio legato e nitrurato, con cambio gamma a doppia velocità. Con la serie FV e la sua tecnologia all avanguardia si possono eseguire lavorazioni ad alte prestazioni di pezzi semplici e complessi con il miglior binomio richiesto dal mercato: velocità e coppia. Le cœur de la machine est le chariot-tête central qui a deux glissières frontales avec six patins et deux glissières posterieurs avec deux patins, le mouvement vertical est effectué avec une double vis au design exclusif. En effet, les deux vis parallèles se trouvent sur le même côté, une à l avant et l autre à l arrière, de manière à gérer également les variations des poids et assurer ainsi une compensation active. Dans la version à montant mobile, le ram est soutenu par des rouleaux, type «chariot» avec huit patins frontaux et huit patins postérieurs, tandis que, dans la version en «T», le ram est fixe, mais en saillie, rigide et profilé de manière pyramidale pour garantir toujours l atteinte du centre de la table, aussi bien pendant la phase de l alésage, avec la broche principale, que pendant la phase du fraisage, avec les têtes accessoires. Er verfügt über zwei seitliche Führungen mit sechs Gleitschuhen und zwei hintere Führungen mit zwei Gleitschuhen. Die senkrechte Bewegung erfolgt mit einer eigens entwickelten Doppelschraube. Die beiden Parallelschrauben befinden sich an derselben Seite, eine vorn und eine hinten, so dass auch die Gewichtsveränderungen auf aktive Weise kompensiert werden. Der Stößel umfasst in der Ausführung mit Verfahrständer einen schlittenartigen Rollensupport mit acht vorderen und acht hinteren Gleitschuhen, während der Stößel bei der T -Version feststeht, jedoch herausragt, starr und pyramidenförmig ist, um sowohl beim Bohren mit der Hauptspindel als auch beim Fräsen mit Zusatzköpfen das Erreichen der Tischmitte zu gewährleisten. Die Serie FV kann als reine Fräsmaschine oder als Fräs- und Bohrmaschine konfiguriert werden. Im ersten Fall erfolgt die Werkzeugdrehung durch eine im Stößel integrierte Motorspindel; im zweiten Fall befindet sich im Stößel eine verfahrbare Spindel aus legiertem und nitritgehärtetem Stahl, mit Drehzahlbereichsumschaltung und 2 Drehzahlstufen. The performance of these machines is the result of Colgar s know-how and continual research and development to find construction solutions worked out down to the smallest technical detail. The heart of the machine is the central head carriage which has two front guides with six roller pads and two rear guides with two roller pads. 22 FRAL Hydrostatic boring and milling machines La serie FRAL può essere configurata a MONTANTE MOBILE o a T La caratteristica principale che fa di Colgar serie FRAL una macchina con struttura estremamente rigida, precisa e performante nel tempo è il sostentamento idrostatico precaricato delle guide con bassa pressione ed elevati volumi. La macchina, come le tavole, ha le strutture in elettrosaldato sottoposte a FEM e a trattamenti termici. Il ram ed alcuni piatti tavola sono invece in fusione di ghisa sferoidale. Le grandi dimensioni delle strutture e delle guide idrostatiche permettono alla macchina di essere stabile in ogni posizione di lavoro e di garantire uno sbraccio di lavoro molto ampio rispetto ad altre macchine di categoria, grazie alla lunga uscita del ram e del mandrino di alesatura. Il ram, disposto in posizione laterale rispetto al montante, scorre su due guide grazie ad una vite a ricircolo di sfere e il contrappeso. Nella versione a T, chiamata semplicemente PROG, il ram è fisso ma sporgente, rigido e sagomato in modo piramidale per garantire comunque il raggiungimento del centro tavola sia in fase di alesatura, con mandrino principale, che in fase di fresatura con teste accessorie. In questa configurazione, con pallets da 45 tonnellate di portata e 4700 Nm di coppia, la PROG si classifica tra i più grandi machining centre al mondo. Nella configurazione a montante mobile le dimensioni degli assi e delle tavole sono sempre più soluzioni custom per diverse esigenze di mercato pur mantenendo la filosofia progettuale e costruttiva di base. Ogni colonna ha un contrappeso idraulico, una vite a ricirclo di sfere e una riga ottica che servono per la gestione della traversa come asse di posizionamento e di lavoro. La travesa è l elemento chiave della macchina, le sue guide rettificate permettono un ottima geometria del portale grazie anche alla compensazione delle flessioni, gestita in real time con diversi set-up in base alle condizioni ambientali di lavoro e quindi di temperatura. Molti accorgimenti tecnici sono stati utilizzati nella fase di progettazione anche per offrire un miglior ambiente di lavoro come per esempio: la doppia pedana operatore con controlli master a slave, le pulsantere remotate, le telecamere di sorveglianza e la possibilità di chiusura completa delle fondazioni che danno un effetto galleggiamento dell intero portale ma che allo stesso tempo favoriscono il piazzamento dei pezzi di lavoro in totale sicurezza per l operatore. La macchina, nella sua massima configurazione, può essere considerata un Multi tasking, avendo le seguenti possibilità : gestire diverse zone di lavoro in automatico; i magazzini a rack a bordo o esterni a parete sia con singola pinza che con doppia pinza di cambio utensile; il cambio automatico degli accessori con possibilità di buffer a bordo con eventuale refresh esterno. La grande massa strutturale ed il potente mandrino permettono profonde passate di asportazione ma anche ottime finiture con l elevata velocità di taglio. De nombreuses mesures techniques ont été utilisées lors de la conception, pour offrir un meilleur milieu de travail, comme par exemple: la double plateforme pour l opérateur, avec contrôles master et slave, les tableaux à poussoirs à distance, les caméras de surveillance et la possibilité de fermeture complète des fondations qui donnent un effet de flottement de tout le portique, tout en facilitant la mise en place des pièces de travail, dans la sécurité totale de l opérateur. Dans sa configuration complète, la machine peut être considérée comme une «Multitâches» et ses possibilités sont les suivantes: gestion de plusieurs zones de travail en automatique; les magasins à rackr à bord ou sur des murs extérieurs, à une pince single ou double de changement d outil; le changement automatique des accessoires avec possibilité d avoir un buffer à bord, avec éventuel rafraîchissement extérieur. La grande masse de la structure et la puissante broche permettent d exécuter de profonds passages d enlèvement, mais aussi d excellentes finitions, avec une haute vitesse de coupe. FVG est appropriée pour les opérations de fraisage, de perçage, de taraudage, de tournage et d alésage sur tous les types de matériaux métalliques. Zahlreiche technische Vorkehrungen wurden bei der Projektierung nicht zuletzt zur Verbesserung der Arbeitsumgebung eingesetzt. Zum Beispiel: doppelte Bedienerkabine mit Master-/Slave-Steuerungen, Fernbedienfelder, Überwachungskameras und die Möglichkeit der kompletten Abdeckung des Fundaments, was eine für den Bediener absolut sichere Werkstückpositionierung erlaubt. Die Maschine kann in ihrer Maximalausstattung als Multitasking- Zentrum gelten kann, denn sie bietet folgende Optionen: automatische Steuerung verschiedener Arbeitsbereiche; Rack-Magazine an der Maschine selbst oder extern an der Wand sowohl mit Einzelals auch mit Doppelgreifer für den Werkzeugwechsel; automatischer Wechsel der Zusatzköpfe mit optionalem Puffer an Bord, eventueller externer Refresh. Die große Struktur und die starke Spindel erlauben tiefe Spanabtragungen in einem Gang, aber auch perfekte Oberflächenbearbeitungen bei hoher Schneidgeschwindigkeit. In the configuration with mobile cross-beam, the side columns as well as the bed have a gantry movement. Each column has a hydraulic counterweight, a ball screw and an optical scale used to handle the cross-beam as positioning and working axis. The crossbeam is the key element of the machine; its ground guides allow excellent gantry geometry, also thanks to the real-time flexure compensation with various setups based on the ambient working conditions and hence the temperature. During design careful attention was paid to technical details not only to provide high performance but also to offer a better working environment, for example: the double operator footboard with master and slave controls, the remote-controlled pushbutton panels, the surveillance cameras and the possibility of completely covering the foundations giving the entire gantry a floating effect but at the same time allowing the operator to position the workpiece in complete safety. In its maximum configuration the machine may be considered multi-tasking with the following possibilities: automatic control of different working areas; the rack magazines can be positioned on the edge of or outside the wall, both with single and double tool change gripper; automatic accessory change with the possibility of a buffer onboard and an external refresh. The large structure and the powerful spindle allow deep removal passes but also excellent finishes with the high cutting speed. 44 ACCESSORIES Heads Ogni tipo di lavorazione richiede almeno una testa accessoria per questo, nell ultimo decennio, le tipologie di teste accessorie sono notevolmente aumentate. Il vantaggio di una testa accessoria custom è quello di ridurre il tempo di posizionamento e spesso evitare fasi di lavoro molto lunghe. Colgar da sempre progetta e costruisce in proprio le teste accessorie delle sue macchine orizzontali e verticali. Il know how interno di questo prodotto è sicuramente un key point per tutti i potenziali clienti. Oltre alle teste tradizionali fisse, con posizionamento indexato e con posizionamento continuo, ci sono teste per lavorazioni a 2 assi continui sia meccaniche, ad elevata coppia per materiali altoresistenziali, che con elettromandrini ad elevata velocità per materiali teneri. La tecnologia moderna permette anche di avere delle teste accessorie specifiche che sviluppano una coppia maggiore di quella disponibile sul mandrino principale della macchina utilizzando un sistema di riduzioni e cambio built-in nel corpo delle stesse teste. Tutte le teste accessorie possono anche ricevere altre testine accessorie per lavorazioni in sottosquadra o in zone dove il passaggio è ridotto. Die moderne Technologie erlaubt auch den Einsatz spezifischer Zusatzköpfe, die ein höheres als das an der Hauptspindel verfügbare Drehmoment entwickeln. Dazu wird ein System aus Untersetzungen und in den Kopfkorpus selbst integrierter Wechsel verwendet. Sämtliche Zusatzköpfe können auch weitere Zusatzköpfe aufnehmen, um in Hinterschneidung oder in Bereichen mit schmalem Durchgang zu arbeiten. 44
