1 SPORT FISHING FOR BAITFISH VARIATION ORDER ORDONNANCE DE MODIFICATION RELATIVE À LA PÊCHE SPORTIVE AU POISSON-APPÂT SFB UNDER THE ONTARIO FISHERY REGULATIONS, 2007 AUX TERMES DU RÈGLEMENT DE LA PÊCHE DE L ONTARIO (2007) Pursuant to the authority vested in me under paragraph 43(m) of the Fisheries Act R.S., c.f-14 and Subsection 13(1) of the Ontario Fishery Regulations, 2007, I hereby authorize and declare the following: 1. That Sport Fishing for Baitfish Variation Order (SFB-2007) signed by Minister Cansfield on November 5, 2007 is revoked and replaced by this Sport Fishing for Baitfish Variation Order (SFB ). 2. That the close times for Sport Fishing for Baitfish as set out in Part 2 of Schedule 6 to the Ontario Fishery Regulations, 2007 are hereby varied as set out in Schedule A to this Sport Fishing for Baitfish Variation Order. 3. That if there is a conflict between this Sport Fishing for Baitfish Variation Order and a close time for a fish sanctuary, the close time for the fish sanctuary prevails. 4. That this Sport Fishing for Baitfish Variation Order comes into effect immediately. Conformément aux pouvoirs qui me sont conférés en vertu de l alinéa 43(m) de la Loi sur les pêches, L.R., chap. F-14, et du paragraphe 13(1) du Règlement de la pêche de l Ontario (2007), j autorise et déclare par les présentes ce qui suit : 1. L ordonnace de modification relative à la pêche sportive au poisson-appât (SFB- 2007) signée le 5 novembre 2007 par la ministre Cansfield est abrogée et remplacée par l ordonnace de modification relative à la pêche sportive au poisson-appât (SFB ). 2. Les périodes de relative à la pêche sportive au poisson-appât prévues à la Partie 2 de l Annexe 6 des Règlements de pêche de l Ontario 2007 sont modifiées par les dispositions de l Annexe A de la présente ordonnance de modification relative à la pêche sportive au poisson-appât. 3. S il y a conflit entre une période de prévues à la presente ordonnance de modification relative à la pêche sportive au poisson-appât et une période de d une réserve ichtyologique, la période de applicable à la réserve ichtyologique l emporte. 4. La présente ordonnace de modification entre en vigueur immédiatement.
