Description of Site and Surroundings: It is located west of Tenth Line Road and north of Brian Coburn Boulevard. It is surrounded to the north and west by existing residential development. The southeast corner of the subject site is a new Ultramar Gas Bar/Convenience Store. Purpose of Site Plan Control Proposal: This proposal is for a new retail and personal services shopping centre of m² with seven separate pads integrated as an overall retail complex. Proposal Details: The shopping centre will contain a mix of retail stores including a food store, personal service establishments, bank, day care, restaurants, optician, dentist and automobile service station (oil changes). Two entrances will be along Tenth Line Road and one on Brian Coburn Boulevard. A total of 390 parking spaces will be provided which exceeds the requirement of the zoning by-law. Objet de la proposition du plan d implantation Cette proposition a pour objet la construction d'un nouveau centre commercial comprenant des commerces de détail et des services personnels, d'une superficie de 8 782,5 m², et comportant sept aires séparées faisant partie d'un complexe commercial. Détails de la proposition Le centre commercial comprendra différentes sortes de commerces, dont une épicerie, des établissements de services personnels, une banque, une garderie, des restaurants, un opticien, un cabinet de dentiste et une station-service (vidanges d'huile). Le centre commercial aura deux entrées le long du chemin Tenth Line et une le long du boulevard Brian-Coburn. Au total, 390 places de stationnement seront aménagées, ce qui dépasse les exigences du règlement de zonage. Propositions/demandes complémentaires s.o.
