Number game with a ball Principe du jeu : Les élèves sont en rond et se lancent la balle. Ils doivent faire un maximum de passes sans faire tomber la balle et en énonçant successivement le nombre de passes réalisées. Si la balle tombe il faut recommencer à compter depuis le début. Faire deux groupes rapidement ( c est plus motivant) - Have everyone stand in the circle and tell them to see how many times we can keep the ball in the air. Practice counting to 20 first. Tell them that they can t throw it to the person beside them. -Alright, come and stand in a circle. We are going to practice counting to 20. (Throw ball to someone and say 1). All together. (motion to throw it to the next person) Two. Remember, everyone count together. Continue to 20. (If time allows, do twice. For the game, if we drop it, we have to start over.) How fast can we go? 2 Principe du jeu : Fruit Bowl Les élèves sont en cercle. Ils ont reçu une carte avec un animal. On peut utiliser les mêmes cartes que dans le jeu «snatch the bacon». Il y a 5 animaux différents (chien,chat, poisson, oiseau, canard) de 3 couleurs(rouge, bleu, jaune) avec en bas de chaque carte un numéro. Une fois le vocabulaire revue, l enseignant appelle au choix,un animal, une couleur un numéro. Les élèves concernés doivent changer de place avec un autre élève en restant dans le rond. Le dernier arrivé est éliminé/ou va au centre du cercle - Have everyone stand in the circle Hand out different cards to the pupils that are the same cards that we will use in Snatch the Bacon. On the cards, there will be 5 different animals (dog, cat, fish, bird, duck ) that have different colors (red, blue and yellow) and at the bottom of the cards will be numbers. Review the vocab with the pupils and tell them that when they hear the fruit that is on their card, they need to run and find a different spot in the circle. -I m going to give everyone a card. Look at it and we are going to play a game in the circle. Let s review the animals. What is this? (shows flashcard of a fish and continue with all of the animals). When you hear your animal, go into the middle of the circle and find a new spot. (1 person is in the center). (play a few rounds). Last person to find a spot is out or goes to the middle. If they go to the middle, during the next play, they try to take the spot of someone else. (play with colors and animals). 3 Snatch the Bacon Principe du jeu : La classe est répartie en deux équipes rangées face à face. Au milieu des deux rangées, un béret (foulard) ou un sac de graines est posé au sol. Dans chaque groupe, chaque élève est en possession d une flashcard du vocabulaire en cours d apprentissage. Face à lui, dans le groupe adverse, un autre élève est en possession de la même carte. A l appel de cette flashcard, par un meneur de jeu (dans un premier temps, c est l enseignant), les deux élèves concernés doivent se diriger rapidement sur le béret et le ramener dans leur équipe pour remporter un point.on insistera sur la nécessité, pour le meneur de jeu, de formuler une phrase à chaque fois : «I want I ve got «Can I have...?». On peut même faire formuler des structures comme I like lorsqu on joue avec les flashcards de la nourriture. - Have the pupils go stand on the appropriate line (red or blue). Tell them that when I call out a word, if it s their word on the card, they need to run into the middle and be the first person to grab the ball and run it to their side. If the other person tags them, it s over. An alternative way to play is the first person to touch the balls gets the point. Play with the colors and then the numbers. Si vous avez une carte avec un smiley bleu, faites une ligne à partir de ce plot (entre les deux cônes bleu ) ou stand on the blue line (s il existe déjà une ligne de couleur bleu au sol) -If you have a red smiley face, stay in line here. Si vous avez un smiley rouge faites une ligne ici -When you hear the correct colored animal on your card, run into the middle and grab the ball. Lorsque vous entendez le nom et la couleur de l animal sur votre carte courrez pour attraper la balle -Run with the ball and go back to your line. Courrez avec la balle et retournez vers votre ligne - You get a point if you don t get touched! vous gagnez un point, si l autre joueur ne vous touche pas. -If you have the ball and the other person with the same color tags you, put the ball back in the middle. Si, lorsque vous avez la balle, l autre joueur avec la même carte réussit à vous toucher, la balle est remise au milieu. -Red dog. Un chien rouge -Blue fish. Un posson bleu -Red cat. 4 Duck, duck, Goose Principe du jeu : version anglo-saxonne du jeu du mouchoir Jeu du mouchoir : Les enfants s'installent par terre, assis en rond, les yeux fermés. Un joueur tourne autour d'eux en disant 'le facteur n'est pas passé, il passera... lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi'. Il fait parfois mine de s'arrêter derrière un des enfants. Lorsqu'il arrive à 'vendredi', tout le monde ouvre les yeux, regarde derrière si le facteur a déposé le mouchoir. Celui qui l'a doit rattraper le facteur qui s'est mis à courir : il deviendra facteur à son tour. Le jeu qui s apparente le plus à Duck, Duck, Goose s intitule en Français Tomate, tomate,ketchup! Tous les joueurs sont assis en cercle, sauf un qui est l oie, il se déplace autour du cercle, touchant la tête de chacun en disant «duck», jusqu à ce qu il sélectionne un joueur en lui disant «goose», goose se lève et tente d attraper son camarade. Goose gagne s il attrape son camarade avant que celui-ci n ait fait le tour du cercle et ne se soit assis à la place libérée dans le cercle. S il se fait attraper le joueur s asseoit au milieu du cercle jusqu à ce qu un autre joueur le libère. Have the teachers sit in a circle. Show them a picture of a duck and a picture of a goose.
