3 1 Scenario 1.1 Doel But du scénario et het scenario Annulatie klantenwissel kan een aanvrager, hier de Huidige Leverancier, zijn lopende aanvraag laten annuleren. Daardoor blijft het toegangspunt aan dezelfde Distributienetgebruiker toegewezen. Le scénario, permet au demandeur, ici le Fournisseur actuel, de faire annuler sa demande en cours. Deze corresponderen met de desbetreffende sequenties van het Stappenplan Plan par étapes. 1. Indien de Huidige Leverancier gemerkt heeft dat hij een foutieve aanvraag heeft ingediend, dan stuurt hij een aanvraag tot annulatie door naar de Beheerder van Toegangspunten. In zijn annuleringsaanvraag refereert de Huidige Leverancier altijd naar de foutieve aanvraag; Vooraleer de Annulatie klantenwissel transactie in zijn systeem op te starten, voert de desbetreffende Beheerder van Toegangspunten een aantal testen op de leverancier aanvraag uit. De details van deze testen zijn terug te vinden in de sectie Testen - Tests. 2. Indien de aanvraag verworpen wordt, stuurt de Beheerder van Toegangspunten een verwerpingbericht naar de Huidige Leverancier met een gecodeerde reden van verwerping om het scenario af te werken. Noteer dat slechts één verwerpcode zal gestuurd worden; 3. Wanneer de aanvraag wordt aanvaard, verwittigt de Beheerder van Toegangspunten de Huidige Leverancier aan de hand van een bevestiging bericht en tegelijkertijd stopt hij de klantenwisseltransactie in zijn toegangregister. Si le Fournisseur actuel s aperçoit qu il a fait une faute dans sa demande, il lance alors une demande d annulation au Gestionnaire de points d accès. Dans sa demande d annulation le Fournisseur actuel réfère toujours à la demande erronée; Avant de démarrer la transaction Annulation d'un changement de clients dans son système, le Gestionnaire de points d accès concerné effectuera des tests sur la demande du fournisseur. Un détail des tests effectués est fourni dans la partie Testen - Tests de ce document. 2. Si la demande est rejetée, le Gestionnaire de points d accès envoie un message de refus au Fournisseur actuel avec une raison de refus codée et termine ainsi le scénario. Notez qu un seul code de refus sera transmis; 3. Lorsque la demande est acceptée, le Gestionnaire de points d accès informe le Fournisseur actuel sous la forme d un message de confirmation, et en même temps il termine la transaction de changement de clients dans son registre d accès. Tijdens de pre-processing periode kan nog een Annulatie klantenwissel gevraagd worden maar zonder maar zonder garantie dat deze nog uitgevoerd kan worden. Indien de lopende klantenwissel zich al in zijn bevroren periode of na zijn effectieve uitvoeringsdatum bevindt, is de Annulatie klantenwissel niet meer mogelijk. De Beheerder van Toegangspunten beschikt over maximum 2 kalenderdagen (kd) om de aanvraag tot annulatie van de Huidige Leverancier te valideren. Eens de aanvraag tot Annulatie klantenwissel aanvaard wordt, wordt deze onmiddellijk effectief. Il y a un changement de clients en cours d exécution sur le point d accès concerné; Le Fournisseur actuel souhaite faire annuler sa demande. L peut uniquement avoir lieu lors de la période d annulation d un changement de clients en cours. Lors de la période de «pre-processing», une peut encore être demandée, mais sans aucune garantie de son exécution. Si le changement de clients courant se trouve déjà dans sa période «Frozen» ou après sa date d exécution effective, l Annulation d'un changement de clients n est plus possible. Le Gestionnaire de points d accès dispose de 2 jours calendrier (jc) afin de valider la demande d annulation du Fournisseur actuel. Indien het antwoord op een van de vragen negatief is, dan worden de testen afgebroken op dit punt en de aanvraag geweigerd met als reden van verwerping de code geassocieerd met de negatieve test. Slechts één verwerpingcode wordt in het verwerpingbericht doorgestuurd. Berichten kunnen naar syntax correct zijn, maar toch onverwerkbaar, bijvoorbeeld omdat er een verkeerde code gebruikt wordt als identificatie van het bericht, of een verkeerde status.
