2 Directeur Associé, Investissements Notre cliente, Altium Architecture de Patrimoine Inc., est une firme spécialisée en structuration et supervision de portefeuille d investissements et en service de «Family Office». Enregistrée à titre de gestionnaire de portefeuille auprès des autorités réglementaires de différentes provinces, elle agit en tant que gestionnaire de gestionnaires en offrant un service indépendant, objectif et personnalisé. Dans le cadre de sa forte croissance, elle recherche un Directeur Associé en investissements pour se joindre à son équipe au centre-ville de Montréal. Responsabilités : Les principales responsabilités seront l optimisation et l exécution des tâches suivantes : Analyse et implantation de portefeuilles; Exécution des diverses transactions; Mise à jour des portefeuilles des clients; Traitement des états de compte trimestriels; Ajustement du processus de réconciliation; Préparation de rapports et de présentations; Effectuer différentes tâches liées à des mandats et projets spéciaux avec rigueur et rapidité. Prérequis : Entre cinq (5) et dix (10) années d expérience pertinente, incluant la gestion de portefeuille; Diplôme de 2 e cycle en finance ou une discipline équivalente; Détenteur du titre CFA ou FRM, un atout; Une combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d expérience pourra être prise en considération; Excellente connaissance des marchés financiers; Excellentes compétences analytiques et financières; Excellentes compétences en modélisation financière (VBA); Excellente connaissance informatique incluant la Suite Office (Word, Excel et Power Point); Excellentes compétences en matière de base de données et de production de rapports, un atout; Excellente capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit). 1350, rue Sherbrooke, bureau 1110, Montreal, QC H3G 1J1 Telephone: Fax:

4 Associate Director, Investments Our client, Altium Wealth Architecture, is a firm specialized in the structuring and supervision of investment portfolios as well as Family Office services. Registered as a portfolio manager with several provincial regulatory authorities, the client oversees external portfolio managers and offers an objective, personalized and independent service to its clientele. In light of its growth, the client is currently seeking an Associate Director, Investments to join its team located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Responsibilities: This person s main responsibilities will be the optimization and execution of the following tasks: Analysis and integration of investment portfolios; Execution of various transactions; Portfolio updates as required; Review of quarterly statements; Refining of the reconciliation process; Preparation of data reports and presentations; Perform other tasks related to mandates and special projects with thoroughness and on a timely basis. Prerequisites: Five (5) to ten (10) years of pertinent experience, including portfolio management; Master s Degree in Finance or other related field; CFA or FRM designation is an asset; An equivalent combination of education and experience might also be considered; Excellent understanding of capital markets; Excellent analytical and financial skills; Excellent modeling skills (VBA); Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point); Excellent database and report preparation expertise is an asset; Excellent ability to communicate in both English and French (spoken and written).
