La COPEAM (Conférence Permanente de l'audiovisuel Méditerranéen) et l'ina (Institut National de l'audiovisuel) ont l'honneur de vous inviter à la 17 ème Conférence qui se déroulera à Paris, du 8 au 11 avril 2010, sous le Haut Patronage de M. Nicolas Sarkozy, Président de la République Française. COPEAM Conference is the occasion for the Euro-Mediterranean audiovisual operators to meet, to exchange, to build up concrete projects and to focus on the challenges of the Mediterranean audiovisual sector. COPEAM (Permanent Conference of the Mediterranean Audiovisual Operators) and INA (National Audiovisual Institute) are honoured to invite you to the 17 th Conference edition that will be held in Paris, from 8 th to 11 th April 2010, under the High Patronage of Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the French Republic.

6 INFORMATIONS GENERALES GENERAL INFORMATION Les lieux de la Conférence The places of the Conference A) Les travaux des Commissions d Etude et des Groupes de Travail de la COPEAM (9 Avril 2010) et la 16 ème Assemblée Générale (11 avril 2010) se dérouleront à l Hôtel Pullman Bercy. La 17 ème Conférence annuelle (sessions plénières) de la COPEAM (10 avril 2010) se déroulera à la Bibliothèque Nationale de France «François Mitterrand» (BNF). B) COPEAM Study Commissions and Working Groups (9 th April 2010) and COPEAM 16 th General Assembly (11 th April 2010) will take place at Pullman Bercy Hotel. COPEAM 17 th Conference (10 th April 2010 Plenary sessions) will be held at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, François Mitterrand (BNF). Accueil à l aéroport Airport welcome points A)Trois points «Accueil et Informations» seront mis en place dans les principaux aéroports parisiens : - 2 Points d Accueil seront mis en place à l Aéroport Charles de Gaulle (Roissy) - 1 Point d Accueil sera mis en place à l Aéroport d Orly Les participants y recevront toutes les informations nécessaires pour se rendre à leur hôtel. B) Registration at the Conference will take place on Thursday 8 th April after-noon (starting from 3 p.m.), Friday 9 th April during the whole day (9 a.m. 6:30 p.m.) at the Pullman Bercy Hotel and on Saturday 10 th April (starting from 9:00 a.m.) at the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, François Mitterrand. Traduction Translation A) Un service de traduction simultanée en français, anglais et arabe sera assuré le 10 avril (Cérémonie d ouverture et sessions plénières) et le 11 avril (Assemblée Générale et Cérémonie de clôture). Une traduction simultanée en anglais et français est également prévue pendant la réunion de la Commission «Télévision» (9 avril). B) French, English and Arabic simultaneous translation will be assured on 10 th April (Opening ceremony and plenary sessions) and on 11 th April (General Assembly and Closing ceremony). French and English simultaneous translation will also be assured during the Television Commission meeting (9 th April). Ateliers des Commissions d Etude et des Groupes de Travail Meetings of the Study Commissions and Working Groups A) Vendredi 9 avril, à partir de 9h30, se tiendront à l Hôtel Pullman Bercy simultanément les Ateliers des Commissions d Etude et des Groupes de Travail de la COPEAM (Cinéma/Culture/Festivals Echanges de News/Magazines TV Radio Télévision Formation Patrimoine Audiovisuel TV par satellite Femmes). Les travaux seront ouverts à tous les participants. Les inscriptions aux Ateliers se feront lors de l enregistrement à la Conférence. Langues de travail: français, anglais. B) On Friday 9 th April, from 9:30 am, the meetings of the Study Commissions and Working Groups of COPEAM (Cinema/Culture/Festivals News Exchange/TV Magazines Radio Television Training Audiovisual Archives Satellite TV channels Women) will take place simultaneously at the Pullman Bercy Hotel. The working sessions are open to all participants. The subscriptions will be done during the registration at the Conference. Working languages: French, English. Repas Meals A) Jeudi 8 avril un cocktail de bienvenue sera offert à tous les participants. Pendant toute la durée de la Conférence, les déjeuners et les dîners seront offerts. Le dîner de dimanche 11 avril sera libre. B) On Thursday 8 th April, all participants will be invited to a welcome cocktail. During the whole Conference period, meals will be offered. The dinner on Sunday 11 th April will be free.
