This Festival is open to every French or foreign musical formation. The groups must be predominantly composed by students or amateur musicians. Without these documents, your entry form will not be accepted.

Une description et des photos du groupe, ainsi que le programme des oeuvres proposées sont également nécessaires. La description et le programme sont à renseigner dans les champs prévus à cet effet. en cas de sélection, ces informations (textes et photos) serviront à la création du catalogue du festival et à la mise à jour du site internet (Textes et photos doivent être libres de droit). The Festival will cover musicians accomodation expenses and meals during their stay in Belfort, as previously agreed.
