8 ASSEMBLY CAUTION: Ensure the tips of the hook ends point toward the inside of the solarium. NOTE - OPTIONAL CURTAIN: The sun shelter has double tracks for use of mosquito nettings and curtains. The curtains and extra hooks are optional. Hooks for curtains will be placed into the back tracks following the same quantity used for the mosquito nettings. Step. Insert 8 hooks (Q) into each outer track found on the long track (B) by sliding them into the track. ASSEMBLAGE AVERTISSEMENT : S assurer que les bouts des crochets pointent vers l intérieur de l abri. NOTE - RIDEAUX OPTIONNELS : L abri-soleil a deux rangées de rails permettant ainsi d installer des moustiquaires et des rideaux. Les rideaux et les crochets de surplus sont vendus séparément jusqu à l épuisement des stocks. La même quantité de crochets que pour les moustiquaires sera utilisée pour les rideaux. Ils seront placés sur le rail arrière. Étape. Insérer huit crochets (Q) dans le premier rail de tous les rails longs (B) en les glissant dans le rail. 17 ASSEMBLY CAUTION: Insert the iron angles (M3 and M4) into the solidifying bars (I) prior to the screws. Step 0 0. From the underside of the sunshelter, install the solidifying bars (I) according to picture using the iron angles (M3 and M4) and the screws (V). ASSEMBLAGE AVERTISSEMENT : Insérer les fer angles (M3 et M4) dans les barres de renfort (I) avant de visser. Étape 0 0. Positionnez-vous sous l abri, installer les barres de renfort (I) tel qu illustré en utilisant les fer angles (M3 et M4) et les vis (V). 18 ASSEMBLY CAUTION: It is recommended to wear protective gloves since some of the parts have sharp edges. Step. Slide the metal brackets (R and D) on the roof panels (O, O, O3 and O4) as illustrated. ASSEMBLAGE AVERTISSEMENT : Certaines pièces peuvent avoir des côtés coupants, il est recommandé de porter des gants de protection. Étape. 20 ASSEMBLY IMPORTANT: Ensure each screw installed on this step is attached to a spacer (M5). Step. Overlap the roof panels as shown on the illustration.. Place the roof panels as shown on the illustration and place a spacer (M5) between the roof panels and the structure, align the pre-drilled holes on the roof panels with the pre-drilled holes on the spacer (M5). Refer to the illustration 3 to place the spacer (M5)..3 Screw the roof panels to the structure using the screws (S, T, U and X). Refer to the illustration 3. ASSEMBLAGE IMPORTANT : Assurez-vous que chaque vis installées à cette étape soit attachée à un entretoise (M5). Étape. Emboiter les panneaux de toit comme indiqué à l illustration.. Placer les panneaux de toit sur la structure en positionnant les entretoises (M5) entre les panneaux de toit et la structure à chaque endroit où se trouvera une vis. Rérérez-vous à l illustration pour le positionnement des panneaux et à l illustration 3 pour le positionnement des entretoises..3 Attacher les panneaux de toit à la structure en utilisant les contretoises (M5) et les vis (S, T, U et X). 24 ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLAGE NOTE: people are required for this step. Step 3 3. Secure the left side of a roof finishing bar (G3) with a screw (V) in the left corner of the unit. This screw (V) will be undone and re-inserted at the end of this step. 3. Place a roof finishing bar (G4) next to the roof finishing bar (G3) and align the pre-drilled holes in each bar one on top of the other. Place a finishing end (M) over the aligned holes and secure with a screw (V). 3.3 In order to transition from the next side of the unit, align the remaining pre-drilled hole of the roof finishing bar (G4) with that of a new roof finishing bar (G3) in the corner of the unit. Secure both bars in the corner with a corner finishing end (M) by inserting a Screw (V). 3.4 Repeat this process working your way around the entire unit until coming to the last corner where the installation of the roof finishing bar began. 3.5 Undo the screw (V) and align the pre-drilled holes of the first and last roof finishing bar which were installed. Secure both bars in the corner with a corner finishing end (M) by inserting a screw (V). NOTE : Pour cette étape, deux personnes sont requises. Étape 3 3. Attacher le côté gauche de la barre de finition de toit (G3) avec les vis (V) dans le coin gauche du côté de l abri. Cette vis (V) sera retirée et installée de nouveau à la fin de cette étape. 3. Placer une barre de finition de toit (G4) à droite de la barre de finition de toit (G3) en enlignant les trous de chaque barre et solidifier à l aide d une vis (V). Placer un embout de finition (M) par-dessus les trous et l attacher avec une vis (V). 3.3 Afin de faire la transition vers le côté adjacent, enligner le trou restant de la barre de finition de toit (G4) avec celui d une nouvelle barre de finition de toit (G3) au coin de l abri. Attacher les deux barres au coin avec un embout de finition de coin (M) en y insérant une vis (V). 3.4 Répéter ce procédé jusqu à ce que vous ayez fait le tour de l abri et rejoint la première barre de finition de toit (G3) que vous aviez installée. 3.5 Enlever la vis (V) du début et enligner les trous de la première et de la dernière barre de finition de toit que vous aviez installée. Attacher les deux barres au coin avec un embout de finition de coin (M) en y insérant de nouveau la même vis (V). 26 ASSEMBLY NOTE: The netting should be installed starting in the middle of the 0 feet side of the unit, wrap around the inside of the post, and finish the installation in the middle of the next side of the unit. The zippers to close the netting will therefore meet in the center of the each side of the sun shelter. NOTE - OPTIONAL CURTAINS: For optional curtains, install the curtain first on the track closest to the ogee then install mosquito netting on the track closest to the inside of the shelter. ASSEMBLAGE NOTE : Les moustiquaires doivent être installées à l intérieur de l abri, en commençant par le milieu d un côté de 0 pi de l abri et en se terminant au milieu du côté adjacent. Les fermetures éclair vont alors se rencontrer au centre de chacun des côtés de l abri. NOTE - RIDEAUX OPTIONNELS : Pour les rideaux en option, installer les rideaux en premier sur le rail le plus près des moulures et installer ensuite les moustiquaires sur le rail qui se situe le plus loin de la moulure.
