NOTICE OF APPEAL Pursuant to Section 51(39) of the Planning Act, any person or public body may, not later than 4:30 p.m. on November 25, 2013, appeal the decision by filing a notice of appeal on Draft Plan of Subdivision with Kathy Rygus the assigned planner, at the address below. Such appeal must identify, in writing, the reasons for the appeal and be accompanied by a cheque in the amount of $ (payable to The Minister of Finance, Province of Ontario ) to cover the Ontario Municipal Board s prescribed fee. If no notice of appeal is received on or before November 25, 2013 the Manager s decision is final and the Draft Plan of Subdivision will be approved on the 26th of November Please note that the applicant or any public body may, at any time before the approval of the final Plan of Subdivision, appeal any of the conditions imposed by the City to the Ontario Municipal Board by filing with the City a notice of appeal. Only individuals, corporations or public bodies may appeal a decision of the City to the Ontario Municipal Board. A notice of appeal may not be made by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be made in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or group on its behalf. Shaping our future together

4 Dossier n o : D novembre 2013 Madame, Monsieur, Objet : Avis donné conformément au paragraphe 51(37) de la Loi surl aménagement du territoire 33 rue Johnwoods Ébauche du plan de lotissement (dossier n D ) Conformément au paragraphe 51(37) de la Loi sur l aménagement du territoire, avis vous est donné par la présente que Gestionnaire, Examen des demandes d aménagement, Services suburbains du Service de l Urbanisme et Gestion de la croissance a approuvé les révisions apportées aux conditions de l ébauche du plan de lotissement figurant dans le Rapport ci-joint. AVIS D APPEL Conformément au paragraphe 51(39) de la Loi sur l aménagement du territoire, une personne ou un organisme public peut, jusqu à 16 h 30 le 25 Novembre 2013, interjeter appel de la décision relative à l ébauche du plan de lotissement auprès du Service de l Urbanisme et Gestion de la croissance. L avis d appel doit être formulé par écrit et doit préciser les motifs de l appel. L avis d appel doit être accompagné d un chèque de 125 $ (à l ordre du ministre des Finances, Province de l Ontario), représentant le droit prescrit pour la Commission des affaires municipales de l Ontario. Si aucun avis d appel n est déposé avant ou sur le 25 novembre 2013, la décision du directeur général de Service de l Urbanisme et Gestion de la croissance est définitive et les révisions apportées à l ébauche du plan de lotissement seront approuvées le 26 novembre À noter que le requérant ou un organisme public peut, n importe quand avant l approbation du plan de lotissement définitif, interjeter appel de toute condition imposée par la Commission des affaires municipales de l Ontario, en déposant un avis d appel auprès de la Ville. Seuls les particuliers, les sociétés dûment constituées en personne morale et les organismes publics ont le droit d interjeter appel devant la Commission des affaires municipales de l Ontario d une décision de la Ville. Une association ou un groupe non dûment constitué en personne morale ne peut déposer d avis d appel. Toutefois, un avis d appel peut être déposé au nom d un particulier qui est membre et mandataire de l association ou du groupe. AVIS D AUDIENCE

5 S il devait être interjeté appel de la modification au Plan officiel, les personnes ou les organismes publics qui souhaitent être avisés de l audience de la Commission des affaires municipales de l Ontario peuvent l être en soumettant la demande par écrit à l urbaniste désigné. AVIS DE MODIFICATION DES CONDITIONS Les particuliers, les sociétés et les organismes publics qui ont demandé par écrit d être avisés des modifications apportées aux conditions d approbation de l ébauche du plan de lotissement doivent être dûment avisés de telles modifications.
