1 To consult official version (French) PAY EQUITY NEW POSTING GENERAL PAY EQUITY PROGRAM OF THE CONSEIL DU TRÉSOR FOR THE MANAGEMENT STAFF OF THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES AND THE CLINICAL BIOCHEMISTS, THE MEDICAL PHYSICISTS, THE PHARMACISTS, THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENTAL HEADS, THE MIDWIFES AND THE RESPONSIBLES FOR THE MIDWIFES SERVICES APPLICATION OF THE PAY EQUITY ACT (SECTION 76) The Pay Equity Committee proceeded to the second posting on November 23, The Pay Equity Act allows employees to request additional information or send observations to the Pay Equity Committee within 60 days of the second posting. Considering this deadline is expired, the Pay Equity Committee studied the comments and observations and agreed upon proceeding with the following modifications: - with regard to the terms and conditions of payment of compensation adjustments, the last sentence of point 4 of the second posting should have read as follows: The salary scale is increased, if need be, by applying the January 1, 2001, as well as the April 1, 2003, 2006 and 2007² general raising parameters. ; - add the 18 ranking and the 8,88 % adjustment percentage to the 3171 job class; - add the 21 ranking and the 8,34 % adjustment percentage to the 3211 job class; - since the Directeur des services professionnels et de réadaptation job class and title belong to the 3215 job class, remove it from the 3220 job class; - in the 3687 job class, change the Chef du service des télécommunications job title number from 579 to 578; - modify the 3767,1 job title by Chef du ou des programmes (Adjoint au chef des programmes clientèle spécifique) (CH); - remove the Chef d unité de soins infirmiers (infirmier chef orthopédie) job title from the 3812 job class and integrate it to the 3842 job class with the mention spécialisés ; - add the following job title to the job class 3980 : Conseiller en éducation socio-sanitaire;

2 - following the application of the November 20, 2001 salary rate instead of the November 21,2001 salary rate, change the compensation adjustment percentage from 12,39 % to 12,67 % in the Pharmaciens job class; - add the following job classes (job class, classification, job title, job class number, retained predominancy, ranking and adjustment percentage): Chef des activités de remplacement (chef de secteur liste de rappel) 3828,2 F ranking 11, adjustment 2,97 % Chef des activités de remplacement (secteur affectation) 3828,3 F ranking 12, adjustment 1,89% Sage-femme F ranking 16 adjustment 7,31 % Responsable des services sages-femmes F ranking 17 adjustment 7,46 % Appendix 1 presents each of the modifications previously mentioned to be integrated in the second posting. This posting comes into effect on March 21, 2011, and, in keeping with the Pay Equity Act, expires on May 20, 2011, 60 days after the beginning of the posting. 4 APPENDIX 1 The following tables present in bold each of the modifications stipulated above and the page on which this modification must appear, if apply. 4. Terms and conditions of payment of compensation adjustments The terms and conditions have been established by the employer after consultation with the Pay Equity Committee (section 69 of the Pay Equity Act). The Pay Equity Act (section 70) allows that compensation adjustments may be spread over a maximum period of four (4) years from November 21, However, the employer took advantage of section 72 of the Pay Equity Act and after making a request, the Commission de l équité salariale agreed that the compensation adjustments could be spread over a period of six (6) years, the latter will be portioned out over six (6) years with seven (7) equal instalments from November 21, 2001, made in one payment. The resulting adjustment applies to the November 21 salary scale of years 2001 to 2006 as well as the November 21, 2007 salary scale. It is calculated on the basis of the applicable salary scale from the day preceding the annual adjustment. The salary scale is increased, if need be, by applying the January 1, 2002 as well as the April 1, 2002,2003,2006 and general raising parameters. 1 However, some situations may require a different annual adjustment: If due to the rounding effect, compensation adjustment was completely paid before November 21, 2007; If the salary rate applicable November 21, 2001, or if need be, January 1, 2002, April , November 21, 2002, April 1, 2003, November 21, 2003, November 21, 2004, November 21, 2005, April 1, 2006, November 21, 2006, April 1, 2007 or November 21, 2007 was higher than the applicable rate after adding of the compensation adjustment or the raising parameter resulting from the terms and conditions above.
