ADESTE Code Projet: Année: 2013 Type de Projet: Statut: Accroche marketing: LLP IT-LEONARDO-LMP Développement d'innovation En cours EU-Projets centralisés Le projet ADESTE vise un nouveau profil professionnel toujours plus important dans le domaine culturel en Europe: le Audience Developer (le responsable du développement des publics). Caractérisé par une vision intégrée et un rôle transversal au sein des organisations culturelles, le responsable du développement des publics doit mettre en place des actions pour relancer et améliorer la participation du public, en promouvant notamment sa participation active. L objectif du projet est d'étudier et partager les méthodologies de formation formelle et informelle, visant à assurer l'ensemble des compétences nécessaires et orienter les nouveaux projets de formation dans 5 Pays européens différents ainsi qu à mettre en œuvre des actions novatrices dans le but de créer le profil professionnel du responsable du développement des publics - European Audience Developer -, en répondant en même temps à la demande du marché de l'emploi. Résumé: Un grand nombre d'européens ne participe pas aux événements culturels, ce qui met en évidence l'importance d'assurer une distribution plus efficace et équitable des opportunités de participation à la vie culturelle. Cet objectif influence la manière dont les organisations culturelles capturent l'intérêt de leurs publics, et par conséquent une nouvelle demande de compétences spécifiques apparaît dans ce secteur en vue de promouvoir l accès et la participation des publics aux activités culturelles. Un nouveau profil est nécessaire, celui du responsable du développement des publics - audiences developer -, un poste transversal dans l'organisation avec une forte composante d'intégration, de coordination et de vision d'ensemble. ADESTE présente des aspects innovants fondamentaux, capables de répondre aux différentes exigences, car: il sous-tend un concept très large d'implication des publics, en attribuant une grande importance a l'amélioration des connaissances, au développement des différents types de publics, et non seulement a l amélioration des chiffres; il définit et certifie un nouveau profil professionnel Européen fondamental dans le secteur artistique et culturel qui fait le lien entre l EFP et le marché du travail; il développe et teste des méthodologies de formation novatrices au niveau européen, susceptibles de répondre aux besoins du marché du travail et aux meilleures pratiques internationales (un nouveau métier face à des nouveaux besoins); il améliore l'impact des organisations et des professionnels culturels au niveau européen directement et indirectement concernés par le projet; il promeut la coopération et l'échange de bonnes pratiques entre les parties prenantes grâce à une approche paneuropéenne et intersectorielle. Le consortium de projet réunit 10 différents types d'organisations: dont 8 proviennent des pays européens et 2 des USA et de l'inde. Il donne la voix à une ample gamme de représentants du secteur culturel, de prestataires d EFP et du marché du travail, en créant un secteur transversal qui a des répercussions sur d autres domaines également. Tous les partenaires pourront mettre en place des actions de diffusion, ils pourront agir comme une plate-forme des réseaux de formation, mener des actions de sensibilisation dans le but de déclencher un effet démultiplicateur. Description: Le projet ADESTE souhaite proposer un nouveau profil professionnel du responsable du développement des publics européens. Les 8 partenaires européens travailleront ensemble pour mettre au point et réaliser ce projet, dont la durée est de 30 mois. La méthodologie du projet est basée sur un plan et sur la recherche d'experts ainsi que de parcours de formation dans le développement des publics. Les résultats aideront à définir les compétences associées au profil professionnel du responsable du 2

Un rapport intermédiaire et un rapport final seront aussi disponibles. Une base de données des experts en développement des publics et une carte des parcours de formation et des pratiques sera mise au point, en même temps qu'un rapport des nouveaux besoins en formation. Définition d'un profil professionnel du responsable du développement des publics. Les résultats des projets pilotes seront diffusés. Ainsi qu'un rapport du cadre de validation. Activités de diffusion, par exemple par des documents promotionnels et des événements publics au niveau local. Un événement public final est prévu dans le but de diffuser les résultats du projet, qui seront également condensés dans un rapport final. Evaluation et plan qualité
