5 L Assemblée générale / General assembly Point 2 Election du Conseil d administration / Election of Board of Directors Un président élu; 6 vice-présidents élus parmi les membres fondateurs ; 5 personnalités choisies pour leurs compétences en matière de développement urbain, de coopération internationale et de gestion des collectivités locales. Le directeur exécutif du FDMV et le trésorier participent aux travaux du CA sans participer aux votes The President elected; 6 Vice-Presidents elected among the founder members; 5 personalities selected for their expertise in urban development, international cooperation and local authority management. The profiles of such persons will be presented during the General Assembly. The Executive Director of the FMDV and the Treasurer participate in the work of the Board of Directors without participating in the voting. FMDV - UCLG Durban - 5

6 / The Board of Directors Il est proposé pour la première réunion du Conseil d administration que chaque membre présent qui le souhaite puisse participer au Conseil d administration du FMDV. 8 Point 2 Election du Comité de sélection des projets / Election of Project Selection Committee Constitué par au moins 5 membres élus au CA ; Réunit au moins une fois par an Choisit parmi les projets qui lui sont présentés ceux qui seront appuyés par le FMDV ; Chargé d étudier les projets soumis au FMDV ; Proposition : qu il soit constitué par 3 experts techniques issus du CA et de 2 représentants des villes qui rendront leurs avis circonstanciés aux membres du CA pour prise de décision par vote. Comprises at least 5 members elected from the Board of Directors ; Gathers at least once a year ; Selects which projects among those submitted to it will be supported ; Analyzes the projects submitted to the FMDV ; Proposal : it should comprise 3 technical experts from the Board of Directors and two representatives of cities, who shall submit their detailed opinions to the members of the Board of Directors
