2 November 16th and 17th, 2015 Palais des congrès, for the 10 th edition of the Salon BI & Analytic of Montreal Speaker support The Salon BI & Analytic is glad to have you as a speaker for the 2015 edition. This year will be full of meetings, interesting content and development workshops. With a continuous objective to keep offering our participants a stimulating experience, rich content and reach wider audience, this year the committee has created a list of subjects deemed relevant for conferences. We ve separated the conference day into 6 themes pertaining to data and analytics in order to suit different business profiles. This year, we ve concentrated our focus on the various business functions and how BI and analytics are being applied to each of them in different business environments. We are suggesting the following themes; Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Leadership & Management. This will allow participants to enjoy conferences on BI and analytics topics that affect them in their daily business functions. Due to its desire to remain at the forefront of the latest market trends the Salon BI and Analytic, has chosen to continue featuring IT and Innovation as a very important part of its programming. These themes allow to us to address the fundamentals and the most innovative aspects of BI and analytics. The committee has prepared topics they believe would be of great interest to this year s participants. These topics can be explored as is or as the basis of a thought process for any presentation. It s simple, speakers can choose a theme and subject and the programming team can include all this and the related description in to the 2015 program immediately. Speakers also have the option to provide a different subject from what is suggested which requires an additional approval process. The organisational committee will communicate directly with speakers to develop and validate the subject and also help establish its positioning in the day s program. The committee looks forwards to working with all the different speakers to make the 10 th edition even more special! Pour atteindre leurs objectifs, les leaders RH doivent acquérir une fine compréhension du monde du travail qui, lui, est en constante évolution. Les variables sont nombreuses : ressources disponibles, besoins, croissance, diplomations, départs à la retraite, différences entre les générations Les intervenants RH doivent également tenir compte de l économie et des tendances sur le marché de l emploi, qui amènent aussi un très grand nombre de variables à comprendre. Le Big Data Analytics devient alors attrayant dans la mesure où il permet de bâtir un système pour mieux interpréter toutes ces données, prédire ce qui va se passer et devenir ainsi plus stratégique. The complexity and above the amount of variables to be analyzed to make the right decisions are simply too great. To achieve their objectives, HR leaders need to develop a detailed understanding of the world of work, it is constantly changing. There are many variables: resources, needs, growth, graduations, retirements, generational differences... HR stakeholders must also take into account the economy and trends in the labor market, which also bring a very large number of variables to understand.
