2 Introduction Le projet consiste de 2 parties:- 1- Matériel :-: - Compteurs. - Lecteur de cartes. - Cartes à puce. 2- Le logiciel qui est un program de prépaiement. paiement. 2

3 écran de connexion Lorsque le programme s exs exécute, un écran de connexion s affichera s et on doit choisir le nom d'utilisateur et entrer le mot de passe puis cliquer sur "OK" OK" " pour entrer dans le programme. 3

4 L écran principal du programme est constitué de 3 parties:- 1. Ecrans de fonctions de base dans le programme (comme ajouter un nouveau client le chargement Remplacement de Carte). 2. Tableau contenant les données du client. 3. Tous les écrans du programme. 4

5 Configuration du système: - Se constituant de 2 fenêtres. 1. Les écrans et les rapports du système. 2. Système de gestion des données. 5

6 Les écrans et les rapports du système: - A Partir de cet écran on peut modifié chaque titre de chaque écran du système Et aussi la faire apparaitre à l utilisateur ou pas. 6

7 Management :- A partir de cet écran, l utilisateur peut entrer les données du système comme le nom de la ville, le village, la province etc on cliquant sur le nom et le réécrire de nouveau. 7

8 8 System Management Ecran Dictionnaire:- A partir de cet écran, l utilisateur peut changer n'importe quel titre de n'importe quel écran. Juste on clique sur et on modifie.

9 Les Autorités s de l Operateur l :-: A partir de cette fenêtre, l admin l doit en 1er lieu spécifier l utilisateur pour déterminer d ses droits et privilèges dans le système. 9

10 A partir de cette fenêtre, on peut spécifier les privileges d utilisation d un d écran bien spécifi cifié. 10

11 2.3-Update Password:- *In this screen the admin can change the password to any operator by put 8 zeros and when he loge to system the screen of change password will open and the operator can enter new password. 11

12 Follow-up journalier:- Cet écran liste les dernières res 5000 opérations qui se sont dérould roulées dans le système, alors toute opération est sauvegardée e et peut être restaurée. e. 12

13 Ecran de données du Système: me:- A partir de la on peut sélectionner s le type du port de communication & l intervalle de temps pour le relog & le nombre de sauvegarde par jour. 13

14 2.6-change password :-: *In this screen you enter the old password and enter the new one and click ok. 14

16 3.1.2-Districts *The user can enter the districts of the company in this screen. 16

18 3.1.4-Tariff Categories screen:- *In this screen the admin specify price plan for each activity and d can enter the price of any interval of KWs. 18

19 3.1.5-Activity screen:- *In this screen you enter activity and the initial electrical fees and also minimum and maximum fees, initial electrical fees that determine the initial amount of charge meter And minimum fees that determine the minimum amount that the customer must charge with, also maximum fees that allow user to determine the max amount that customer must charge with. 19

20 3.1.6-Meter type:- *In this screen you can specify the type of meters and can determine the fee limit by days and by money. 20

21 3.1.7-Categories: Categories:- *In this screen the user enter Categories of fees type. 21

22 3.2- Organization Chart: Department: Department:- *In this screen the user enter departments of the company. 22

23 3.2.2-Operator data:- *In this screen the admin can add operators of the system and he must set the vending station for each operator. 23

24 Transactions :-: 4.1. Security : Lock :- *In this screen the user can lock the system when he wants to go doing any thing and lock it until come back. 24

25 4.2.1-Mack Check Card: 4.2-Routins:- Card:- *In this screen the user can create normal check card, this card enable user to check the meter Also in this screen user can make break off card that enable user to check the relay. 25

26 4.2.2-Read Check Card: Card:- *In this screen the user can read the data that exist on check card that the user enter card into the reader then click "re card" button Which determine the amount of money within stair 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, also determine the degree of stair 1, 2, 3,4and 5. 26

27 4.2.3-Restore IC Card: Card:- *The user use this screen to restore the card, the user enter the card in reader and click "restore card" button that will delete the data on the card and prepare it to write on it again. 27

28 4.3-Business Functions: Replacement Card:- *In this screen the user can re supply the IC card in case of lost t the old card from customer. The user can select the customer from the list above then click "OK" OK" " button then the user can change any data of the customer or keep it then press "add" new" " button then press "save" save" " button then press "mkcard"" that will make the card. 28

29 4.3.2-Recharge Card:- *In this screen the user can recharge the card by any money he wants.that the user press "get" card data" " button then the data of the customer will appear then the user will add the value of charging and add any new data d and press save button then press "MKcard" MKcard" " button then the card will recharged. 29

30 4.3.3-New Customer:- * This screen allow user to add new customers and enter the data of them,then press "OK" OK" " button and the additional fields will appear to fill from the user in the right side to complete it and then press "OK" OK" " button the data will appear at bottom of this screen then press "save" save" " button and press "MKCrad" MKCrad" " button then the new customer card data will be loaded to this card. 30

31 4.3.4-Delete Customer:- * This screen allow user to delete customer and delete his data from the card just enter the card into the reader then take the card of this customer off then enter empty card in the reader then press "MKCard" MKCard" " button then press "save" save" " button then take this empty card and put it on the meter of this customer and d then the customer status will be changed to out and be history data and can c use his meter and card for any purpose else. 31

32 4.3.5-Parameter card:- * In this screen user can modify parameter of meter so user can change the price plan,date time,stairs power limit,rest fee limit and rest day and then press " and save and then press " MKCard.. The user want to modify any parameter can select it then press "" button then modify in the text that will appear then press "save" save" " then press "MKCard" MKCard". 32

33 4.3.6-Make New Card:- * In this screen user can make new cards but only for the customer that entered through the new customer screen,the user select the customer then press "MKCard"" button then the card will done. 33

34 4.4-Customer Accounts: Customer Debits:- * In this screen you can Add the Loans of the customer and determine the number of payment after that you click save if the customer pays all the debit value then it will be closed. 34

35 4.4.2-Adjustment: Adjustment:- * In this screen you can choose the customer and Add his Adjustment t and determine the number of payment after that click save", this screen like the debit screen,when the customer pays all adjustment value v it will be closed. 35

36 4.4.3-Debits Recovery:- * In this screen the operator enters the customers loan payments for each customer after that click save". 36

37 4.4.3-Adjustment Payment:- * In this screen you can enter the adjustment payments for each customer c after that click save". 37

38 Queries :-: 5.1. Reports :- * Through the Reports you can check for a single customer or for a specific area or for all customers information of payment, meters, recharge value and you can print any report etc. etc. 38

39 5.2-Retrieve & Update: Customer Data:- * In this screen you can update the name, address and etc of any customer. After any update click OK. 39

40 Meter Data:- * In this screen you can display and update the data of the meter for each customer. After any update click OK. 40

41 Meters buying energy:- * This screen displays the data of charge operation of each customer like value of charge,power limit,rest fee limit and etc. 41

42 Meter using energy:- * This screen displays the data of the meter of each customer like consumption of each month this data was returned from the meter m after each month ago. 42
