1 File OF-Tolls-Group1-E March 2010 To all Parties to RH RH Hearing Location, List of Parties and List of Issues Hearing Location Based on the interventions filed, the Board has decided to hold the oral portion of the RH hearing at its offices in Calgary, Alberta at th Avenue SW. As stated in the Hearing Order and Board letter dated 29 January 2010, the hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m. Calgary time on Tuesday, 21 September List of Parties Pursuant to paragraph 7 of the Hearing Order, attached is the List of Parties to the RH proceeding. Parties are to advise the Board of any change in the contact information or of any change in the method of service and the List of Parties will be amended accordingly. On receipt of this List of Parties, each intervenor is required to send a copy of their written application for intervention to all other intervenors to the hearing. In addition, on receipt of the List of Parties, Enbridge Pipelines Inc. must serve a copy of its application on all parties. List of Issues In its letter to Enbridge accompanying the Hearing Order, dated 29 January 2010, the Board noted that it would consider whether to add the issue of funding for abandonment after interventions were filed. The Board has now considered the matter and is of the view that funding for abandonment is being appropriately considered through the on-going process that was laid out in the LMCI Stream 3 (RH ) Reasons for Decision. Accordingly, the issue of funding for abandonment will not be included in the List of Issues to the RH proceeding..../2
