Chaque Partie aura un score à soumettre. La Partie B commence dès que les 2 minutes de la Partie A sont écoulées. Le score de la Partie A est un nombre de répétitions. Le score de la Partie B est le temps mis pour compléter la tâche plus les 2 minutes de la Partie A. Les équipes devront soumettre le nombre cumulé de répétitions pour la Partie A puis le temps cumulé pour la Partie B. Si l athlète ne complète pas toutes les répétitions de la Partie B, son score sera 10 Minutes et le nombre de répétitions non complétées en secondes. Si il vous reste 3 burpee box jumps, votre score sera 10 :03. This workout has two parts that follow each other. Each part will have a score that you will need to submit. Part B will start as soon as the Part A s 2 minutes are finished. Part A s score is the number of rep completed in the time cap. Part B s score is the time taken to complete the task plus the 2 minutes from Part A. Teams must submit the total number of reps done by all team members for Part A and the total time took to complete Part B. If the athlete fails to complete all the reps of Part B, his score will be 10 Minutes and the number of reps not completed in seconds. 2 75 Double Unders Teens Shoulder to Overhead 75-55lb 100 Double Unders 75 Double Unders Scaled Shoulder to Overhead 75-55lb Conversion kg-lb: 25 kg (55 lb.), 34 kg (75 lb.), 52 kg (115 lb.) Box jump height : 60-50cm Scaled : Step up is allowed Le Step up est permis Français : Points de Performance : Shoulder to Overhead : Le mouvement du shoulder to Overhead démarre barre sur clavicule/fin du mouvement extension complète bras/hanches/genoux. Utilisation du rack est permis DU : la corde doit passer deux fois sous les pieds de l'athlète avant que l'athlète touche le sol (l'athlète peut avoir la corde dans les mains avant le début de la partie B). Burpee Box jumps : l'athlète doit poser la poitrine au sol face à la box puis sauter les deux pieds joints sur la box et terminer l'extension complète sur la box avant de redescendre du même côté. Le step up est permis pour la catégorie Scaled.

3 English : Points of Performance Shoulder to Overhead : The Shoulder to Overhead starts with the bar on the shoulders in a front rack and ends with a full extension of the hips knees and arms and the bar above the head. The use of a rack is allowed DU : The rope must pass two times under the feet of the athlete in order for the repetition to count. (Athlete may have the rope in his hands before Part B starts) Burpee Box jumps : The athlete, facing the box, must touch the floor with his chest before standing back up. He will then perform a two foot jump on the box finishing the rep with a full extension before stepping or jumping down the box on the same side. Step up is allowed for the Scaled category.
