6 Assemblez sur l une des extrémités du câble de commande BV (rep. 2) la rotule (rep. 7) et le contre écrou (rep. 8). Positionnez ensuite le câble dans la caisse, la position du contre écrou (rep. 9) sera ajustée ensuite. 7 Assemblez la chape (rep. 3) sur l axe de commande à l aide de la vis (rep. 4) de sorte que l axe de la chape soit horizontal. Fit the clevis (rep. 3) on the gearbox command axle with the screw (rep. 4); position it to get the clevis axle horizontal. Axe horizontal Horizontal axis Assemblez le câble de commande sur la chape BV à l aide de la vis (rep. 5) et de l écrou (rep. 6). 8 Assemblez le câble de commande (rep. 2) sur la bride de colonne de direction à l aide des écrous (rep. 9). Positionnez la gaine de sorte de respecter la distance (entre la fin de la gaine et le début de la partie filetée) définie ci-dessous (22mm). Pour information, la course du câble de commande en fonctionnement sera de 15 mm. Fit the command cable (rep. 2) on the steering column bracket with the nuts (rep. 9). Position the cable to respect the defined distance (between the sheath end and the start of the thread) below (22mm). For information, the stroke of the cable command in function is 15 mm mm Serrez le contre écrou (rep. 9) afin de tendre légèrement la gaine du câble de commande (rep. 2). Il y a un risque de dessertissage de la gaine si la tension est trop importante. Tight the nut (rep. 9) to stretch slightly the command cable sheath (rep. 2). 9 Assemblez la chape de levier de commande (rep. 20) sur le fourreau de colonne de direction à l aide des vis (rep. 19). Assemble the command lever bracket (rep. 20) on the steering column mounting with the screws (rep. 19). 20 Loctite 243 Assemblez la gâchette (rep. 24) sur le levier à l aide de la vis (rep. 26) et de l écrou (rep. 27). L entretoise (rep. 25) doit être positionnée autour de la vis (rep. 26) et à l intérieure de la gâchette. Assemble the trigger (rep. 24) on the lever with the screw (rep. 26) and the nut (rep. 27). 10 Assemblez sur le levier les 2 roulements (rep. 15), l entretoise positionnée au milieu de ces 2 roulements (rep. 16) et positionnez les cales (rep. 17) sur chaque roulement. Assemble on the lever the 2 bearings (rep. 15), the spacer between the 2 bearings (rep. 16) and fit the spacers (rep. 17) on each bearing. Fixez le levier sur la chape à l aide de la vis (rep. 17), de la rondelle (rep. 18) positionnée sous la tête de la vis et de l écrou (rep. 6). Assemble the lever with the bracket with the screw (rep. 17), the washer (rep. 18) positioned between the screw head and the bracket, and the nut (rep. 6) SOUS-ENSEMBLE : Commandes BV / Gearbox Command Page 10 sur 13

11 Mettez en place l extrémité du câble de déverrouillage (rep. 23) sur la gâchette. Assemble the extremity of the unlocking cable (rep. 23) in the trigger. Réglage Setting Faites passer le câble à travers le tablier comme présenté ci-dessous et vissez le raccord sur la boîte de vitesses. The cable must go through the bulkhead as shown below and tight the connector in the gearbox. Ajustez ensuite la longueur de la gaine à l aide du réglage contre la gâchette pour que la gâchette soit en butée avant que le doigt de déverrouillage ne soit en fin de course mécanique. À défaut, ajoutez une butée entre la gâchette et le levier. Adjust the length of the sheath with the setting to get the extremity of the trigger in contact with the lever when it is unlocked. If it is not possible, add a stop end between the trigger and the lever. If not possible, add a stop end between the trigger and the lever. 12 Fixez le câble de déverrouillage le long du câble de commande BV, à l aide de tubes plastiques et de rilsans. Fix the unlocking cable with the gearbox command cable, with plastic spacer and tie wraps. Assemblez le levier et le câble à l aide de la vis (rep. 5) et de l écrou (rep. 6). Assemble the lever and cable with the screw (rep. 5) and the nut (rep. 6). 6 5 SOUS-ENSEMBLE : Commandes BV / Gearbox Command Page 12 sur 13

13 Positionnez le capteur d effort (rep. 1) sur le levier comme présenté ci-dessous puis la rondelle (rep. 28) et enfin le pommeau (rep. 21). Vissez en même temps les 2 écrous (rep. 6) pour finalisez l assemblage ; assurez-vous que le plan du shifter est parallèle à l axe longitudinal du véhicule. Enfin, mettez en place le bouchon de pommeau (rep. 22). Fit the sensor (rep.1) on the lever as shown below (rep. 28), then the washer (rep. 26) and finally the knob (rep. 21). Tight in the same time both nuts (rep. 6); be sure the sensor plan is parallel to the vehicle longitudinal axis. Finally, fit the knob cap (rep. 21). 21 Pas de contact entre le faisceau et le levier No contact between the loom and the lever Le faisceau doit être en avant du levier The loom must be in front of the lever N.m Avant la 1ère utilisation, contrôlez sur le dashboard (page mécanicien - BV) que la tension du capteur au repos est d environ 2.5 V après un temps d apprentissage du capteur. Before driving the car for the first time, check on the dashboard (mecanich page Gearbox) that the sensor tension is about 2.5 V after a learning time of the sensor. Nous vous recommandons de contrôler régulièrement le serrage de cet assemblage, notamment après les premiers kilomètres.
