8 Conditions générales de vente : 1)Nos prestations : Emplacement nu Il s'agit d'un emplacement nu pour votre tente, caravane ou camping-car. Votre séjour est calculé à partir d'un forfait de base qui comprend l'emplacement, la ou les personnes prévues suivant le forfait, votre installation, votre véhicule et l'accès aux infrastructures d'accueil, animations, sanitaires et espace aquatique). Les frais annexes (personne supplémentaire, véhicule supplémentaire, animaux domestiques...) ne sont pas compris dans le forfait et s'ajouteront à ce dernier. Il y a également lieu d'ajouter la taxe de séjour selon le nombre de personnes. L'emplacement nu se réserve à partir de 14 heures et les départs s'effectuent avant 12 heures. Une prolongation peut s'effectuer sur place si nous avons des disponibilités. Le nombre de personnes sur un emplacement est limité à 6. A votre arrivée il vous sera demandé le paiement du solde du séjour. Les tentes supplémentaires ou tonnelle sont tolérées sans supplément. Nous ne pouvons être tenus responsables du manque de place sur l'emplacement. Forfait nature: 1 emplacement de 80 à 100 m 2 avec 2 personnes, 1 camping-car ou 1 voiture avec une tente ou une caravane. Forfait confort: Forfait nature + électricité Forfait privilège: Forfait confort + évacuation des eaux usées + emplacement de 100m 2 en terrasse. L'hébergement locatif : Toute location est nominative et ne peut être cédée. La location ne devient effective qu'après versement d'un acompte (25% du montant du séjour + frais de réservation) et du solde du séjour, soit les 75% restant, payables 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Sans règlement de votre part dans les délais prévus, votre séjour sera considéré comme annulé et les acomptes seront perdus. Aucune modification n'est possible pendant le mois précédant votre arrivée. Le forfait inclut l'eau, le gaz, l'électricité l'accès aux infrastructures d'accueil, animations, sanitaires et espace aquatique. Les arrivées s'effectuent à partir de 15 heures. Le départ doit avoir lieu avant 10 heures. A votre arrivée : Il vous sera demandé deux cautions : par chèque pour caution sur laquelle pourront être déduits les frais occasionnés par des dégradations éventuelles ; - 50 en espèces pour les frais de ménage, si celui-ci n'était pas fait lors de votre départ. Il est strictement interdit de fumer dans nos locations. Lors de votre départ : Il sera nécessaire de laisser la location dans un état de propreté impeccable. - Les deux cautions vous seront restituées en fin de séjour et au plus tard sous huitaine par courrier à compter de votre départ. - Les dégradations, le matériel manquant ou les heures de ménage si celui-ci n'est pas effectué par vos soins seront facturés et déduits des cautions, lesquelles seront gardées à l'accueil si nous ne connaissons pas le montant de ces frais. Les activités annexes Toute activité gratuite ou payante, mentionnée dans le présent document peut dans certaines circonstances indépendantes de notre fait, notamment en raison des conditions climatiques, être modifiée ou annulée lors de votre arrivée sur le site. A ce titre notre responsabilité ne saurait être engagée. Suppléments Quelque soit la formule adoptée, des frais supplémentaires seront facturés pour les véhicules supplémentaires, les animaux, les visiteurs... Nos prix TTC, n'incluent pas la taxe de séjour. La taxe est facturée simultanément avec votre hébergement. Elle est payable aux mêmes échéances de règlement. 2) Réservation Votre réservation sera considérée comme ferme au reçu de votre contrat de réservation, rempli avec précision, accompagné d'un acompte s'élevant à 25 % du montant total de votre séjour + les frais de réservation, et éventuellement de la garantie annulation. Les frais de réservation et la garantie annulation sont à votre charge et sont non remboursables. A réception de votre contrat, il vous sera adressé une confirmation de réservation que vous présenterez à votre arrivée. Mode de paiement acceptés : espèces, chèque, carte bancaire (carte bleue, visa, mastercard), chèque vacances. Réservation de dernière minute Toute réservation effectuée dans un délai inférieur à 30 jours avant la date de départ doit être payée intégralement et par carte bancaire uniquement. 3)Conditions d'annulation (uniquement par lettre recommandée) : Pour les locations : - jusqu' à 90 jours avant la date d'arrivée : acomptes remboursés - de 90 jours à 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée : acomptes non remboursés - de 30 jours à 0 jour et non présentation : 100% du montant du séjour Pour les emplacements nus : Jusqu'à 30 jours avant la date prévue de votre arrivée (le cachet de la poste faisant foi), les acomptes seront remboursés sauf les frais de réservation. Moins de 30 jours avant la date prévue de votre arrivée, les acomptes restent acquis au camping. Votre réservation sera garantie 36 heures à compter de l'heure d'arrivée prévue. 4) Garantie Annulation et assurance : Il est possible de souscrire une garantie annulation facultative simultanément à la réservation. Elle prend en charge le remboursement des sommes engagées par le client pour sa réservation, hors frais de dossier et d'assurance. Conditions d'application : Voir le document joint à ce courrier. 5) Arrivée retardée et départ anticipé Dans tous les cas, aucun remboursement ne sera consenti pour un départ anticipé ou un retard non justifié pour quelque motif que ce soit ou en cas de fermeture d'un service pour des raisons techniques ou administratives. 9/ Mineurs Les mineurs non accompagnés de leurs parents ne sont pas acceptés. 10/ Animaux Les animaux sont acceptés dans le camping. Seuls les chiens de catégorie 1 et 2 ne sont pas admis. Un supplément vous sera facturé pour l'accueil de votre animal. Nous exigeons que les chiens soient tenus en laisse dans l'enceinte du camping. Les animaux ne doivent pas être laissés seuls dans les locations. Un forfait ménage/désinfection pourra être facturé si les locations ne sont pas laissées dans état de propreté impeccable. General conditions of sale : 1) Bookings Your booking will be considered firm upon receipt of your booking contract, duly and carefully filled in, accompanied by the deposit of 25 % of the total amount of your stay + booking fees, and possibly of the booking cancellation insurance. Booking fees and cancellation insurance are at your charge and are non-refundable. Upon receipt of your contract, you will be sent booking confirmation which you should present upon arrival. Accepted methods of payment: cash, cheque, credit card (carte bleue, visa, mastercard), holiday voucher. 2) Conditions of cancellation (only by registered letter): For rentals: - up to 90 days prior to arrival date: deposits refunded - from 90 to 30 days prior to arrival date: deposits not refunded - from 30 to 0 days and failure to show up: 100% of the amount of the stay payable For camping pitches: Up to 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival (the franking as proof of date), deposits shall be refunded, less booking fees. Less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, deposits shall be retained by the camp site. In any case, no refunds shall be given in the case of early departure or unjustified late arrival for any reason whatsoever or in the event that a service may close or be closed due to technical or administrative reasons. Your booking will be guaranteed for 36 hours as of the scheduled time of arrival. 3) Guarantee against cancellation and insurance: You may take out optional insurance against cancellation at the same time as you make your booking. This takes into consideration the refunding of amounts paid by the client for bookings, barring administrative costs and insurance. Conditions applicable: refunds will be made, upon proof of the reasons for your cancellation, in the following cases: Accident on the journey to the camp site, hospitalisation or decease of the insured party, his/her spouse/partner or direct descendant. Redundancy of the insured or their spouse or partner arising after booking. Serious incidents requiring the presence of the insured on the departure day, due to theft, fire or a natural disaster directly affecting the insured's property. Cancellation insurance shall cease to come into effect as of the scheduled date of arrival according to the contract and shall not take effect during the stay. In any case, it is up to the client to take out insurance for civil liability and in the case of theft, fire, bad weather, injury or damage that may be incurred by clients or their property during their stays. The camp site declines all liability should these legal requirements not be respected. 1)Pitches: A pitch will be reserved for you in accordance with your preferences, subject to availability. Our rates include water, camping fees and access to swimming pools. Tax may be added for the stay depending on the number of persons. The number of persons on one pitch is limited to 6. You will be asked to make payment of the outstanding balance of your stay upon arrival. Dog vaccination cards are compulsory. Arrivals are welcome as of 14.00h and departures must take place before midday. 2)Rental All rentals are nominal and non-transferable. The rental shall only become effective on payment of the deposit (25% of the total amount of the stay + booking fees) and the outstanding balance of the stay, i.e. the remaining 75%, payable 30 days prior to arrival date. Failure to make payment prior to the established deadline shall mean that your stay shall be considered void and your deposit shall be lost. No changes can be made in the month prior to your arrival. The price includes water, gas, electricity and all of the site's free facilities Arrivals are welcome as of 15.00h. Departures must take place before 10.00h Upon your arrival: You will be asked to provide two deposits: - A cheque for 200 against which costs for any damage may be deducted; - 50 in cash for cleaning costs, if this has not been done prior to your departure. (cleaning of blankets or in the event of failure to defrost the fridge upon departure: 20 ) Smoking is strictly forbidden in our rented accommodation. Upon your departure: You shall be required to leave the rented accommodation in immaculate condition. - The two deposits will be refunded to you (unless there are grounds for dispute) only when you leave your rented accommodation following inventory, checking the state of the premises, and the cleaning you have done, to take place during reception opening hours. - Costs for damage, missing equipment or cleaning hours if you did not do the cleaning yourself, will be invoiced and deducted from the deposits, which will be kept at reception if we do not know the amount of these costs. - In the event of a shortened stay, irrespective of the reason, an invoice shall be issued for the number of days of rental indicated in the contract. Signature / handtekening : Reserveringsvoorwaarden : 1)Onze diensten Campingplaatsen Onze campingplaatsen zijn geschikt voor uw tent, caravan of camper. Uw verblijf wordt berekend vanaf een forfait. (een tent, caravan of camper, 2 personen, 1 motorvoertuig en de toegang tot de camping, gebruik van het sanitair, zwembad en animatie in het hoofdseizoen) De extra personen of motorvoertuigen zijn niet inclusief deze forfait en worden extra berekend. De verblijfsbelasting wordt berekend op basis van het aantal personen en dagen. De campingplaats is gereserveerd vanaf 14 uur en het vertrek is voor 12uur. Indien u langer wilt blijven kan dit op basis van beschikbaarheid. Het maximale aantal personen op een campingplaats is 6. Bij aankomst vragen wij om het gehele bedrag van uw verblijf te betalen. De extra tenten (d.w.z. koepeltentjes) zijn geaccepteerd zonder extra betalingen. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de grote van uw staanplaats. Indien u veel op uw staanplaats wilt zetten, is het uw verantwoordelijkheid. Forfait nature: 1 staanplaats (80 tot 100m 2 met 2 personen) 1 camper of 1 auto met een tent of een caravan. Forfait confort: forfait nature + electriciteit Forfait privilège: forfait confort + water afvoer + staanplaats van 100m 2 en een plaats op een plateau. Verhuur: Alle reserveringen zijn op naam en zijn niet overdraagbaar. De reservering is pas definitief na ontvangst van de aanbetaling (25% van het totale bedrag van het verblijf + reserveringskosten) en het restant bedrag van het verblijf, dat wil zeggen 75% van het totaal bedrag dient 30 dagen voor de aankomstdag te zijn voldaan, om welke reden dan ook. Indien u niet binnen de vooropgestelde termijn aan de betalingseisen voldoet, beschouwen wij uw verblijf als geannuleerd; u ontvangt uw aanbetaling niet terug. In de maand voorafgaand aan uw aankomst kunt u geen wijzigingen meer doorvoeren. De prijs is inclusief water, gas, elektriciteit en het totaal van alle gratis dienstverleningen op de camping. Vanaf 15 uur bent u van harte welkom op onze camping. U dient het terrein op de dag van vertrek voor 10 uur te verlaten. Bij aankomst: Wordt u gevraagd twee waarborgsommen te betalen: - een cheque van 200 voor eventuele aangerichte schade. De kosten zullen van dit bedrag worden afgetrokken aan contant geld voor schoonmaakkosten, indien u het gehuurde niet schoon achterlaat. (vast bedrag voor het reinigen van het beddengoed of in geval van het aan laten staan van de koelkast bij uw vertrek: 20). Het is verboden om in het gehuurde te roken. Bij vertrek: Bij het verlaten van het gehuurde dient dit in onberispelijke staat te verkeren. - U ontvangt de twee waarborgsommen alleen terug (behalve bij een geschil) op het moment waarop u het gehuurde heeft verlaten en nadat er controle heeft plaatsgevonden van de staat en de properheid van het gehuurde en dit tijdens openingsuren van de receptie. - Eventuele schade, ontbrekende goederen of schoonmaakkosten worden gefactureerd en van uw waarborgsommen afgetrokken; de receptie is bij machte deze waarborgsommen te houden indien het totale bedrag van deze kosten nog onbekend is. - Wanneer u uw verblijf vroegtijdig moet afbreken, worden de overgebleven dagen gefactureerd, ongeacht de reden van uw vertrek. Uw reservering is gegarandeerd tot 36uur na uw geboekte aankomst. Keuze van staanplaats of een specifiek verhuur. Uw voorkeuren voor een speciale plaats of een exact verhuur kan alleen voldaan worden op basis van de mogelijkheden op het moment van aankomst. Extra activiteiten Welke activiteit, gratis of betaald, beschreven in dit document mogen met een reden geannuleerd worden bij uw aankomst op de camping, zeker onder weersomstandigheden. Wij kunnen niet verantwoordelijk gehouden worden voor dit soort omstandigheden. Extra s Welk pakket u ook kiest, de extra s worden gefactureerd voor extra auto s, dieren of bezoekers. Onze prijzen zijn niet inclusief de toeristenbelasting. Dit zal allemaal tegelijk gefactureerd worden met uw verblijf. Het moet betaald zijn voor dat u zich kan instaleren op de camping. Het kan niet teruggegeven worden bij uw aankomst op de camping. 2) Reservering Uw reservering is definitief na ontvangst van uw reserveringsovereenkomst, wanneer deze nauwgezet werd ingevuld, en er een aanbetaling werd verricht van 25% van het totale bedrag van uw verblijf + de reserveringskosten en een eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De reserveringskosten en annuleringsverzekering zijn ter uwe lasten en worden niet vergoed. Na ontvangst van de overeenkomst sturen wij u de bevestiging van uw reservering die u bij aankomst dient te tonen. Geaccepteerde betaalmethoden: contant, cheque, bankkaart (Franse carte bleue, Visa, Mastercard), reischeques. Reserveringen op het laatste moment: Alle reserveringen binnen 30 dagen voor de dag van aankomst dienen direct betaald te worden. En dit kan alleen met een betaling per bank. 3) Annuleringsvoorwaarden (alleen per aangetekende brief): Voor gehuurde locaties: - tot 90 dagen voor de dag van aankomst: aanbetaling wordt terugbetaald. - van 90 tot 30 dagen voor de dag van aankomst: aanbetaling wordt niet terugbetaald. - van 30 tot 0 dagen voor de dag van aankomst en bij verstek: u bent ons het hele bedrag over de geboekte periode verschuldigd. Voor campingplaatsen: Tot 30 dagen voor de voorziene datum van aankomst (de postdatum geldt als bewijs) wordt de aanbetaling, maar niet de reserveringskosten, terugbetaald. Minder dan 30 dagen voor de voorziene datum van aankomst; u bent de camping de aanbetaling verschuldigd. In geen geval ontvangt u uw geld terug bij voortijdig vertrek of wanneer u om welke reden dan ook te laat aankomt of in het geval van sluiting van een dienst om technische of administratieve redenen. Uw reservering wordt gedurende 36 uur vastgehouden, te rekenen vanaf het voorziene aankomstuur. 4) Annuleringsverzekering en verzekering: Desgewenst kunt u bij uw reservering een annuleringsverzekering afsluiten. Hiermee kan de klant zijn of haar gemaakte reserveringskosten terugkrijgen, behalve de dossier- en verzekeringskosten. Voorwaarden: hier kunt u meer over lezen op de papieren die u ontvangt bij het afsluiten van de reservering. 5) Geannuleerde aankomst of eerder vertrek In alle gevallen, geen enkele vergoeding kan gemaakt worden voor een eerder vertrek of een annulering voor welke reden dan ook. 6) Kinderen Kinderen zonder begeleiding zijn niet geaccepteerd op de camping. 7) Dieren Dieren zijn geaccepteerd op de camping. Behalve de honden uit de categorie 1 en 2, die zijn niet geaccepteerd. U bent verplicht een vergoeding te betalen voor uw dier. We vragen de honden aangelijnd te houden op de camping. Houd de camping schoon en respecteer de natuur. U bent verplicht om uw dierenpaspoort te overhandigen bij de aankomst. De hond moet zijn/haar injecties en chip/tatoeage hebben. De dieren mogen niet alleen gelaten worden in de gehuurde onderkomens. Een schoonmaak kan doorberekend worden als het onderkomen niet schoon achter gelaten wordt.
